From Canaccord
Canaccord analyst says, "We are maintaining our rating on DRWI following Q4/F11 results that included lacklustre guidance, but we are lowering our target price to US$9.00 due to increasing uncertainty of the potential size of revenue for DragonWave once Clearwire is funded. On the Clearwire conference call, it was evident that the company is in discussions with Sprint (NYSE: S) about its network modernization project and a possible equity/debt injection. While this event will bring more clarity, the potential of a shared network build ultimately reduces the total revenue opportunity for DragonWave and adds another layer of complexity. Hence, we anticipate further share price volatility, but do highlight that the fundamentals of the story have not changed, and DragonWave is bidding on large opportunities globally that could change this dynamic quickly."
Listening to CNBC today I heard a talking head claim that America is the best in the world at providing capital to start-ups though it’s venture markets. I do not want to insight anyone and I’m a huge pro American…but that statement made me laugh.
Today posted on Dump the Pump
"If the SEC would make shorting OTCBB and PinkSheet stocks open for everyone at any stock tier or price level, the market would take care of a lot more of that kind of crap.
Screw the margin requirements to short a stock. Full speed ahead"

So was the reverse split done just to make it easier to sell the last bit of paper? At one time I really thought this was going to be a winner.
Agreed on that. These guys will most likely not enjoy prison. Imo
I think it's safe to say that backs are now broken. Was expecting a bigger fight, the race is now on.
Have the shareholders chip in on a lawsuit. Take these clowns, their homes, cars, cash, everything.
Looks like a strong open. Sweet.
Thanks for responses. I'll look into those.
I'll take a shot for Monday. The price drops to the 2.20's churns for a while. It will appear that the interest is waning but in reality the market is testing resolve. I expect volume to be 200 000 ish, close of 2.18. Tuesday drops in am and comes roaring back above 2.50 on heavier volume.
If a pr comes out then that would change the above. I think this trading of jbii will go to where the volume is. Meaning someone wants a lot of shares and the price will go to that volume. Whether it is higher or lower. IMO I feel that the price should be 4.40 today. So of course the accumulation underway I think is a great deal for the purchasers.
Just a guess.
Maybe someone can help.
Last couple of hours I've been trying to figure out what happens to a shell corporation after it is bought that has a large number of naked shorts. What happens to the nakeds? They do not seem to be registered or be able to be detected in any manner other than your balance in your account.
If some entity comes along buys a shell, transfer assets into it and starts a business how does anyone know if the share count does not have "phantoms" in it. Is there a clearing action? With the potential financial terrorism that I believe is occurring in the OTC how does a new entity know that the OTC shell they just bought is clean.
I hope so cause at 5 dollars I retire. I'm 37 years old.
With may 2010 share price being a ski slope and the current strength in the stock, it looks like a 52 week high is coming in the next few weeks.
Or sitting in the weeds. Markets are red all over, who is going to let their jbii shares go? I'm sure there will be a buyer above 2.
Agree with all this
Txs. But again I think you are very knowledgeable and I'm trying to figure out what kind of stock you think is investable. Again not large caps. You send a lot of time commenting on micros and "scams." Someone who spends this much time and dd on these companies must have a small cap that they are long in. Seriously, I'm not trying to play games, but what do you like?
How about a small cap like drwi. On nas. Just trying to understand your investment views a little better.
Janice can you please share a stock that you are long in. Not a large cap please, but a spec that is part of your spec portfolio. Tia
Nice job. Taking a profit is never wrong. Play with the "houses" money if you wish. FYI I have modelled JBII so many times and came up with so many different answers. However, I believe that a fair value for JBII today is 4.40 p/s.
Although TA is very important. A simpler explanation is a larger kid has come into the JBII sandbox and is kicking sand in the face of the former “big kid.”
Yes it seems that all that matters to X is collecting paper. Hope everyone has their emotions in check. Imo this is far from over.

Watching the trading of JBII yesterday, I came away with the impression that it was sheep being led to slaughter. If there was a lot of nss (I believe so) in JBII it looks like a forced buyin is being implemented. A pop in the morning and then the stock just sat there with the attitude…I’ll take those shares and those…what?… you want to drop the price…ok…I’ll take those too. Then the end of day rally put all shares sold short in a position of loss.
How comfortable do you think the banks or backer are with the nss position in JBII. It is by no consequence that “help” was brought in to contain the up-tick. The group in charge of the stock right now has purpose and intent.
I think that a fair market cap for JBII is around 250M; share price of approx 4.40 p/s. I expect more of the same which is crazy b/c if this was a normal situation I would sell and get out of dodge. Some pull back would be nice, consolidation.
Of course all JMO. What do you think the trading is “showing.” Why the new MM (ASCM) in your opinion.
Hey all
I have been in this stock for a long time. Today's PR imo is great and sets us up for a Kodak JV.
This stock is not unknown however, it seems that those who want the paper already own the paper. Looking forward to real traction.
true
I remember something about sp (wesson) something like a billion under managment what is that about. Tia
What is the stake in Advisors worth in your opinion.
Ondariis if there is a real company here what do you think the book value of the company would be, should be.
It would be shocking if the funds with X amount of dollars in them...generating y amount of commissions is fraud.
Well if they can buy in a pp at a lower price then yes you are.
Then why are the buyers who are in the know ramping yhe price up. Maybe, because what you are saying is wrong.
Hahahaha they have already been dribbling shares into the market. So what do you think will be the price p/s of the pp.
You won't be able to purchase it in a registered account (otc). However, you can purchase it in a cash account (taxable). If there is a problem buying in a cash account call them.
If P2O marine ever comes online it will be the best value advertising JBII will have. The story of a little company cleaning up the oceans without help or tax dollars will bring investors to this company in droves.
Dead birds stuffed full of plastic makes me sick. Those images have made me sick even though I've been aware of this problem for at least 15 years.
Even though P2O marine is years away (low hanging fruit only please) it will help marine life and be a real feel good story.
Of course, really I'm dumbfounded that this occurs in American markets. An example of U.S.A technology going to the Canadian markets for start up money is Natcore out of NJ. When they hit the tsx-v I could not figure out why. However, now I have been examining the juniors and mirco's here and this behavior is so obvious (nss) that it is truly unbelievable.
On a side note. Yes, if there are no consequences to this illegal manipulation then I'd like some "easy" money please. Problem is none of my brokers will allow me to short these equities...only large cap.
Haha, not a stuckholder. However, I'm happy to watch a couple mostly rip apart, and of course JBII which has the nss crowd a little worried
It seems that there is a moderate amount of money nss start-ups into oblivion. I think this money is "smart."
Can you please provide me with some contacts where I could help pile on and nss a company into the cellar and then box it. Eventually, I want to kill it and never cover my shorts. This is smart, easy money. Seriously I don't care about investors or the economy, or unemployment. I only care about my money. Why? Because I'm a capitalist.
Seriously, I would like to be a part of this.
Tia
In my opinion, that business has contacts with many huge companies like 3m. I think it is a platform to enter a p2o agreement to help those companies recycle their plastic waste for our benefit. Maybe, they will uses javaco to link all p2o machines to a central IT hub for monitoring. Personally, I think we should sell it.
I agree with this. Let someone else have your shares. There are always other opportunities, many for the less risk tolerant. The reason you hold on is for the home run factor. Or is it a grand slam. Maybe a world series grand slam winner.
Seriously go with your instincts. Sell baby sell.
Less than 2500 shares traded so far today.
I'm expecting news before eom. Anyone heard any rumors. This one is tight lipped.
Yes I will agree with that, it came across my short screener and I looked into it. In my opinion not a good business model or valuation.
