We have entered into an agreement to purchase fuel from JBI. To date we

fuel will be available. At this point that is all the information we

I'm not sure what you mean by stating that the CEO didn't verify ANYTHING. If you read the above he CLEARLY stated that Indigo Energy has purchased on rail car of #6 fuel. Can't be any clearer than that.
Yet every time I drive by their office the lights are out and no one answers the door. I live 2 miles up the road and drive by that business complex everyday...twice.
But again I will state the obvious...one can purchase stock in JBII and profit from that stock...one CAN NOT buy the stock of Agylix nor can they profit from it. So until they are a public company I could care less if they found the cure for cancer. It's worthless and so is their company.
Just here to do my part on behalf of the believers Brig. What I find to be most important is that I emailed the CEO after 5pm west coast time and by the time I hit my computer at 8am west coast time the CEO had already responded.
I can tell you from my experience that doesn't happen often. FWIW I have emails in to the folks at Agylix going back to early November and am yet to get any kind of response. Not even a form letter thanking me for my interest (Or lack there of).
just smilin'
Below is a copy of an email correspondence that I had with the CEO of Indigo Energy last night regarding the fuel agreement with JBI INC. Take it for what you will. I choose to believe the CEO.
Good luck to all my fellow believers.

Subject: In regards to JBI Inc.
Good afternoon Mr Mansfield and Mr. Underwood,
I am trying to verify a recent news release from JBI Inc. with regards
to "the signing of a long-term fuel supply agreement with Indigo Energy
Partners, LLC ("Indigo Energy").
Are you at liberty to confirm or deny this agreement and if possible
provide any details of the agreement. I am most interested in the
truthfulness of this announcement followed closely by the time frame of
the first delivery. I have invested a goodly amount of my free cash
flow in to JBI Inc. based entirely on the game changing technology. I
trust you found the technology to be not only viable but profitable as
well by signing this agreement.
Any information you could provide would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Patrick Meucci
Mr. Meucci,
We have entered into an agreement to purchase fuel from JBI. To date we
have purchased one rail car of #6 fuel. We are waiting to hear when more
fuel will be available. At this point that is all the information we
have.

John Mansfield
I just added more. Thanks for the panic dips buying opportunities. More powder on the way.
Priceless. Keep up the good work Raw. You are one of the few that can be trusted to offer real, valuable information with regards to JBII.
and you speak to them directly?
WOW you sure do seem to have the INSIDE track on information. Who are these "OTHERS" that you speak of? Care to offer a name.
Do you know John personally? If not how do you come to the conclusion that he is a controlling person or extremely erratic? OR is this just your opinion?
I worked for a small company and the owner put his life blood in to it's success. In no way would I classify him as controlling or erratic. He was simply passionate about his business just as John is.
Just sayin'
And yet Agilyx is a private company with NO SALES and no way for the average investor to participate or profit in their company.
So why do we keep bringing this company up on the JBII board?
Can someone with L2 please post a screen snapshot
Sitting at the airport with an itchy trigger finger so I thought I would just go ahead and buy more. Just profitin'
I love your analysis, keep it coming. I also love all the positive news that the company has given us over the past week.
2012 is going to be a monster. I'm off for some heli-skiing in Canada. I hope everyone has a safe holiday season. I'll be watching my brokerage account from 15k feet. Blue skies, white fluffy powder and all green numbers.
Peace to all...even you Kez!!!
Fresh powder deployed. Thanks for the cheepies boys. Now if I could only get the next trust fund payment...that would be fun.
Just more great news out of JBII today. A publicly traded company that has ACTUAL fuel sales vs. Agylix, a private company with no fuel sales and no way for the average investor to make a profit. I think I will fire off some more dry powder and buy JBII!!!
Thanks JB and the great team at JBII. Going LOOOOOOOOOOOONG
Now that is priceless. Best post of the day. Keep that kind of information flowing and maybe one of these days that detail will help prosecute the people that try to destroy good, early stage companies like JBII. Bravo!!!
Agylix is about 2 miles down the street from my house. Maybe I'll roll by and see how things are going for myself. At the end of the day if I can't profit from it then I'm not interested...but that's just me.
