ARB - You're 100% correct, but f the reverse split to get to $4 to $5 a share so institutions qualify to purchase. Do it like a "MAN" and get it there without it. Get it there with 500 million outstanding and you're a real man and a real company.

Does anybody get it by now?????????????????????????
