A design with thoroughly thought out construction. Sure must be better than a hodgepoge created by the UF group. Integrated interface and power supply, functional screen, data logging etc. Design can be mass reproduced. Possibly also can be used with blow and go ignition and maybe also for Point of Care for medical.?.(BTHCD)...GLTA...
Like the 100k sale today I think the pressure is related to the offering from July to Alliance. 7.5M shares takes a while to be sold and it seems that the $5 to $7 area is the targets. Glad they are not just dumping these shares. All the new acquisitions will bring larger revenues, IMO. Another deal today. JMHO...GLTA...
SANTA ANA, Calif., June 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- KUSH BOTTLES, INC. (KSHB) ("Kush Bottles" or the "Company"), a leading provider of packaging, supplies, vaporizers, hydrocarbon gases, solvents, accessories and branding solutions for the regulated cannabis industry, today announced it closed a registered direct offering of 7,500,000 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase 3,750,000 shares of common stock with a combined purchase price of $4.80 per share. The warrants have an exercise price of $5.28 per share, are immediately exercisable and will expire five years from the date of issuance. The gross proceeds of the offering are approximately $36,000,000 before deducting placement agent fees and other estimated offering expenses. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including, among other things, working capital, product development, acquisitions, capital expenditures, and other business opportunities.
A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners acted as the sole placement agent for the offering.
Actually only 35.8m float and the rest is held by insiders. 52% or about 40m shares.
With the new processing and storage property in Mead now running along with the existing center already successful, there should be a Huge increase in revenues over the next several Quarters.
First facility can process 1000lbs a day. They claim $2m+ of product in storage or about 500,000 lbs of threshed , dried and cured Hemp flowers.
They also bought another $1.4M of "highest" quality Indica buds for the THC for their patented mixture / tinctures. They also hired chemists/technicians for this processing to ensure quality.
Seems they will be Very busy through most of next year. Will we see news on the trials of their 'fast track' drugs... Another TLRY but with actual serious earnings, JMHFO...GLTA...
New extraction facility with storage of 40k sq ft in Mead, Co. seems like the big news. Now running processing two facilities.
They sold $5M+ shares to Tangiers (so that's why the PPS had such downward pressure-IMO), for cultivation, harvest, storage, processing, etc. IMO.
H2 suit to arbitration, still claiming 'no merit'.
Trials in progress with 12 patients identified and being treated (payments made).
Overall glad I bought more down here and expect a great fourth Q and fantastic next year...JMHO...GLTA...
The main point of my recent posts IS that Yost may be focusing more on the medical benefits of the FAIMS research done at UF. Being a scientific advisor to Owlstone seems to show a change in Yost priorities. This would benefit BTH/NASH much more than it would BLO, IMO.
The science for both seems done and a basic device concept seems completed. BLO is now lining up initial production for a device from chatter and DD posted here. A POC device could be /would be very similar in design, IMO. Software would be similar with different data bases. Yost is not working the THC angle with Owlstone, IMO. He's there for medical uses of FAIMS, IMO.
The Canada race for a device pre legalization has past and now some precincts will use slobber analysis while others may be waiting for the next generation devices like from BLO. Getting a device produced is the race now, so it can be tested independently and by police that may use it. Legal aspects for both slobber and breath are for the courts to decide later. Yost wont be involved with these issues, IMO.
BTHCD needs to act quickly to Include Yost/Owlstone...JMOs...GLTA...
I agree. With Yost's move as an advisor to Owlstone, it appears this might be a strong possibility. Seems to me that a further buyout of BTH/NASH is possible too. Sciences have been developed and basic testing/proof of concepts completed for both. Paid for by our investments!
Yost teams and management for both companies probably want the next steps faster than long approvals may take and possibly financed by more dilution. That hurts all. I bet others have written to these BOBs too about this. Time to join AMG with some efforts to let them know how common shareholders feel.
Hope they both don't wait too long and lose the pertinence of their leading research and developments. That's why I think Yost's move to a scientific advisor for Owlstone was important and possibly very beneficial to BLO and common shareholders.
News of initial manufacturing with devices for trials would be a great bonus to kick off real interest in these speculative stocks. BTW, aren't the same 'guts' and technologies/interfaces/software in both a VOC and BLO breathalyzers? Just different data bases?...GLTA...
