Not to mention that ID Global corporate address has changed 3 times in the last 5 months. Yep, that's what true corporations do. Maybe next month it'll change again? Maybe we'll get a telephone number that actually works? Maybe we'll get a real investor relations point of contact? Maybe we'll get real answers to all the lies of 2015 in 2016?
I've always wondered why ID Global Corp (DuFort) dooes't use a corporate email to converse with IDGC's investors/shareholders? I work for a publicly traded corporation and all employees and the CEO have corporate accounts. If you call my companies public relations you actually get a person. Can we say the same for ID Global Corp?
Our CEO is a proven liar, conman, deginerate and thief. Public record provides all the necessary information to prove that. This has been provided many times, just because you don't want it to be true doesn't mean that it isn't. Lmao
So you're saying that DuFort and this guy constitutes a corporation? If and I mean if he's an actual employee where does he work from?
Seriously? Seriously?
If ID Global Corp was a actual company it would be one thing but it isn't and the blind and deaf can't see nor hear anything but the lies that CEO DuFort has been spewing for well over a year now. IDGC doesn't even have a single employee except DuFort let alone a viable business. No company phone and the CEO is gambling with investor/shareholders money that they put into IDGC.
PYHH is the only stock that IDGC (CEO DuFort) has that is even worth a possible investment in and because DuFort is involved you can't trust that either. What about the other holdings? Are they doing well? Are they making IDGC profits?
It's also sad that some are forgetting that the so called holding company (IDGC) has done nothing to bolster the share price. And facts about this so called company has been posted many times only to fall on the ears of the deaf and the eyes of the blind. Look at the track record of CEO DuFort and ID Global Corp and prove me wrong. I welcome that challenge.
Post the link for that EZ4Media 15 million dollar settlement please, I'll some digging to find the public record(s) for that settlement. I haven't found anything to this point...
And just FYI "Voluntary Dismissal" typically doesn't always mean "SETTLEMENT" in big boy world. It also can mean, they had no case just like with Samsung and decided to cut their loses instead of losing money to the attorneys.
The lawsuit that EZ4Media brought against Apple in 2008 was "voluntarily dismissed" by EZ4Media in 2010. EZ4Media Corp is nothing more than a lawsuit company that hasn't won any lawsuit that they've levied against anyone.
Ducktor, I hope that CEO DuFort can pull something out of his 4-point-of- contact to get the PPS moving on IDGC (I said this same thing in February, July, August, October and now December) but I believe history will repeat itself. Have you noticed that after each of the PR’s that the $0.0001’s come out in force and the PPS never moves?
DuFort is gambling on stinky-pinky stocks with investor/shareholder money. (3) of his pinky stock picks are worthless, (1) has been delisted, PYHH still has some value but he can't sell any shares and if he could it would take him 10 years with it's volume, IDGC has 7.5 billion authorized shares, DuFort has gifted himself the equivalent of 8 billion shares, ID Global Corp used an address for almost 9 months and wasn't headquartered there, then once called out on it he (CEO DuFort) moved the HQ to a known scam address in NV, then he (CEO DuFort) moved the address back to IL to his “attorneys” office, still doesn't have a valid telephone number, still has no employees (DuFort doesn’t count) and now he’s aligned himself with EZ4Media Corp that is nothing more than a lawsuit company that hasn't won any lawsuit that they've levied against anyone.
All of the above are facts and I've even left out a lot of things in between each of these above but I'm sure people get the jist. DuFort isn't a trust worthy CEO and I’m using CEO loosely.
This is hilarious, lmao. What CEO doesn't know what information should be put into a "Shareholders Letter" to bolster investor/shareholder confidence? And why is it that investors/shareholders have to ask the CEO for said letter?
I'm hoping the same :)
I'm hoping we can get some momentum going, I've added more this morning :)
I think with ID Global Corp having 7.5 billion authorized shares and CEO DuFort gifting himself the equivalent of 8 billion shares the glass will remain half empty for years to come.
The lawsuit that EZ4Media brought against Apple in 2008 was "voluntarily dismissed" by EZ4Media in 2010. And the other fraudulent lawsuit by EZ4Media, Inc. vs. Samsung was "dismissed without prejudice" in December 2008. EZ4Media has a vivid history of failed lawsuits...
You do realize that CEO DuFort is gambling with investors/shareholders investment dollars in other pink stocks right? You do realize when DuFort says "we are glad..." he means "he" right? You do realize that ID Global doesn't have any employees except DuFort right? Have you seen this pattern in IDGC in the past?
And the PPS will still be $0.0001 at the end of the day. IDGC has done this many time over the last year 1/2 and this will be the same. Drop a fluff BS PR and then the share selling begins all the way to $0.0001, lmao. You might want to take a good look at the charts for IDGC for the past 2 years...8 million shares sold and there's still 75 million on the ask at $0.0001.
People never learn, but hey...it's their money to lose. There's a nice chunk of $0.0001's out there for the "believers" this morning. Go ahead "believers" and buy up those 76 million plus IDGC shares that's available...
Watch how many $0.0001's go up this morning for DuFort....then it'll be rinse and repeat next month, lol.
First and foremost I've bought higher in NETE (initial at .245, then .256) and filled my 100K share investment. Now that the price is dropping I'm going to do what's best for my bottom line. If the price drops to $.21 I'll be picking up an additional 25k shares to average down a bit. You can't blame any one person for a 12% drop in PPS for NETE now that would be foolish...GLTU Sir.
I've done the same, the way it's looking NETE might be around .21 after lunch.
I emailed Threshold Pharmaceuticals Inc. (THLD) investor relations on Thursday of last week and here's the response.