Thanks Brig. I was being facetious. My point was that since there is NO stock available for Agylix then by proxy there is NO way to profit off that dog so why even compare the two.
Long JBII and just picked up more today. Thanks for all the great information found from TRUE shareholders. Keep up the great work. I'll be buying more after the holiday.
I can't seem to find a stock symbol for Agylix. Can you please tell me how to buy stock in this superior company?
Like I said Funky, I don't follow the rumor mill and if you do then you are setting yourself up for disaster. I am a patient investor and am not worried about what Les tells George or Kirk or Mike or frankly anyone else. All I asked Dean was what proof he had the Les was lying. It's not a lie if he is answering investors questions to the best of his knowledge. Proof comes if JJ tells Les something and he blatantly lies to investors. Unless you heard the conversations between JJ and Les then you don't know what is fact and what is fiction. It is just your opinion that he was lying. Opinions are fine as long as they are labeled as such so people don't come to the conclusion that it is indeed fact. But as you well know by following this board opinions are thrown around as fact everyday. Now that is fact, not opinion.
And I would love to know what PROOF you have of his lying? I know you don't talk to him personally so I can only assume that you take your lead from those that do. As I have said in that past, I don't buy into the rumor mill. I follow the OFFICIAL Medinah Minerals website and take my lead from there.
As for those selling shares, yeah, some will sell and that is their individual decision and shouldn't be critiqued by anyone but themselves. I can speak for the group that I am in and we number over 150 investors and NOT ONE of us has sold a single share. In fact we continue to add.
Then there is the failure to deliver you always talk about. Last I checked on the OFFICIAL website we have a funded deal on the LDM that will pay nicely going forward. We also just got a 10% interest in a company with two very nice properties located next door to property owned by a major mining company. I believe that will pay off in the future.
I will wait as long as it takes because I trust management. You don't and that is fine for you. Let's see who is around in ten years. I will be for sure. You are obviously in the know so I assume that you are selling, right?
That's the great thing about being in the market. You get to decide for yourself when the right time is to get in or out of a position. If you are basing that decision on chatter on a message board then you are doing yourself a disservice.
And when it rockets past $1.00 you will laugh all the way to the bank.
good idea...nothing to see here...unless you're in for the big win, then you should stick around.
I can't seem to find on the OFFICIAL Medinah Minerals website where Les stated that we would have a deal by the end of November. Could you please point me in that direction? You see I don't take stock in anything said outside of the OFFICIAL word. Those that trust the rumor mill will only be setting themselves up for disappointment. I on the other hand am more than patient and have full faith in JJ and our BOD to take care of this investment. Like I said before it comes down to trust...you either have it our you don't. I guess we know where you stand.
Long and strong buddy. Hey, I was wondering if you could show us ACTUAL proof that Les is trading MDMN stock. I'm sure with all your vast knowledge and connections you could drum up a copy of his brokerage statement. If not then I guess this is just another one of your OPINIONS!!!
I'm hanging long, how about you?
Please explain your PROOF of this so called scam. If it is in fact a scam then I ask you if you have gone to the proper authorities with your information. Have you contacted the SEC or FINRA or the Justice Department. I am sure they would be more than happy to investigate if you give them your proof.
Then again if it is just your opinion I don't see them doing much. See you around the block!
1) Are you saying that you have access to our bank accounts? If not then how would you know if/when we received the money for the LDM?
2) We were never FORCED to vacate the Alto deal. We CHOSE to leave partner A due to their lack of funding. Not our problem at all. In fact it was completely due to their issues.
3) If you are never wrong then why do you post that WE were forced to vacate the Alto deal. That is a flat out lie and is in fact WRONG!!!
4) As for the POLO deal, if you read the OFFICIAL Medinah Minerals website then you would know that the company (Not Medinah Minerals) that is proving up the property ran into weather issues prior to completion. You may not believe that weather could slow down a project but if you took the time to find out where that piece of property is located you would find that snow is actually an every year occurrence.
5) You say that this drill season is off the table. What proof of that do you have or is that just another one of YOUR opinions. My OPINION is that there will in fact be a drill season and it will be very lucrative.
