SYEV.. $0.484 More new highs, all buying today. Second quarter should be out in 2-3 weeks. Exciting stuff.
Good volume, too. It just is moving that consolidation at .40.
I think this quarter should prove to be another pleasant surprise.
High volume buying today, new 52 week high: $0.46. Looking good.
SYEV.. $0.45 Thanks sage, it's good to see you back. Yeah I'm looking forward to this quarter, even more potential than ever here. I talked to Mr. Place a month or so ago, he was pretty optimistic.
Yep, I have looked into them. Very interesting. They have some good and separate marketing. I would say it's good to come at the market from multiple angles.
That 100,000 share bid went up to .40 right before close, Friday and took out 30k shares. I wonder who that person is, and if we will see them get the rest of their 70,000 shares today.
Some cool stuff I found late night searching:
More in Costco:

Also, Slovakia!:
Technicals have held this from continuing a spike, but without any selling, we should see volume start to pick up on the ask soon. The fundamentals and technicals are lined up for a good run.
Patience is a virtue; I think the time is near for CTDH, regardless of the PR efforts.
It sure does look like it. I believe for something like this, they allow the company to rebrand their technology and agree not to disclose who actually makes the bottles. I'm not entirely sure of how I feel about this.
On one hand, it allows Seychelle to sit back while others do the legwork of marketing and distributing the product, which translates to pure sales. On the other hand, maybe it dilutes the brand? I've never fully agreed with the decision to switch to "Fill 2 Pure" from "Seychelle," as I believe that this industry is about building brand trust as much as anything.
At the same time, I trust management, and the sales are picking up. I'm not sure how this spreading of our technology affects our position for a potential buyout, but I think in the short term it helps, as the buyout will be about the technology and distribution channels more than brand recognition.
In any case, as always I'm holding strong.
Some nice consolidation around .40 the last few weeks.
I don't mind low volume after the jump; lack of visibility is the reason this is undervalued in the first place. The float is getting locked up.
Also, I hope you guys don't mind I picked up Mod of this board, just in case someone has to manage high traffic in the future. I'll update the iBox sometime this week.
KEYP good Q report and tier change this weekend.
200 mil revs, .05 net inc. in 1Q and moving up from Pink Limited to QB. Good news all around.
Also, I would say the share buyback has been taking place around this .75-.80, I'm guessing that has been the company's floor price.
KEYP tier change

Did your order get filled? No one has been selling on the bid.
Edit: Double post, so I'll just share a few thoughts.
It is great to see all that cash this quarter, and this release on their website: http://ir.stockpr.com/ctd-holdings/company-news/detail/204/ctd-holdings-inc-announces-refinancing-of-long-term-debt is good, as combined with profits it sets up the company against dilution.
Excited to be in here.
Thanks, I agree. I'm a bit jealous, I only found it a week ago and was hoping to get some of those 7s, but I wont complain. I think this is still way undervalued.
Only on the pinks can a company's turnaround to profitability and revenue growth take multiple quarters to get noticed.
Haha oh I know. I've watched a number of them.
I'm no day trader, I'm a value investor. This is the first penny I've bought in over a year. Amongst all the momo garbage, there are a few value/growth gems. I think this might be one.
Isn't it though? Imagine my frustration waking up late this morning and finding the bid at .11 after sitting on the bid of .07 for a week, ignoring the ask of .099...
I found this in a scan a week ago, and was nervously waiting for a sell. Waited just a bit too long.
Just got in, though. I think it looks real good.
Whoever wanted those 100k shares is back on the bid at .37. Anyone here?
Thank you, sir. Seychelle deserves some quality representation.
I'd love to have the old gang back around, though. It's nice to share the joy of profits.
Also, I'm not sure if you have seen this, but I came across this. It's old, but still interesting. An interview with Carl Palmer:
http://www.twst.com/?action=pdf&series=indust&fileid=AMV617
Hey hey, good to hear. Yeah, even I'm wishing I picked up more in the 20s now.
More buys on the ask today, bid's in the .40s.