Maybe they will confirm their initial production intentions for test units.
I have always thought that a major packager like CCK / OI / Ball might be interested to add KUSH as a division. But the cannabis part probably prevents that still.
"Advanced" technologies and devices. Maybe even with active readouts that can be linked? Instead of some outdated slobber color or swab Xfered - low cost ideas that may not be repeatable. Calibration for all unit components is integral to the Cannabix concept from what I've read. Hopefully Cannabix has accomplished the solid design with upload /download capabilities, like even dumb phones, data logging and memory with a sufficiently impressive displays and easy connection abilities.
We have heard that edibles are covered from the company.
A < 250K low volume day that took BLOZF down > $.09, with the current market and sector issues makes it either some geniuses or fools here over the last few days.
We see Yost connecting with Qwlstone (competitor(?). Then more good DD from some shows production is close if not being initiated right now for trial of components, then assembly SOPs, packaging and branding etc, hopefully even Final assembly and testing for the trial units. I would guess / hope.
Yost's supervision seems not needed as much now and he may be more interested now / soon with his initial medical research where he started. I"ve thought research for the Pot aspect got pushed over the past at UF under his leadership and direction of efforts.
We all don't know exactly how the progress is going on DIFFERENT uses for the FAIMS technologies that Yost may be working on with less fan fair. Software integration of the newest hardware configuration may be applied to medical and Qwlstone may be part of those efforts...JMHO...
I hope they don't ship trial units to Government or Police departments Without making a good display with full functions and Quality "Snazzy" easy access container assembly for a Unit with all peripheral components set there for access. Nothing used to PMO more than some important unit needed "accessories" that were delivered separate or had to be bought Afterwards after finding out it was needed....GLTA...
The CNAB guidance ( sticky ) shows a conservative outlook for this stock, IMO. Our time is just starting.
Good harvest of their own crops / Processing machine reaching full production this fall / another processing machine being built / proprietary techniques yielding super high quality oils and tinctures, some of these are in clinical trials.
CNAB made a reputation of selling how-to info to the initial medical MJ producers and stores. CNAB has PATENTED rights. Now this is coming around, ask about CNAB at your local store, all the ones I visited know them or are doing business following their guidance. I was talking to one owner about KSHB packaging/branding and he suggested CNAB 2+ years ago as an investment. Glad I listened and am still adding at dips. Holding an increasing size core position. Flipped some at past peaks and dips, lucky on most of those.
Only moderate volume today and this nice rebound was encouraging to me. Big money at cannabis Expo in NY is stirring things up, IMO. With all the new consumers of Pot I also bought more breathalyzer stock, BLOZF...GLTA...
Actually it's a positive that they have cultivated hundreds of acres of their own hemp and will have a steady supply to process. They are funding a second processing machine 2019. That is the steady income and growth. The Prana products and drug trials are bonuses...JMO...GLTA...
They may make the $6m and with a steady supply of Hemp may surprise in the next Qs. JMO.
I didn't do any research on the Cramer stock, just sort of listened to the show and caught their topical creams and a pump for IPO but still in designer phase. X COO of *** with strong backing.
My point was that I have seen other 'infringements' on CNAB's 911 patents. IMO. Now a Cramer pump of a wannabee super pot company that seems to be stealing/copying our licensed products. Hope we can protect our intellectual properties and patented products...GLTA... Towards end of interview/pump at 5. mins +.
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/10/18/green-growth-brands-ceo-most-us-cannabis-stores-are-underperforming.html
Saw a segment about Green Growth on Cramer. This one seems well financed. (private now but future IPO). Sure seems they are infringing on CNAB topical creams, CBD mixes, etc. I thought they were covered by the 911 patents. Seems CNAB needs to take a few bucks and challenge these late to market competitors. Licensing issues?...JMHO...GLTA...
"I say you have it @ss backwards."
Most are here to possibly Make more Money. Done that. Gambling Free shares, makes it's way easier...
Own this much or more of that, truth.? Don't take profits?. Shoot your own foot off, it's yours. Makes marching tough...GLTY sir...
Anyone think it was patience that caused management at Cannabix to put out a presser the day before MJ legalization?"
I think prompting / coercing a PR from BLO was a bad idea when they did not have specific achieved goals to tout. IMO. Let slobber tests fail as seen by the unacceptance. A few weeks and possible production news was imminent.
