Not sure of what you are getting at....this has all been discussed at great lengths when they announced this.
....and the person suing him is a scam artist that sues everyone but the two of us....Look it up.
You say....
You say.....
I got it now. From what I read on this message board, if it can be believed, is that:
(1) the financials are in their final stages,
(2) they have some acquisition/merger in the works that is very close to announcement,
(3) there is a huge short in the company stock, and
(4) there is an entity that is worried/concerned, and is painting the tape at days end to keep it in the 10 cent range for some unknown reason.
Do I have this all correct???????
The rest of what I read here is speculation and conjecture.
I was not aware that a note holder was restricted from trading. However, it would piss me off to have them manipulate their conversion price. The company should be pissed also.
The question to be asked is do we really give a darn as to what the closing price is, unless we are ready to sell. Maybe for the trader of those 100 shares, it is tied to something else. Let them do what they want, as at this point it does not hurt me.
My associates and I own about 250K shares, and have no intention of selling here. I do think that with the bid right now at 10 cents, we will see that 5 o'clock charlie come in at 3:59 to sell 100 shares to that bidder to hold the closing price at 10 cents again.
No volume at all today, as sellers are holding tight. Buyers want cheap shares......so, it is a stalemate right now.
It appears that the painter was a desperate short seller who traded a whole 100 shares at the close to keep the price down. That may make them feel better for the day....but what will happen when they have to cover and there are no shares left at the store to buy cheaply? KABOOM....or should I say BABOON?
The glass is actually half full....and maybe more than that.
I did not see Bayport talk about the shorting. Please show me where they said anythi8ng even close to that. I call BULLSHIT!!!!!!
Explain to me how shorting is called dilution. I don't understand.
If that were true he would not have been nominated for Micro-cap Ethical CEO of the Year....two years in a row. Unheard of.
If they are a corporation they must be represented by either an attorney, or an officer of the company.
So, they should fly their attorney out to Tulsa and spend a night or two to collect this major amount?......haha. That was meant to be funny wasn't it?
My point is that if it was worth doing, it would be worth following through on a real claim. This tells me that there is no merit to this whole thing.
LMAO this is not Joe Citizen....but a corporation suing.
If the court is anything like me, they will laugh at this bullshit. I kept reading and reading, and the claim is for a whopping $7,500.
I doubt it will even come to a court. But it was fun reading and laughing at it.
Interesting.....By who, and for what reason?
What is the outstanding, and float? That is going to be all important.
Correct on all accounts.
The question being....was it a vacation??????? LOL
No doubt in my mind that we see a Form 4 tonight.
Lots of SPECULATIVE stuff is posted here by many. When I get actual information, and extrapolate from there, I consider that better than than shear BS. At least people can draw their own conclusions from a given fact.
Where did that come from?
That is insane. I never said he was going to Saudi Arabia. That was another poster's idea. I said that he was going on a trip to the Middle East, and tried to speculate what was going on. I am not saying it is true or not true, as I don't know for sure. It could have been a vacation, or an actual business trip.
Don't blame me for what others said.
I guess we can agree on that.
Please keep your insights, and projections coming.
Not sure if you are speaking from a unique experience, but all my discussions with Clay have been proved to be right on.
I get the impression that you are joking here. I inform the board of what I understand, and this is the response I get. Terrible.
Only $1.00 does it for me.
Correct, as this can mean great fees for Bayport to collect.
I have not had the opportunity to call Clay after he arrived home from the middle east trip. At least I think he is home, unless he had to detour into Russia.
It appears that we will all have to wait.
I was not happy with the liquidity that QD brought. It was more stirring the pot with crap. Patience here is a virtue. I also remember the JD move, and think another one must be in the works because of the lack of information. As has been said before, tell it when it is down, not 'we are planning....'.
Oh my gosh....sell it all now....lol
The company is making money, and with the lack of PRs it leads me to believe that big things are going on. As with all lower level stocks, things never happen when they are planned. Although I am not happy with the stock price today, I believe those that understand the business model, and have faith in the business plan will be generously rewarded.
The lack of volume is good......that means there is no dilution. They are making money, and will be making more.
