So let's review....you highlighted "up to", and claimed it was not "equal to".

Let's re-read.

READ THE EPGL PR carefully "UP TO"
NOT "equal to" a percentage as you have interpreted
"EPGL shareholders of record on January 16, 2017 will receive equity in the new company up to a percentage equal to their EPGL holdings on that date."



But....wait. I see "equal to" in there as well. Nice how conveniently it was skipped and then claimed it wasn't in there. Haha. Wow.