to me
Dear Mr. Franklin:
Thank you for your note. Threshold management held a conference call on Monday morning, which may be helpful in answering your questions. The webcast replay can be accessed at http://edge.media-server.com/m/p/gb4w32i6.
We will be making decisions about all ongoing and planned studies with evofosfamide over the coming weeks. As stated on the conference call, we believe it is likely that Merck KGaA will terminate the partnership, and we expect to hear something definitive soon.
Beyond evofosfamide, our next most advanced drug candidate is tarloxotinib, which we are evaluating in two phase 2 studies. We expect to have preliminary data from those studies around the middle of 2016. (Tarloxotinib is not part of the Merck partnership.)
We expect to complete 2015 with approximately $40 to $45 million in cash, which we would hope to extend to the end of 2016. In the meantime, we will be thoughtfully evaluating strategic options pertaining to the future of the company and we will provide our shareholders with an update in the near term.
Thank you for your support of THLD.
Sincerely,
Laura Hansen

THLD management really needs to apply a tourniquet to their bleeding leg already. Any statement on future operations would be good at this point to at least keep some shareholder/investor confidence going.
Yeppers, that a huge bid @.2834.
How can anyone say "this is way undervalued with the future in revenues" and "many other catalyst to be announced"? There is absolutely nothing from ID Global (CEO DuFort) over the last year that would indicate any of this. There has been multiple attempted "PUMPS" that have failed and PR's that have done nothing for IDGC and the PPS has remained at $0.0001.
IDGC doesn't even have a valid phone number where you can speak to a actual employee. Ooooooh that's right, ID Globals employee list is (1) person strong, DuFort is the employees name.

I hope that THLD'x slide stops soon, I didn't expect this much of a slide from the low .60's
I haven't gone that deep as of yet, only sitting on 65K @.245 for the moment. But if there is another dip into the .26 - .27 range I'll make my holdings an even 100K.
I've picked up a few more this morning :)

Well another week is almost done in IDGCland. Looks like there has been "much accumulation" with "big news coming" and it's "the time to buy in now" with a "strengthening" PPS at $0.0001...
Back to "GREEN" with the BID being forced upwards...
Unfortunately I have to agree with you bullrider2. I wasn't expecting this to continue slide as it has.
Understood, best of luck to you Breezy23.
Nothing wrong with that at all, money is money. Get that profit when you can and do your best not to lose any.
Nice, nice, nice...
NETE is definitely looking strong and I for one is loving it.
Wow... 138K block @.304
Yep, yep. Looking for THLD to start a move north on or before Friday.