If anyone has any suggestions for the iBox, let me know.
Sage, did you get back in?
SYEV.. $0.45 +13.92% Starting to look a bit like a breakout. Ask seems pretty thin.
I updated the iBox with some more than just financials for the first time in millennia, let me know if you have any other suggestions.
There seems to be very little selling pressure around, now. I wonder how much of the float is locked up.
Cool, I don't see that on the main website. It must be only under the Fill 2 Pure name.
I'm not sure if you saw it, but Fill 2 Pure International, Inc was formed as a separate subsidiary in April of this year:
SYEV.. $0.3775 100K share bid just popped up at .35, if anyone is looking to sell. ;)
I've confident that the word will spread on its own; I've always been fine with there only being a few people here honestly, massive hype causes massive volatility and people who are looking to pump and dump. I'm fine with a slow climb on merit. Seychelle is a good little company and this 10Q sure was refreshing. I liked this quote:
"We anticipate Bottles and Replacement Filter sales may increase dramatically in the near future as we have had multiple customers express interest in distributing these higher margin new products."
"Dramatically," such a beautiful qualifier.
I just wish there was higher sales of the stainless steel bottles, as those are my favorite products. I have a couple of them.
Good to see you here too, sir. Where is Hank, gotta get the old gang back together.
SYEV.. $0.34 Haha, what a release! I am still here 100%, I just got back from a trip on which I had no internet access for a month. From my first impressions here, there is a whole lot to be excited about. More than just the obvious earnings, look at all that cash and prospects!
Costco is already started the distribution, with talks for more. They are going to have retail packaging, which will make it easier to talk to other large retailers. The PH filters roll out this next month. Equity has climbed every quarter and is now over 4 million. Finished goods inventory is low.
I'm glad to see you around. Looks like the board might get a little active again.
My favorite quote from Warren Buffett: "...the stock market serves as a relocation center at which money is moved from the active to the patient."
SYEV... $0.285 45k buy on the ask; any of you guys?
Its good to see the continued volume.
It's nice to see some healthy volume since the release.
I agree. I still feel like they could use some consumer marketing, but as it is I think we can definitely see wider sales and higher revs in the near future with all the distribution efforts they have been making. There are also the few new product lines launching this summer, and they are saying there is already demand ahead of release. Looking good.
I have been holding the majority of my shares. I did sell some on the high, and bought them back under .20, but for the most part I hold. All the potential is still here.
SYEV... $0.285 +18.75% Some increased volume and bid size in response to the 10k. Good things.
Not to be hasty about any predictions of the future, but things are definitely leaning towards being on track again. Four quarters like this past one would put the Net Income over 2 million.
Cash is up over 2 million for the first time, Equity is up 1 million YoY.
This was a good quarter, it looks like Seychelle is on a real rebound. It looks like things could continue with the deals that have been in the works for a while now. It seems as if they are finally bearing fruit.
Anyone still around in this stock from the old days? It has been a while, but I've stuck around.
SYEV.. Earnings Doubled for Fiscal Year Ended 2013 Vs Prior Year
Seychelle Water Filtration Products, a DBA of Seychelle Environmental Technologies, Inc. (Seychelle) (OTCQB: SYEV), a worldwide leader in the development, assembly and sale of proprietary portable water filtration bottles made several announcements today relating to its most recent fiscal year end. For the fiscal year ended February 28, 2013, Revenue was $4,847,147 compared to $5,147,260 in the prior year, a decline of $295,113 (-5.5%). However, Net Income after taxes of $635,883 was an increase of $437,897 (+221.1%) compared to the prior year’s Net Income after taxes of $197,986. This more than doubles the Net Income over prior year.
Dick Parsons, Chief Executive Officer, announced that “while Revenue was down over prior year, Net Income was more than doubled as a result of several circumstances occurring during the year. Seychelle is continuing to expand its distribution. We have added new distributors in Hong Kong, China, the Philippines and Myanmar and are looking at expansion opportunities in Vietnam, Taiwan and South Korea. Further, Seychelle has completed new retail packaging under its Fill2Pure brand name, featuring its higher margin products including a 20oz new clear Tritan sports bottle and advanced pure water filter straws and has begun making presentations to major US retailers and mass merchandisers. We believe that the products, packaging and filtration systems are far superior to what is currently available on the market and feel that the initial reaction of the trade has been very encouraging.”
