Seriously, NINE DOLLARS! How do you even report that? I'd like to know how they track any of their inventory and sales.
What an amazing company.

I would like to know how much time the "Executive Team" spends on VPER business. There are 8 of them on the website and based on VPER financials, they aren't paying them what one would normally expect an executive to get paid. The expectation may be that VPER is trying to grow the company so they only work when needed and there is a compensation agreement in place, maybe with some stock of some sort or company performance-based cash.
I think VPER's share structure is going to run into problems sooner than later. I would THINK the SEC would require common shares be available to cover any warrants, but if that is a requirement, VPER does not have the shares. They would have to convert some existing commons to preferreds to cover that warrant, which is probably doable, just another hoop to jump through, and there is likely some expense involved. They are supposed to be contributing shares somewhere, as project funding comes in, which in theory could eat up a chunk of preferreds, but I think in reality, they won't be contributing a lot of shares. At least not any time soon.
Not much volume today.
What an amazing company.

Is that calculating the market cap after the reverse split? I was just posting Q4 revenue.
What an amazing company.

NINE DOLLARS!
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
$9 in revenue? That's satisfying?
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
I guess 9 dollars is better than zero, right?
What an amazing company.

Thank you for further information on the fact that there is no such thing as an international patent!

I believe the individual in the case who is being referred to posts here as B1gbtv001. I may be incorrect, but I do remember reading the posts. Seemed very forthright, but I can only trust an internet message board so far. Soapboxmom apparently had some legal involvement with Vakser and she seemed very open in her posts about her situation with him. This board is an interesting soap opera, but there are long stretches of nothing happening, so it's easy for me to miss some tidbits.
What happened to $1/sh? If the company is actually going to be doing $120+ million/yr in revenue (at ridiculous margins), then why would anybody think $.07 is even close to reasonable? Valuation metrics for that pps make no sense. If anyone believes what the company is saying, then pps of MUCH greater than .07 is warranted. I believe the pps should be at .0001 or less.
What an amazing company.

Huge volume today. Something big is cooking!
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Monster volume today. They must've sold out of the 500 million at .0004.
That's a joke. Just like VPER.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
No they didn't. At no point, did they say it was from EcoTech. *I* deduced it was EcoTech and posted that, but that was by no means definitive. Most supporters of the stock had not even read the financial statement. And at this point, I doubt most have read it.
What an amazing company.

A company's success depends on news releases. Unfortunately, there was no "news", just speculative trash.
What an amazing company.

The PR does not clarify the actual relationship. What do shareholders get from the relationship? In the PR you copied and pasted, where does the stock that VPER is contributing go? Who owns it? When is it sold to actually fund things?
Why does the Global Sustainable Initiatives URL redirect to VPER's website?
Is there a relationship between Global Services International and Global Sustainable Initiatives?
Why does VPER not show their ownership of Global Services International on their financials?
Why does VPER not show their ownership stake in Apollo Metro Solutions on their financials?
What is the relationship between Apollo Smart Lights and VPER?
What is the relationship between Apollo Metro Solutions and VPER?
Why does VPER think they can sell 500 million shares at .0004 when they sold very little (if ANY--the current OS was listed as IDENTICAL in both offer statements) of the previous offering at .0005? Why is there a discrepancy in OS between their most recent financial statements and both offerings?
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
What is "GSI" and what is their relationship with VPER?
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
They aren't selling on the open market. Well, at least not the offering of 500 million shares. People are dumping. Some of them will go buy shares at .0004. Others won't.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Most amazing statement ever:
"Substantial funds". Where will that come from?
Sounds like Global Sustainable Initiatives is NOT Global Services International? What happened to Global Services International after it was acquired? Why does Global Sustainable Initiatives' URL redirect to VPER's website?
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Good for the climate? Honestly asking, but CIBH still seems to be undervalued.