Yost's original goal of FAIMS for disease with BTH has been temporarily diverted to a possibly more immediately profitable THC device. The tech is basically the same. Owlstone is a much more mature company. BTH was floundering and the only run was riding the Jan 2018 pot wave. Anyone not selling SOME into this unexpected run...oh well... NASH is an attempt to refocus BTH. Owlstone is a possible savior instead of long work and dilution NASH implies. All IMO. Could be, oh well...
Perceived competitor? Possible buyout candidate, makes sense to me anyway. Investors can buy / sell / or hold. Commenters can post their opinions here to debate...JMHFO...GLTA...
We're not a Canada stock or have anything that I know about related to those stocks. We are an American competitor. The pump's been on for a while about Canada. Selling the news now.
We don't need their exports. Rocky Mtn pot is high quality like N Calif or Afghanistan. Do they even grow pot outside there?
CNAB has patented products that other producers will need to worry about. Maybe Coors/Molsen will have a beverage made in Canada, bfd, that just implies there will be beverages here too. I hear the whole of Canada's Pot market is less than California's.
They claimed the utility order was being completed a couple months ago. Hope it was successful enough to garner further orders. Producing some units for SLB would be super great. Except if they build for SLB the O+G has been sold.?.
Transitioning to wastewater company was said in last PR. Pocketing the SLB check by the ceo for backpay possible but it would be contested by us shareholders and hung up in courts. They just bought / financed a large CNC center so real Business is a more possible use of the cash...
Sure am disappointed both EVTN and ESPh have not gotten involved with clean-ups of the algae problems in their back yards, so far. Sure thought that these companies focus on clean water would do much better than they have over the last decade. Maybe they still can...GLTA...
Good idea to hold a core position because there are a couple explosive possibilities here such as a Drink infused with tinctures, FDA approval and always a steady hemp refining production as a mainstay with their Prana brand. I bought more again this week...GLTA...
They're telling us their business plans and financing.
These folks have a plan and Tangiers' cash will make it happen. First stages this fall and if successful we should not need to worry about any Tangiers in the future . Yes still a speculative investment, BUT not for long. Buy the $.6s...JMHO...GLTA...

I hope we see a positive settlement between Pure Hemp and CNAB on that patent infringement issue( CNAB 911 ) soon.
I also feel the H2 claim for their couple acres of hemp, Out of the hundreds of acres CNAB has under contract, settles fast. The guidance seems to show a great harvest and steady production throughout the next several Quarters...GLTA...
Stupid question...How do the $.08 pps shares turn into $.24. I'll sell all my shares for $.24...No vote but done by 10-17? Or?
It takes Much more time to charge an EV Truck than an EV car. For them time IS money.
All Evs derive their power from existing energy sources/transmission lines. Either Wind, Coal, Hydro, Solar, Oils or NG.
Electric vehicles are great, but let us discuss HOW they are CHARGED...
FROM generation of electricity by sources like coal, hydro, nuclear, oils, wind AND NG. NG is continuing to have larger proportions of generated power.
Also there are Always losses when transferring or converting energy. Battery storage of power has losses. Ease of use for EVs / charging is increasing But the power Must be Generated and xmitted and stored. Battery charging takes time.
America has one of the worlds largest NG reserves. Spending American Blood and Treasure defending and supporting countries like Saudi Arabia-Iraq-Kuwait in the middle east and Dictator led South American countries. Processing Tar Sands from Canada pollutes our environment just to ship the oil to the far East markets. Drilling offshore for Oil has much higher pollutions than getting NG from the same wells. Fracking pollutes water systems here also and drains water tables needed for uses by humans etc.
These will change, IMO. When Boone started this co there was little support (legislative). Bashing reality and thinking dirty oils will not face increasing headwinds is is short sighted..JMHO...GLTA...
Disclosure. I have stage 4 metastatic cancer. Surviving 4+ years, still doing chemo, optivo now, but Euravoy, Keytruda and interferon before that. CBD helps sleep and overall lessening of negative effects and pot helps anxiety, I think / hope / believe / Feel...GLTA...
Smoki, I'll reply too, OK.
