Patience for another week, folks.
AK
And we only had to wait a week for the Smackdown! Great re-entry point coming tomorrow for Hecla. IMO Good AK
And they're continuing to run it down tonight! BIG smackdown!
AK
I've been in and out a few times over the past year and it worked well. I think HL is going to take a run for the border soon, and will look for another good entry point after the powers get done and hopefully right before Q4 report which I expect to excel again.
Be well and rest,
AK
p.s. Congrats on still shooting incredibly in spite of the physical challenges!
I'm still thinking we get a breather before the next run. If I miss it, I'll still get back in, but more sure of 6.20 right now than 7.64.
AK
If we could get 6.20's prior to 4th quarter financials, I'd be a happy camper. As much as I love HL for it's performance, it just hasn't had anything resembling a haircut like most miners. I do expect another stellar quarterly.
AK
I know you are a holder, but I sold at yesterday's high and waiting for a bit of a slam-down before re-entry. Hecla remains "best of class" going forward and will go back in big when things settle. With Iran, China, North Korea etc., we're going to see our new President throw a lot of crap through the ventilation. Stay well, friend!
AK
p.s. Of course there's Mexico and Russia as well. Lest we forget Ukraine.

Did a nice out yesterday at the high. Waiting now before the SHTF. It is coming and HL is the place to be when it happens if you want to own miners.
AK
Rather than TOS violations, it looks like we could be rather intensely watching what's transpiring on the world and local stage. By the news yesterday and tonight, looks like we've got our hands full and gold is getting ready to have it's day again. Thanks for what you do, Cork!!!

The two charts seem to be telling different stories. Not sure which one to bet on. Hmmmmm.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, only 2,000 miles on her. Keeps her cherry though! Would like to upgrade one of these days along with the "work independence" philosophy and spend more time riding. I think gold's going to buy me the upgrade soon!!!
AK
Screwed up the whole posting a picture thing and the cropping, but here's a shot of my little girl: http://investorshub.advfn.com/uicon/220249.png?cb=636202036641630000
I give up, guys! Giving up on the technology for the day. Can't figure out the photo upload thing after a long day and a couple of beverages. Maybe give it a shot later. Feeling an upswing coming tomorrow. GO PM's!!!
AK
Wish I could figure out how to post a picture. Have a cherry 2002 Anniversary edition Sportster. :{ RIDE ON! And GO Hecla!
Well played, judging by the early returns tonight! :)
AK
Had to take some off the table today, Sam. Hate those Friday knockdowns!
AK
Same here, Dennis. I usually try to buy at Friday's low, but couldn't resist on Thursday. Result turned out the same in the 5.30's.
AK
Do we have a reverse H&S pattern now since July?
AK
Yay Hecla! #1 in my book!
AK
Thanks copytele!
AK
Excellent Alaska Update, copytele! Thanks
AK
Nice little bump up, eh Bob?
AK
Couldn't agree more!
Yep, hanging tight, Risk. Picked up some bonus bucks on the down Friday. Should be an interesting week ahead! Lots of crap lining up for the next move.
Yes sir. My timing is a bit off, but we should see the 40's shortly. In the meantime, enjoying beautiful Mexican sunsets for a few weeks.
I TRY not to trade VXX, but sometimes it's too compelling. The S will hit the fan sooner rather than later. I totally missed the call, but we'll see what happens by Tuesday after the first debate. Should be a doozy!
AK
Well it is true, SP, that if you divided Alaska in half, Texas would be the 3rd largest state! Come on up for a visit!
AK
Sounds like a plan should develop for next summer, copy! Beautiful area. Sad you haven't been out there for so long. I think Hecla's spring is winding up pretty tight about now. Their Q3 should be phenomenal!
AK
Seward here, as you might have guessed. If you're ever on my side of the peninsula, give me a heads up and I'll do likewise. GLTU
AK
Regular occurrence in our little town in SC Alaska. Looks like you might be about 125 miles north of me, Copytele. Funny little black bears. Reminds me of Yeller. Wonder what's up on Wednesday when they make a decision? Buying more Hecla, I am!
AK
Being on AK time, I sure enjoy your posts in the evening my time! Thanks loads!
AK
I be thinkin' the shats getting really really close to the fan, Cork!! Monday and Tuesday will be telling.
AK
I think you're on it Risk. I'm seeing 42-45 by Tuesday, then the fire gets lit!
AK
I'm guessing the 50-70 range yet in Sept. October, fireworks. Post-election, priceless! Same with precious metals. Gonna chase the 200 DMA.

Looks like someone wanted to move some shares and used/perpetuated the article as impetus? Ended day down 5%. Keeping an eye on it, but not much to go on.
AK
I'll do some diggin' JD and see what I come up with as to permitting progress, etc. It's an exceptionally well known area as your post noted, but mostly of historical value for tourism for the past many decades. I'll research. I saw a close Friday of .58 and got excited that your post said .73. I need to pay more attention to CA vs US!
AK
Thanks JD. I do love projects close to home that I understand.

Exactly, Gio. As our summer season ends, my company will go from 70 employees down to 35 in the next two weeks. Will they be counted? Still employed? Looking for benefits? Underemployed? They'll massage the numbers however suits them IMO.
Yessir, the number of unemployed will swell by millions over the next month. College students returning to school probably won't apply for unemployment, maybe?
