Well, I own just south of 2 million shares of this thing. Between several of us here, we hold a good bit of the float. I am in at all different prices... .03 in one account average and .04 in the other. I will only take money of off the table protect the principal and take a little profit. I won't sell out until Mack Sanders has taken his option for his final 250,000 shares...

I will make more money off of this than probably any of you, assuming the PPS increases . I just don't like underhandedly helping others lose it. That's all.

This board is turning into a circus again, unfortunately, so I will refrain from commenting until the pumpers leave, but, FWIW, Jack Eversull just told me that my DD is basically 0% right, as in 100% wrong, as far as he knows. Either he knows nothing or I am wrong. I always reserve the right to be wrong, but, if I am here, I am pretty surprised. I thought I had my DD on pretty good information from more than one independent source. We shall see. Just want to keep you updated. I will be holding my shares and I hope the true, core group here does well.

Right. I posted that around the time the stock took off. I don't think it was because of that, however. I have written more than once about the news brewing about EVCA and this never happened. Diff between me and some of these cats is that I actually call people and do actual research/DD.

Whatever. EVCA will rise on its own merits. Awaken is correct though. He and I and Old Biker and others have done DD and then this guy swoops in. It's quite transparent.

So it took about 75K to get from .023 to .024. Nice.

This pumper steals out real DD and makes it his own. Like I said, though, at least we have further proof of a thin ask and tight float!! Now we need a PR and look out!!

I tweeted about it through Seeking Alpha, but I did last week as well. I doubt it's me. Difference between me and these pumpers is that I have real info and am a real long. If this is because of this guy's pump, at least we have more proof at how thin the ask is and how tight the float is, if nothing else.

You have to understand something about start ups. I actually talked to Mack about this. He noted how he and most of the execs operate. They work their butts off to get this thing off of the ground in the hopes that it will be big and pay off for them down the road. I should not say this, but I will just to further support the point. Griffths does not work this way. He expects the big salary and all of the perks that go with an already established company. He wants to be taken care of. The other guys, like Mack, work for relatively small salaries to get it going and it will pay later if successful (see Mack's stock plan). I know some of the execs do other work, such as consulting and what have you in addition to their EVCA roles. Of course, it's not uncommon for even big time execs to have other income streams, consulting gigs, board roles, etc...

The lot of them ought to never come back. They are disgrace. Not that anything will come of it but I filed an SEC complaint on one of them. They do a disservice to the company. While I get frustrated, I realize that things with companies, including EVCA, do not happen overnight. There's good news on the way. I am not sure how these cats can do what they do -- essentially setting people up to lose money -- and still sleep at night.

You're right. That's exactly why it trades for .018 at the moment. Things change fast, however.

Again, I follow stocks every day. People chase the news. They don't buy rumors as much as you might think. People chase more than anything, which is why they so often get burnt.

I don't think you're right. Somebody does not always know something. I do this for a living and every single day a stock ends up trading a massive amount of shares more than it did the day before, the week before, or it ever has. Look at today's big volume movers. No offense, but what you say is just false. It's somewhat intuitive. Lots of people say it. It sounds good, but it's not always or even often the case.

Relax. It's the SEC. We will be rewarded when it's done. I understand your frustration. I was there, but then I did some breakthrough DD. It's all good. With this float, this should fly.

Not sure, but there are folks who appear to be accumulating shares here and there. This float is tight, man, and the longs, I think, are being patient. When this moves, it's going to get incredibly interesting.

I hope it stays under .02. With the Netflix miss, I should have some fresh cash to put into ECVA. I am going all-in. Gotta love Dade County. Good people.