Plenty of doubt here already without some poster's harping. We all knew we invested in a speculative stock. Other company results or issues are not our concern. BTH has done little since the beginning of year pot run rubbing off. ( glad I took some unexpected profits) I recently posted my limited hopes and a most recent quote from the company in reply to another poster's continued dire comments.
If you wont/cant handle this as a possible loss, sell. But actually few shares have been sold since the LOI? why?hmmm.
Seems we are stuck with a possible combined direction with NASH now. I had expected a possible BK but sold enough again at the news to allow holding till AN end to this deal or something is seen. We may still be pleasantly surprised. Could happen. Pretty sure ANYTHING is better than the BK which seemed to be closing in before this LOI...JMHO...
Wish you the best...GLTA...
IMO, Money is an excuse for delays in purchasing slobber devices. 15 days left shows Me there is limited interest of large acceptance for slobber by Police or possible future orders.
Quote; "It's my belief, as stated in previous post(s), the money is the driving force behind the flood gate opening up for massive purchases. I expect plenty more headlines of polive forces jumping on the Draeger bandwagon."
Invest or sell based on your beliefs. What will it be, please share your intentions. Others will do what they feel is correct and I hope they will enlighten us with their plans. I will hold my remaining shares for now. Sold a lot into past runs, flipped more. Thanks for your contributions...
IF... CNAB puts out a PR discussing good crops with processing expectations or we get further news from UJ research or more FDA 'fasttrack' of drug developments or confirmations of CBD/THC oils orders or the huge possibilities of a contract for additives with a soft drink or Beer/wine/booze maker,,,CNAB will see more than some flipper Run. Especially when several of these possibilities can happen together. WOW...JMHO...GLTA...
Life of the party kind of guy
“The addition of Nash Pharma’s technology and its focus on CKD and NASH is complimentary to Breathtec’s ongoing program to develop a device for early screening for the same disease states,” says Christopher J. Moreau, CEO of Breathtec Biomedical Inc. “We look forward to advancing our knowledge about these diseases and to leverage our expertise to help find markers in the breath that can help screen for these diseases.”
So, Volume on the 24th had my hopes up for Shell's accumulation theory, but no follow thru. so.
Any more theories or comments on old ones?
My pie in the sky theory is that NASH has some Phase 1s done with fair+ (?) results and might have some foot in a door at a Pharma.
BTH does have access to Yost/UF FAIMS tech and whatever (if any) data library.
BTH's Detection device does not need to be a small handheld or even very portable like BLO's.
There seems to be consensus that THC9 is harder to detect than most medical issues.
BTh has no paying businesses now, same with NASH? BTH top leader left.
Seems a decent concept to possibly keep both from BK and maybe even land some specific interest, something certainly that's been missing.
Hmmm, another Pharma wannabee, diluted to zip by R/s and PPs as some say
OR
possible sooner success thru pps pump, buyout and or partnership if we have a good pitch.

My 'suckie" answer is WAY closer to reality than your wish - in one hand and reality shits filling the other. Which one will fill up first?
Cost of litigation? You and who else picking up that tab?
Proposals to the BODs? LOL!
Shoulda coulda BS, same.
Get real. It's the BenDover plan or BK...JMHFO...GLTA...
AND YES, they'll ALL assign themselves Change of Ownership Bonuses. Salt and slugs on your/our shit sandwiches at little cost, also to shareholder's portion...
Answer?. "I think we would have seen BK without some deal like this".
No customers, research halted for diseases, Data library uncertain/nonexistent and semi-competent management left.
But, still BTH DOES have a viable product with access to FAIMS. BenDover plan for sure but better than "$0.01". I agree that this is close to the worst case scenario but BTH has been drifting that way for a long time. NO Yost-UF-etc support.?. Somewhat better than $0.01, IMO. I've stated my hopes for BTH/NASH -FAIMS, pretty weak but possible. Maybe combined company will have some value to a Pharma. (My hope)
$.08 with < 100k traded a day. What do you suggest besides more whine (or much more wine?)? IF we can VOTE down the LOI/deal(?), then what?
Costs/impact of litigation? Down to almost a complete gamble, IMO. Management will get Change of Ownership bonuses, etc. LOL/Cry out loud..GLTA... GLTY Si
Yep, Plenty of whine to go with the shitsandwichs. Anyone want salt and slugs on their sandwich?
