The purpose is to determine how much buying or selling is occurring on the ask and bid, respectively. So, if you're sitting on the bid and someone dumps, it counts as a sell. If you hit the ask, it counts as a buy.

I have been in a stock in a similar situation, a couple different LOI's to buy restaurants that never came to fruition. It was nothing more than a trading opportunity. This company has incredibly valuable patents, imo, and they're not mindlessly diluting. Do your own DD. GLTY REVO

It's typical for market makers to disappear from the bid and ask when the market is closed. Before the market opens in the mornings, the MM's show back up with their orders. It doesn't really have any significance.

The chart hinted this was coming, and there's still more room to move up, imo.

The OS doesn't tell you how many shares are in the float, so maybe the company still has more shares to sell? The chart looks decent, and there is ~10M bid (30M if the ETRF guy(s) still have the 20M bid in) at .0008 at the moment. The SS is disgusting, though, imo. A RS in the near future wouldn't surprise me.
