Nice pickup. How many of the 80 did they fill??
A whopping 800 shares at the bid at 81. WOW!! A flood of selling pressure. It can't get anymore comical.
Is it ludicrous to think that all these shares being offered for sale in the last 2 months IS ALL COMPANY SHARES BEING DUMPED ON THE MARKER?? It's got to be massive naked shorting and it's time to bury these predators and send them into oblivion.
There must be countries out there where you can sell stock short without any equity in your account. Where you just open the account and sell shares and a credit balance appears in your account. This must be happening, why, no legitimate brokerage firm wouldn't have equity requirements against short position.
You'd need to be a billionaire to short as much as could be out there. It's the only explanation if it's not the company.
The Buyer's out there still don't get it. We're not selling!!!
If he takes it a 9, watch out.
Need a Billion plus to turn it around.
500,000 at 8. He'll go to 85.
Got a feeling that news could be coming sometime this month? The bid at 85 was for 500,000. A good sign for things to come.
Carb:
In your opinion, is it possible to construct multiple compost facilities around the globe. Why would they necessarily have to constrain themselves to Castleberry? Thanks.
Normally, I would agree, but he had 5 years to do it, and he chose not to. No need now. If the Global compost market is viable, and GLEC is truly thinking Global compost markets, $4.00 a share is a $2 Billion market Cap. $2 Billion is a sneeze in today's valuations for a legitimate company with long term revenues. What am I missing with all you experts??????????
ARB - You're 100% correct, but f the reverse split to get to $4 to $5 a share so institutions qualify to purchase. Do it like a "MAN" and get it there without it. Get it there with 500 million outstanding and you're a real man and a real company.
Does anybody get it by now?????????????????????????
The real reason is that there is no reason to reverse split the shares. If the company makes it, they'll need the flow to accommodate institutional investors. Simple as that.
We'd be better off getting 5,000 guys together and putting in some money and squeezing the crap out of the ahol_s who are shorting this POS and send them home for good.
If positive news does come out regarding Carbon Credits, I wouldn't be shortsighted. Our leader had plenty of time over the last 5 years to reverse split the shares and he chose not to. There must be a reason for it. Maybe he's a real man and not a mouse with principle's, and he feels that he is going to make this company successful over his dead body without diluting himself or the company. If this is the kind of man we have, you'd be foolish to sell shares on foundational type news. I believe that although the outstanding shares is 1/2 billion, the shares have been trading like there's only 100 million, and not for just a short time, but a very long time. These 2 keys are the keys to a successful company. If you sell your shares on a spike, I doubt very much you'll ever get back in, or when you do, it'll be at a substantially higher price. If this company makes it, you won't see real liquidity until it trades 50 - 100 million a day for at least 6 months. By that time, the share price will be substantially higher than today. Time will tell. Patience anyone??GLTA
MM's are testing everyone's patience. They feel we are all at the breaking point and that they will accumulate shares cheap. Boy, are they wrong. Stand hard and don't give in.
Excuse me. 20 million at 4.
15 million at 4. What a joke????????????
Everyone is totally disinterested do to the lack of support in the price. The management should just come out and be big boy's for a change and admit they are failing and that they're doing their very best to hire someone or a group of someone's who can make the company a success. It happens everyday. What's the big deal. If you can't cut it, step aside and give the company over to someone who can.
heart; What time did you put your order in, and who executed it? Thanks.
Why isn't the company insisting it get off the greys and trade on the OTCBB. How long must it trade hear until it qualifies????
I agree. Good point. Scams are scams, and viable companies are viable companies, but the SEC must adjust their policy. They are discouraging disclosure, and treat both types of entities as if they are the same. They are not. They only create more volatility and distress among investors. The end result will that companies will refuse to go public and stay private. I know I would.
If I owned a public company, you'd never hear a peep out of me.
You know what the real unfortunate part about this is. The SEC preaches disclosure, but when you crush investors and companies, it encourages them to say nothing, so you have 0 transparency, just the total opposite of what the SEC wants to accomplish. Typical moronic behavior from an agency that has the power to destruct.
Happy Easter to all and the best of Health.
You won't see me selling any shares.
Can't everyone see that the MM's are reluctant to lower the ASK?? There's no real Seller's out there. Everyone sit tight and buy on dips.
Company needs time to get it right this time around. Hopefully, another 8 months should indicate their on the right track.
Everyone needs to be patient, time passes quick enough. Focus towards Christmas. Buy on any dips.
Thanks, Dan
What has Growlife been accused by the SEC of doing?? Where can you find the accusation online?? Thanks.
I guess time will tell.
It's all over. You won't see 10 again. Bottom occurred today. Only higher prices from here.
Someone is starting to accumulate. Should see around 2 in the coming weeks, but it must be slow and easy or the speculators will cause havoc.
We want slow and easy. No spikes.
7 Seller's are overtired. They're done. Now the eights need to be address.
Looks like MM's are getting tired of selling at 7. 125,000 bid for and no one is hitting it.
Why would the MM's go thru the 8's without being ready to take out the 9's. The good sign is that we've tries 3 or 4 times to take out the 8's and the price hasn't moved. maybe this time it will???
Well said. I thought Christmas may be a good time to celebrate.
Continue to be patient. Let the company get it right this time. Hopefully they will.
Going to need a minimum of 450 million in volume tomorrow to keep it going or it will fall short.
