Can't be imaginary. Coopervision worked with them. They have a picture on their website showing some of their work. So that means it is actual technology.
That's the favorite line around here, yet EPGL keeps moving forward earning patents and developing amazing technology.
Haha. What type of Lawyer is she? What is her specialty? If you say real estate or family law or anything that doesn't deal with securities and investments then it really doesn't matter, because it is just an opinion. Now after she calls and talks to EPGL for clarification like a good attorney would do then let me know what she says.
Once again. Trying to make something out of nothing. Good luck. Once again EPGL will be proven correct on what they said and intended to say.
Nice. I am not the one trying to twist words. Could I get a copy of that email you sent to your attorney so I know what to say to mine? Go EPGL.
Too funny. Lawyers can't say anything yet, because the complete terms of the deal haven't been released for shareholders. That is hilarious you sent a PR to your lawyers to confirm details when they haven't released the details.
Haha. Nice try lets look closer.
So let's review....you highlighted "up to", and claimed it was not "equal to".
Let's re-read.
What's your point? Those our for current shareholders. Holding shares will be key to future growth and gains.
The mistake people keep making is they think Hayes wants more people to buy shares. He doesn't really care if they buy or not. He stated at the Smart Vision Conference that is primary goal is to get the first smart lens to market. Shareholders will benefit greatly when he does that.
Well sit back and watch. Things are about to get very interesting in 2017.
Unfortunately that is incorrect.
Not the case. EPGL is in the best position they have ever been in.
Actually I agree with this post.
Topspin is still there and it was explained at the conference. Pretty simple. EPGL is a company developing amazing tech and on the verge of doing great things.
Hayes has been upfront the whole time. So claiming he is fooling people doesn't work anymore.
As much as I would like that to be the case...Apple doesn't work that way. They don't make official announcements on projects they are working on. Just an FYI.
Why would they need to transfer patents for manufacturing? They won't. So this will end up being the best option.
Yes of course they do. That is why they stated "all shareholders" and put out the PR. Those PR's pull into ever brokerage by way of ticker. I think they will continue to try to get the word out.
Not many. Very few this would apply to. Maybe less than 20 investors.
I am sure you will let him know. It's on the company's twitter timeline and website. Pretty easy to find with a web search. It's 2016. Most people can do that.
I am sure there will be more information forth coming. EPGL is great at giving all shareholders the chance to get the benefit.
Hayes said at the conference that they have a 2 year plan for the autofocus lens to be to market. He said he wouldn't tell us how far along they were but there were somewhere in that two year timeline.
We know it is imminent. They may be further along than we think.
Yep. After reading through it multiple times that is what I have determined....
It's being done to advance EPGL technologies into Manufacturing and Development at a much quicker pace. It looks like to me the more shares I have in EPGL by January....the more equity I will have in the new company. Plus I still get to keep my EPGL shares. Seems like a pretty good deal to me.
Well after 4 years he still has shareholders best interest in mind. I trust Hayes and know that he will do the best thing he can for shareholders.
The motive....is....Hayes told everyone at the smart lens conference that he wouldn't do anything that didn't benefit the shareholders. In this situation what he is planning will benefit the shareholders. So...it will be a very good thing. As more news comes out we will lean of that. He was very serious when he said that in Vegas. Every move they make will benefit the shareholders.
Ya that will be the interesting thing. I wonder how quickly this will happen.
I think you are right. This would get EPGL out of the pinks and put it in a position to thrive via an IPO. That could be the best scenario any of us could have hoped for. With in IPO we have no limit on how high PPS can go.
Guaranteed. 750 total shareholders. Most people haven't sold their original shares.
That means once the word gets out EPGL is going to move quickly. We have done all this with a small amount of shareholders.
Because I have been here the whole time watching it unfold. Watching the shares traded at different price points and the volume being bought and sold. People on the board have said over the years how many shares they have and if they have bought and sold. It's pretty easy to figure it out because there aren't that many shareholders.
No way. 50-100 people have joined since the split. Most the originals are still here. Of the 50-100 half of them bought below .01. Very few have lost money. Every stock on every board has people that time the market incorrectly. Just part of the risk of investing. With EPGL the best is still yet to come. Holding shares is the key to success with this one.
Uh the majority of people in EPGL have lost money? When the stock did then reverse split there were 650 shareholders. Now there are around 750. There is no possible way the majority of shareholders have lost money.
Most likely everyone will have a smart lens case in the future.
Think hard....what would only be a gift to shareholders? EPGL is progressing and about to reward shareholders.
What a lame post. Scams don't win patents.
I will continue to give him the respect and gratitude he and David Markus deserve for their efforts as my gift.
Interesting that Luke is the man that told of the greatest of all the gifts given to man, yet the gift was mocked, hated, and killed. Sometimes gifts that are given have the greatest of value even if all can not see it at the time the gift is given.
EPGL has given it's shareholders many gifts that with time will prove their worth. Mock away. The day will come when there will be denying it no more.
I think this will be a great gift!!
They delivered last year. What are you talking about. So weird.
There were more than that.