I think I understand your technique,You do not take profits when your investment makes an semi unexpected 500% move knowing that they are already struggling. Or even if they form a LOI you hate @ .13 with stock now drifted to $.08. Am I right?
Sure we all wanted to have a great data library from time and money spent to gather that. Also design features of handheld and/or other further FAIMS patent integration info including Software and testing.
We have some of that but no customers and limited prospects. In spite of my feelings that FAIMS technologies is so great (Ive noted my failed IMSC investment. IMSC used FAIMS for Explosive and drug detection. L3 stole it and shareholders got screwed). We fought in court the same as when Goog stole ONT from shareholders. Forced 3 votes with ONT. BUT.
Seems we are at the point of possible failure looking at management actions. OR. There is a possible Plan for Possible success using FAIMS with BTH technologies / POC handheld / Software / Data Library. NASH's only actual resource is a possibly contact with representation into a major Pharma. IMO. Where would you drive this boat? We don't run the company! Sell. OR. Buy to average down and wait. Sue if you can gather the support or have the resources and deem it financially a viable move. You been here a long time so maybe your cost average is too low for some write offs over the next years...GLTA...Babble ends...
Hmmm, "and the narrative/story management has written here is one of dead money.". As both stocks have had runs that were 500%+ from my initial investment point I would feel a Fool for Not taking some profits. It is common for speculative stocks like those with new drugs/pharma and or technologies, for many reasons to release only limited info. As shareholders it's up to us to decide to Buy more, hold and wait for more info or sell for profits or to avoid losses.
Management Runs any company not investors. Large investors MAY have some more direct paths to management but all of us Must be limited to Public info releases when talking to management or receiving info from them. Informing Bods or management of personal opinions must use the same paths, letter-phone-public testimony. Most investors are cautious about accepting face value comments with OTC stocks. Influencing other investors is limited to speaking at CCs and public forums like this or through a news outlet. I have expressed my opinions here regarding possible FAIMS importance and uses with these stocks.
Risks associated with investing in speculative issues should be disclosed by the co (and usually are) in public forums and 'inside info' is illegal.
"You simply don't know what you're talking about IMO". In YOUR opinion. It's MY money and MY opinions affecting it. I've even taken the time to discuss MY thoughts specifically with your ID. My info of these companies is from public records.
I may like or not like some things that happen with BTH/BLO and have made financial decisions like selling/holding or buying so I have bought and sold as I felt was best for me since. I, WE don't run the company and can only express our pleasure or animosity by Buying-selling-or holding to wait for more info...JMHFO...GLTA...
Disclosure, holding after selling about half into the original NASH PRs volume to reduce risk or losses. I've even bought some back under $.09. My Money-My Decisions. Odious and excessive posting leaves many to question intent...JMHFO again...

A U.S.-based pot stock with 171% full-year sales growth? You bet!
Whereas most of the focus has been on direct cannabis players -- i.e., companies that directly come into contact with the plant, such as growers, processors, distributors, and retailers -- it's the ancillary marijuana industry that could hold the key to substantial gains moving forward. One such company, which is U.S.-based, might I add, that has the potential to really turn heads going forward is KushCo Holdings (NASDAQOTH: KSHB) (formerly Kush Bottles).
Last week, KushCo announced its preliminary sales results from fiscal 2018. Though still subject to change while undergoing auditing, the company's press release notes the expectation that it generated $51 million in sales for the year. That's a 171% increase from the prior-year period, and it comes on the heels of a 129% year-over-year sales increase in fiscal 2017 from 2016. KushCo has completely transformed its business over the past year to put itself at the center of three rapidly growing trends in the cannabis industry. Or, in layman's terms, its 171% sales growth could be just the tip of the iceberg.
Indoor lighting grown pot is easier to control and grow except for bugs like therps and spidermites and/or diseases, mold and black spot. I can taste the fertilizers and neem oil. A good seed or good clones with strong uncomplicated genetics helps some.
BUT, outside grown pot is usually much better. IMHFO. 40+ years as a closet and backyard grower along with world traveler.
Canada's "Sun" (cold + rainy) 'pales' (pun) in comparison to Jamaica's equatorial "Sun". High elevation growing in places like Colorado and N Calif (Afghanistan?) are renowned for their quality products too... "Rocky Mountain Highs".
