by no means,
Etrade and UBS still at it
Cheers
More MMs joining NITE at 0.0062 bid. Just missed the 20mio volume mark for 15mins.

all buys at ask for the volume although NITE has reduced the buy interest
Cheers
0.0061 about to give way
Looks like UBS is controlling most of the action today although NITE has just set a strong buy interest and volume is approaching 20mio for the last 15 mins
I love being at home and having all the tools available for a change. Work has blocked access to all streaming data.

you have to keep in mind that for CC we're just a small fish and they have no interest to lend a man to a conference call for reasons that don't apply to them. And the update of how the rollout goes we'll see in slow but steady increase in sub numbers when they are updated. I've seen the VT store rolled out right on schedule and that's enough evidence that all is well with the deal.
Cheers
Maybe our VT postal office is still a little behind with respect to technology or it's only in larger cities - who knows but I don't mind the five days are acceptable to me and as long as metropolitan areas perform better it's OK 'cause that's where the majority of customers is still coming from (despite the grass roots campaigns, etc.)
Cheers
And I should metion that the one day turn-around is for items listed as "Short Wait" which all of my top queue items are.
Cheers
3foraDolla, f1fans -
how far from a distributon center do you live? Here from Vermont it still takes 2 days for the arrival of returned items and one day for shipping the next which will arrive two days later. Still a big improvement to before (the MA dist center). Mondays return yields Saturday arrival of new item.
That's good enopugh for me.
Cheers
Tina -
can only second that. Since MA came online the turn-around times have improved greatly in Vermont. Just mailed two returns on Monday and today the next ones shipped (both Short Wait DVDs) so should have them Saturday.

the selling is not going on right now but is a possibility up to 9bi if GGI choses to do so at a cost of $20mio for GGI and into GnF's pocket or if GnF requests the funds.

happy to report that the Williston store in Vermont now proudly displays the GnF subscriptions in the game section which is right opposite the movie section in our store. The rollout in full force

get your facts straight and read the SB-2. The O/S has not increased! This is only an instrument that if indeed drawn upon (which might or might not happen) will end up in about 7.7bio shares O/S over an extended period of time as there are strong stipulations on the conversion.

I would think these are only supposed to be accessible for military and you'll get through them from the affiliates website that's why it's not offered as a general link

the O/S did NOT just increase by 5.8bio shares but potentially will over time if the money is drawn upon. But there are limitations to how GGI can convert into common shares as stated in the SB-2.
BTW there are other interesting things stated that noone seems to care about, read my post from earlier:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=10444006
Cheers

yes it is different, stated so in the SB-2
>>Common stock to be outstanding
after the offering Up to 7,703,157,540 shares
assuming the full exercise of
our warrants and conversion of
our convertible debentures
Doesn't mean tho that the dilution will happen and if it does over what time frame as GGI has restrictions in the conversion. Read my post from earlier this evening also addressing this persistent R/S B/S
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=10444006
Cheers
Anybody notice this section in the SB-2:
>>The amount to be registered also
includes shares of common stock issuable upon exercise of the
warrants, as such number may be adjusted as a result of stock splits,
stock dividends and similar transactions in accordance with Rule 416.
Should the conversion ratio of our convertible debentures result in
our having insufficient shares, we will not rely upon Rule 416, but
will file a new registration statement to cover the resale of such
additional shares should that become necessary. In addition, should
a decrease in the exercise price as a result of an issuance or sale
of shares below the then current market price, result in our having
insufficient shares, we will not rely upon Rule 416, but will file a
new registration statement to cover the resale of such additional
shares should that become necessary.
<<
This should put a nail in the coffin of these R/S utterings as of late!
Also the rate of potential dillution is very limited as GGI has agreed to not exceed 9.9% of the OS and there are substantial warrants associated with the conversion:
>>For example, if Golden Gate elects to convert $2,500 of the
convertible debenture, this would result in the issuance of
47,659,408 shares of common stock based on a current conversion price
of $0057. However, Golden Gate will not be entitled to convert the
convertible debenture unless it also exercises the a pro rata portion
of the warrant. In this situation, Golden Gate will be required to
exercise approximately 248,137 warrants at an exercise price of $1.09
resulting in $270,469 in funding for our company.
The selling stockholder has contractually agreed to restrict its
ability to convert or exercise its warrants and receive shares of our
common stock such that the number of shares of common stock held by
them and their affiliates after such conversion or exercise does not
exceed 9.9% of the then issued and outstanding shares of common stock.

Service update -
this is the first time that I've actually returned my two games I've had so far. Sent them on Tues 14th, got credit for them on Thurs 16th and two new shipped today 17th which means I should have them on Tuesday (because of the Monday holiday) and this is for Vermont, not bad I'd say

dx, I have several Dish DVRs and none of them get preloaded with movies. You can record PPV events, however. I have also not seen any announcement from Dish that they would offer this feature anytime soon. Do you have a reference for this?

OT: good one wick
BTW still holding on to my measly 500,000

wick,
it's still cents (although eurocents

there also might be an additional reason for the shift in further roll-out. The reasons you guys mentioned are quite valid (new web site, new DCs to handle additional subs) but also the urgency is gone a bit as the holidays have passed and people sit back and digest for a while until Easter and Labor Day come around. So having the roll-out postponed but in time for those holidays makes a lot of sense (after all there are expenses associated with it and if you don't expect immediate benefits you might as well push them back until they line up better just as they did with the initial trial just in time for x-mas)
Just a thought
Cheers
PS: I finally subscribed directly and am still in trial (since 12/23) and received my first game exactly one week later; live in Vermont and was shipped from PA)
Hi money4no...
There is no specific time associated with the insider trading rule. If you are privvy to insider information (meaning information that is not available to the general public) you cannot use this information to trade the respective stock (neither for gains or losses) until it is made public. So the time is determined by information being available only to insiders and it being published.

Hi Xan,
maybe the post was referring to the Traders Nation radio broadcast from 10/6 that supposedly covered GZFX among others. Did not listen to it, so don't know what was said.
