I think we'll find out if I'm right or wrong soon enough ;)

I think Leo has more control over the timing of things than we give him credit for.
He has indicated his awareness of the tendency of SP drops after companies up list and has said that he does not want that to happen here.(I think that was in an email last year)
That said,he will do what he needs to do to avoid that scenario.(Which translates to:Strategic PR's.
Kelt
You got it!
Leo knows the perils following up listing.(I mentioned to another poster here the tendency of SP's to fall after an up list and suggested watching ONCS that was $7.60 when they up listed in June and are now still in the $6.50 range and were in the $5 range)
Leo knows that the SP will need follow through news support to keep that from happening.Especially since there is no reverse split. If the SP is in the $4 range at up list,it is a very vulnerable target for shorts.
That's why I think some of the news we are looking for will not all show up in one PR but will "surround" the up list.
Kelt
Nothing on my end.
Kelt
This calls for a Guinness and some scotch.(But then every day calls for Guinness and scotch)
But at least today I have a valid excuse!!!!!
Kelt
See,I told you my guess would work in our favor ;0
Kelt
I said months ago that Leo was timing the news to coincide and "bracket" a NASDAQ uplist. It appears to me that that is exactly what he is doing now.
Kelt
Of course "they" will try to close it under $3,"they've been fighting all day to keep it under $3. ;)
It's been bouncing off of $3 like a super ball.
(talk about a "carefully crafted answer") ;)
Kelt
I going to say I don't think so.And since I am wrong more often than I'm right, that should work in our favor :)
Kelt
Yes and it's going to be worth the wait.
Hang in there my friend."The best is yet to come",as they say.
Hope you are well.
Kelt
Still running the gauntlet of follow up Dr's visits but everything is looking good.Getting out more and walking and regaining my stamina.
Watching this "puppy"like a daytime soap opera ;)
Maybe we're finally going to get some traction now!!
Hope all is well with you too my friend. This may be a fun summer after all!
Kelt
CTIX just released a PR on this morning's Orphan Drug news.
Kelt
As Elmer Fudd might say it:
"Weeooh Weeeweese the Quacken!!"
Kelt
You're right.I hope he's OK.
Kelt
If you're out of your mind then this is an asylum because many of us here have the same thinking :)
Kelt
I got a great deal on my glasses, bought the green glasses and got a free pair of rose colored glasses too!
Kelt
Your opinion makes perfect sense.I just wasn't sure if there was anything specific expected that I was unaware of.
Thanks.
Kelt
Sorry about the misplaced decimal point.Question remains though.
Kelt
Hopefully not a stupid question but,,,with the exception of a surprise buy-out announcement next week, are there any catalysts expected from next week's festivities?
Since we already know how valuable ANY is to MSFT from their inclusion in the top 2% of most valuable partners, are we expecting any new material news from the "party"?
Kelt (TIA)
As I said,TD will not loan out my shares without confirming that I agree to it.When Fidelity wanted to borrow my shares,TD required them to call me and initiate or decline the transaction.
Kelt
SE,their exact words were that they do not loan out shares. It is up to the shareholder. They will contact the shareholder and ask permission. The reason I called them in the first place was because they (TD AM) had Fidelity call me to ask permission to loan shares to them.TD wouldn't just help themselves to my shares without my knowledge and consent.
That's a big plus to me with TD.
Kelt
I called TD Ameritrade and asked them last year about that and they said that is their policy, not to loan out shares. That eased my conscience!
Kelt
Very sorry to hear of your loss.May God be with you and your family during this traumatic time.I pray that He will comfort you all and give you all the strength to endure.
To watch CTIX,with such a promising cancer drug progressing as it is,and then see people try to bash it and bring it down.I angers me.Who are they hurting?Shareholders?Maybe, but ultimately if they prevail they are hurting the patients and the hopes of their families.
Peace to you and your family.
Kelt
Well put.I understood the spirit behind why you posted that article. It didn't surprise me but I also learned about the "mechanics" of how the game is played.Anyone who invests, especially in the pinks, should be aware of the sharks that lurk in the shadows. If they aren't,they are either naive or worse.
Understanding and knowing the company, directors, science and finances as well as the pipeline are among the best ways to avoid being fleeced by the
bottom feeders with no conscience.Know what you own.
Kelt
Same here.
Kelt
Well put. This delay will allow the real news to "align" so that when we do uplist there will be plenty of SP support.
If we had been able to uplist now without any serious news,we would have been hammered by the bigger players on the NAS.
Kelt
Dying is harder on the "QOL" if you ask me ;)
Kelt
Same here.I was here at $.54/share.
Kelt
Thanks. That post just begged for a snide response.
Kelt
Just because "WE"aren't seeing efficacy, doesn't mean "They" aren't seeing
efficacy.
Otherwise why are they adding another cohort if no efficacy.
Just test using "Holy Water" instead of Kevetrin. It's cheaper.High MTD and no efficacy, right?
Kelt
And they'll get the same answer."You start looking in the kitchen and I'll start in the bedroom and we'll meet in the living room.If you find any money,we'll split it.OK"
Kelt
I did,just for you :)
Kelt
I know.
I'm not worried about it.Most of the "old timers" here know who I am anyway. Many here have my email and even my phone#.
Kelt
Just heard from Leo on a peer reviewed journal question of mine.
On Thu, Jun 4, 2015 at 9:10 AM,
Hi Leo,just a quick question.
You mentioned to another IHub member about publishing in a Peer reviewed journal and I understand that that process
can take a long time (months to a year or even longer).
Will that likely be the case here as well? Or does Dana Farber have a quicker time frame?
Thanks for all your work.
Jim

Of course we will be releasing significant data when we conclude the trial, which we hope will be soon. Other information will be released in peer reviewed journals. That is how it's traditionally done. But at CTIX we always update shareholders with all the relevant information.
The ASCO poster was substantial, p21, ovarian cancers, etc.

A few of us seem to be on that same page ;)
Thanks for your presence here.
Kelt
My thoughts too.All we can do is speculate.I do trust Leo
to give him the benefit of the doubt. That's why I look on the positive side of things.
If it works for Leo,it works for all of us.
Kelt
Just got back from running errands.Look at the "catalysts"that we've had since Dec./Jan.Not enough to boost the SP,right?
Leo knows he will need real "meat and potatoes"PR's during and after the uplisting to protect and boost the SP.Now we can estimate the catalysts timing that we know about (FDA meeting, etc.) but we don't know what else might be in the works.
Now I'm not saying that any "deals"are in the works but if any are, they could be influenced by the "promise" or "threat" of uplisting.
Leo could be keeping low key while working a deal.We don't know. The prospect of uplisting with the accompanying news could be putting pressure on any deal in the works.
I'm not saying that's what is,but that it is always a possibility.
Leo has his reason(s),patience.
Kelt
I think we're all "Big Boys and Girls" and if Leo explained a reasonable cause for delay I think we would handle it without getting our "panties"in a bunch. That's all.To date,as far as I know,Leo has satisfied the NAS with everything they need. That's why I think the ball is in Leo's court.
Kelt
That's just my gut feeling.I think if the NAS wanted other criteria met Leo would have indicated that to shareholders in some way instead of leaving us hanging.Leo doesn't like to leave us up in the air so he must have good reason(s) for keeping things "mum".Otherwise he could just say that NAS wanted something else and there will be a "slight" delay.
Kelt
I'm very confident with Leo.He knows what he's doing.
He won't just uplist for the sake of it.He'll do it right.
