Which is semi what I touched on this morning when I stated "Fluff". However being that they addressed some very important communication issues that resulted in the wrong A/S information I am glad that they informed their shareholders of the mistake and made it clear where the fault lay. All the other was simply a basic update on information we already knew would be moving along smoothly, which wouldn't necessarily constitute a Conference Call to inform shareholders, which is exactly the point that they are making saying that future CC's will only be presented when necessary.

Not rocket science to see whats going on here! Long term hold with Huge upside potential. Flippers need not apply.

The logic of the usage of the shares is simple, yes, you are correct. And I fully understand and support that decision. The Logic of also knowing a fact on July 7th of your actions, and then telling me a Lie on July 9th that those actions had not and will not take place is also simple logic. Put it to rest, and quit spinning. This is a big deal, and companies that Lie do not get to claim honesty through transparency, because that again is another lie and once we have established a pattern of dishonesty, you tell me what then separates this great company from all the other lying scams in the OTC?

I would like to hear them address why on July 7th they raised the A/S and on the CC on July 9th they adamantly stated over and over that there would be no Raise of the A/S or the Float and no Dilution... Well if people would start emailing Jay as I have and let the company know that as shareholders that this current price per share is unacceptable maybe we would see some communications or updates put out by the company, and thus bolster the PPS.

The company needs to update its shareholders on multiple levels.
Silence creates manipulation which kills buying and entices selling which eventually results in Stagnance.. Which is where we are currently.

That could all change quickly with some MEATY news of a closed Acquisition and the details of how that will increase revenue for the company.

Posting information in regards to the economy and how that plays a role in the development and success of the future for AVEW is absolutely on Topic. Pools and outdoor living spaces are a Luxury Item. Without Wealth, the Middle Class and a thriving economy, there is no market for what AVEW has to offer. Updates in regards to emerging markets that create wealth and bolster the Middle Class are exactly what we need to focus on in this investment, which far more on topic than a conspiracy about MM's working together to take us down or other classic cliche misconceptions of manipulation in the market such as "The Entire Market is Red Today".

I'm sure its quite tiresome and frustrating to have to skip over posts that define the role of AVEW in the Texas Economy, create awareness, identify due diligence for other investors, and focus on the achievements and give insight to the direction of the company. Your exactly right.. No one can force anyone to hit the Buy or Sell button, and how ridiculous is it to think that folks do that every single day all day from the advice given from those they dont even know or will ever know and clearly do not have their best intentions in mind? It truly is amazing, the power of persuasion.. The A/S increase was almost three weeks ago, however it was used yesterday to influence weak hands to sell into those who used the technical's to leverage their positions to catch those sells..

Manipulation at its worst... Unfortunately we have a lot of green investors here.. and those who are savvy and experienced know that.

It's obvious that there are several types of investors / traders here. Some experienced, and some not so experienced.. It seems there is a growing frustration directed towards anyone who "flips" or takes advantage of this quiet window prior to releasing financials.

I made a choice to sell this week after Wednesdays news prompted a classic "gap n trap" scenario. Don't blame me, blame the chart... That specific indicator that has taught me that a retrace is inevitable showed it's face, and therefore gave me no choice but to follow what the chart said, and it spoke clear and true as we saw the retrace yesterday. Whether one "flips" or uses technical analysis to maximize their position, it shouldn't matter as long as they aren't using manipulation of others in the form of pump jargon or fear mongering to manipulate the share price to their advantage. Any animosity shown to those simply using technical analysis to maximize their position or profit from their trades is misdirected. Investors and traders will come and go here until they reach their intended goal, or sitting around waiting exceeds their patience level, but either way this isn't the last time you will see folks coming and going looking to maximize their profit which is exactly why we call this a "Market".