Some volume today. People finding out about the shares available at .0004 and wondering why they shouldn't dump everything they own to buy at a 33.3% discount? If you believe VPER will succeed, why not do exactly that?
Website has been updated a bit as well. Video is titled "Apollo Smart Cities". Is that Apollo Smart Lights or Apollo Metro Solutions? If it is the former, what is the relationship between VPER and Apollo Smart Lights? If it's the latter, why does VPER not show their ownership in Apollo Metro Solutions on their financials?
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
I used to follow one penny and they always said that things would happen "in a matter of weeks". May have actually been VPER.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
It is currently early Q1. 2 months from now will be late Q1. I would classify "early Q1" as up until February 14. Ideally it would be prior to Feb 1, but allowing for alternate definitions, anything in the first half a Q1 could potentially be considered "early".
Of course, some things have been said that were never followed up on.
Perfect post.
VPER does not appear to communicate with any verifiable facts.
What an amazing company.

Please post a link to "Vipers solar powered green energy board" or link to information about it. Or is this just more random words about nothing?
What an amazing company.

And based on Farid's love of Twitter, you'd think he could say "the website is down for this reason and we expect it to be up at this time." But no. That takes too much effort.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Yes, please re-read all of their PRs and note any actual substance.
1) Why is VPER contributing stock to this? Who is valuing the stock at $.05? Not the market. Is this not supposed to be a project that brings money to VPER?
Sure seems that way. I should have bought at the low.
Shareholders were nestled all snug in their beds, while delusions of revenue danced in their heads...
What an amazing company.

Which is it? Now you're saying two smart lights will be in by the first half of 2023 with $120 million revenue annually? Inflation really has gone crazy. 2018 has turned into 2023, 2019 is now 2025, and $10 million is now $120 million.
Not necessarily. Director is frqently juat a title like manager or supervisor. I believe public companies have to file paperwork when there is a change in the board of directors. I believe Farid is the only board member for VPER, but that may be incorrect.
What an amazing company.

I don't have to have Caribbean expertise to know that nothing will happen in the Caribbean with regards to VPER.
And tell me how you know this guy is on the board.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Nothing will happen in the Caribbean. They have not installed the SINGLE pole they have been talking about for YEARS. They will not have 2,000 installed by 2025. Nowhere near $120 million in revenue.
Heavy bag for VPER shareholders.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
VPER definitely going. Deeper into trips, but going.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
I definitely appreciate you actually doing legwork and substantial research! Refreshing, to say the least.
And you're asking all of the questions I have had for years. For years, Farid was listed as CEO or general manager or some such for multiple companies "in the circle of VPER", but VPER didn't do much of anything, so I could only assume that employees were getting paid by these "partners" or whatever they were and VPER shareholders were completely in the dark as to what was going on.
I don't know why they all of a sudden posted a profit due to a subsidiary, but made absolutely no mention of that being significant. Is it because it was a one time deal or is it because it has absolutely nothing to do with a "core" product/business? Did they just wholesale EcoTech's inventory and that's what they ended up with? And as you asked, "what is the subsidiary?" Is it EcoTech? Global Services International? I don't THINK they could claim that Apollo Smart Lights is a subsidiary. Apollo Metro Solutions, they only owned a portion of, so I don't think they would claim it is a subsidiary. And again, WHY don't they show their ownership in that company on their books? I don't THINK they can claim Global Sustainable Initiatives is a subsidiary, unless Global Services International changed their name. Global Sustainable Initiatives' website does now redirect to VPER's.
I would think the 21 Cities/Palos Hills/Village of Justice government entities responsible for this project would have been required to vet their suppliers, but how far do they go? Doesn't seem like VPER is directly involved, just a subsidiary. Subsidiary may look fine to the powers that be.
Next financials are in May. My guess is they issue some of their fluffy PRs in the next few weeks and then nothing until the financials are released.
What an amazing company.

$7.5 million isn't much money (in the grand scheme of things), but maybe they are just taking what they can get at this point. I'm definitely looking for an entry point. I'd prefer they go it alone, just to maximize returns for me, but more likely a partnership or buyout is in their future. Dirt cheap for one of the big biotechs. Maybe that's why they lowered the AS so substantially? Maybe that's why they just need the $7.5 million to get them by a little longer?
If the supporters would simply read the financials, they would see that one QUARTER of 2022 has completely smoked the last FOUR YEARS combined. I would call that significant. Not enough for me to buy a share of VPER, but I would have THOUGHT the supporters might have mentioned it.
Galactic Smiling Inchworms? The GSI situation is really fishy in my book.