Mr. Parsons added that “Going forward, we anticipate a continuation of the overall sales and earnings trend primarily as a result of high margin new products scheduled for release during June and July and continuing on into fiscal year 2014.”
Carl Palmer, Founder, President and Chairman stated that “Seychelle has been developing several new products recently to capitalize on the growing need for portable water filtration systems that remove radiological contamination from drinking water sources and that can enhance alkalinity (pH). We believe that Seychelle has been successful in these efforts. Seychelle radiological filters remove up to 99.99% of contaminants such as Radium, Uranium, Plutonium and Cesium 137 and are currently sold in several countries including the US. Seychelle is making a major effort to develop distribution in Japan, where we believe the need is great as a result of the nuclear disaster at Fukushima. We anticipate sales to begin there at the end of the second fiscal quarter.”
Mr. Palmer noted that “In conjunction with Seychelle’s exclusive US and Canadian distribution partner, Apex Energetics, we designed a new bottle for pH which we plan to introduce in June to the medical and alternative medicine market. We believe that initial receptivity to the bottle design and pH boost of the filtered water has been excellent. Seychelle also plans to expand pH sales into other countries such as Japan, South Korea, China, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand in the second fiscal quarter. Seychelle has received over $200,000 in orders for this and other International distribution efforts.”
With Seychelle portable water filtration, consumers can drink, with complete confidence, perfectly filtered water that is great-tasting from a variety of sources – the tap, rivers, streams, ponds or creeks. The regular filter works for water from the tap while the standard and advanced filters are needed for most outdoor uses. The proprietary Seychelle Ionic Adsorption Micron Filtration (IAMF) has been tested extensively by Independent Government Laboratories in the US and throughout the world to strict EPA/ANSI protocols and NSF Standards 42 and 53 by Broward Testing Laboratories.

For a Great Taste and a Healthier Life”

10K will be out soon. It will be interesting to see where this 4th Q stands.
Also, anyone have any idea about why the bid/ask were 500,000 and 1,000,000 the past few days? I was seeing that on TDA.
The pressure has definitely switched to buying from neutral. Good news could create some serious movement.
This seems to be the natural cycle of the stock over the last five years. The question is how high will the plateau be on this run.
Thanks Frank, no worries. Sorry If I came off as snippy, might be a bit defensive after a less successful year than the last few. I still think the position and potential of the company is as good as ever, and it's nice to have this bounce back quarter with the strongest cash position yet. Just a fired up post.
Best of luck to you too, sir.
I don't know the situation or timeline you are referring to, but there was zero need for margin expansion a year and a half ago, and even if the immediate story was and is about expanding market share; 1. The presence of a single strong company hardly means there is no room for competition, especially when it isn't even direct competition, as Seychelles' bottles are targeted for different use. 2. There is still plenty of room for growth across the portable water filter market, I'd say market penetration is still low. http://www.google.com/trends/explore#q=filter%20bottle And 3. The number of patents, along with SYEV's healthy cash position give it eventual buyout potential.
Now if only it could somehow make your team. You say never, but I'll reserve hope.
Anyone know where the 100 grand in volume just came from?
Yes sir, I am. The only downside to this company has ever been visibility. A good marketing campaign would do wonders and the products basically market themselves. I have contacted them with my opinions about that a number of times.
The rollercoaster of the stock in the last year has been exciting and painful, but this is still a company that I want to own.
I'm interested in the long term plan here too, Palmer has a history of selling off to bigger companies. That would end up being good for us. It would seem like he is stepping back here too, since he is no longer the acting CEO.
Don't understand why Hank has been so down on SYEV, a dip in sales in a few quarters isn't the end of the world when the company is still so small and many distribution deals are still in the works.
Still holding long term here.