I certainly read your posts and can't wait for your response to mine. I also can't wait for your words of encouragement when the Alto deal is funded.
Good day now.
I agree that it is getting old but that is that nature of the Jr. mining world. I get my information from the official Medinah site and no where else. If an actual investor is looking for answers anywhere else then they are setting themselves up for disappointment. I guess it boils down to whether you believe that a deal will get done or not and if you don't then it's probably best to sell and move on. I for one am a believer and as my account is still in the green I really can't complain. To each his own.
The only funny thing is that he is going to say that the ADL JV will never be funded right up until the day that it actually does and I suspect that even then he will go on for a few days saying that until he sees the signed contract with his own eyes then the company is probably lying to the shareholders just like they are with everything else reported on the official Medinah website.
I guess only time will tell but it's not hard to just say every single day that the deal will never get funded. I mean what is the harm in that right. Other than the fact that it is just his opinion and is backed with ZERO FACTS!!!!!!
Care to name that source?
A word of advice Mike. Watch only the official Medinah Minerals website and you won't be misled. Reading this board or any other will simply drive you nuts. In terms of time spent on this play you are a relative newbie. I've been in since 2007 but I knew going in that it wasn't going to be a slam dunk and it was going to take time. Don't worry though, our time is coming, hang in there just a bit longer and you will be greatly rewarded.
Yeah...because greed and hatred drives a man to do the right thing...now that is priceless
Here is the Director of Medinah Minerals...
http://www.thefreelibrary.com/Gregory+A.+Chapin+Appointed+President+of+Medinah+Mining.-a061369859
and here is brief synopsis for Larry Regis...
Mr. Larry Regis, Jr., brings to the Company a wealth of political, business and managerial experience.Prior to becoming the Company's President, Mr. Regis owned and operated several mines and managed business territories for companies such as ITT, Bell & Howell and McGraw Hill.He was nominated for the Utah Chamber of commerce "Man of the Year" award. In 1967, Mr. Regis was elected to the Utah State Legislature, where he served as Minority Leader of the House of Representatives. He is the past chairman of the Lake Elsinore Development Agency and was the recipient of the Lake Elsinore Packman Award for Service to his community.
Hardly seems like nefarious characters to me.
Hey Arvitar, you keep saying that Medinah is a pump and dump scam. I'll ask you again, have you done anything to alert the proper authorities of your theory. By that I mean have you sent your findings to the SEC or FINRA or the Justice Department. Surely if this was a pump and dump scam they would want to investigate and take action. After all this so called pump and dump scam has been going on for over 14 years. That must be some kind of record for pump and dump scams. I would say that it is the new playbook even.
What say you?
How many lawyers do you know that talk about their case before it goes through the court system?
I don't find contract killing a laughing matter by any means.
Stolen from under his nose isn't how it went down either. The shares were not to be sold but this scumbag Bogdan Borkowski did what so many in the stock market do and sold shares which he didn't own. Can you say abusive naked short selling. I know some on this board believe that our system is without fault but this is just one more example of crooks cheating investors. Bet hey...greed is good right?
For your information the share count stolen is north of 85 million shares. You do the math.
I see it differently.
To me the update said that we have FINALLY put JVP A to bed. They strung us along for a year and never put out. I don't even care if there are legal options, I just wanted them gone and now they are.
As for future partners and the ultimate goal of funding the Alto, I believe that there is ample material in that mountain to justify the work. I go by what the geologist say as they are experts and have no ulterior motives.
Once again I wish I had the where with all to flip this stock as I would be greatly adding to my position but since I don't have that skill I will be content to wait for further details. My account is still in the green as my average price per share is very low. I guess that just shows that I have been around for a while.
More to follow
I will take that bet. For some reason I feel that there will be some major news out tomorrow. I guess we will all be watching the situation closely. You say it's a flippers paradise and that may well be. I'm not savvy enough to participate in that arena however I am smart enough to stick around and wait for the news. More to follow.
So are you buying?
At the end of the day the mountain is still there and if you have read the reports from the more than qualified geologists that have been on the mountain then you know the potential windfall that comes with monetizing the mountain.
In case you have not read what the experts say here are a few links that you may want to brush up on.
