"It doesn't sell straight from the website"
Good thing, since the website is non-functional. The telephone number listed on the website goes straight to an ad for Diet.com, with no menu or chance to speak to a representative. Smells pretty fishy to me. Every link on the site "fails to connect", none of the products have prices available, and a search finds a few stores selling Acnease, none of the other products available.
HBRM Website seems pretty useless...
Can anyone else get any of the links to work? I was interested in pricing, ease of procurement, etc. Doesn't appear from a quick look that their stuff is very available. There is a huge OTC market for similar products all over Amazon, but the Herborium products don't seem to be out there. Acnease is available on Ebay, but I don't see any of the other products with major online distribution and the "order online" link on their website just shows a "failed to connect" message, as do most of the other links on the site.
Anyone else had a different experience? This could b a good story, but if nobody can buy the product easily I can't see how revenues will grow.
BTW, I'm in the US, but an online search should still allow me to locate a price and source for their products, especially if they have a distributor network already. What gives?
Good show, folks!
Lots of strong hands here, and apparently a lot of people wanting shares before the quarterlies hit. +1700% is a nice place to be...
=-)
You're right...
...as zero multiplied by 300% is still zero, but I count the mean average price, even though I bought more along the way and then eventually sold enough of the total to keep a pile of freebies. Those freebies technically average in the lower .001's, as I sold the higher PPS orders I bought later, also at a nice profit. The remaining free shares are happily green, with no capital loss for me if Brennan is perpetrating an elaborate ruse, as you seem to think. Although I ignore most of the paranoid rantings of the cranks in public forums, it's always smart to protect capital. All the money I spent on MMTC is back in cash and the account shows plenty of green for my shares as well.
And if they have a winner in the tank, I'll be sitting on what amounts to a game-changer for my little life. Of course this is not my only investment, but given the players (OSI, USDA, NAMSA, AOAC) involved and independently verified through public sources, I like the risk. I notice that anyone could have bought a few weeks ago, despite the DTC chill, and done quite well week-to-week. Whether or not one believes the best or worst case scenarios spun here, there is still good trading to be had.

I'm up well over 300%...
...and all this extra attention by he DTC, the daily detractors, etc, STILL doesn't seem to be killing the PPS. Of course I cautiously sold enough previously to be riding freebies now, but given the recent action (in spite of obvious efforts to "chill" said action), I feel great about our prospects.
Go MMTC!
BTW...
...when you excerpt that article and drop a few lines in he search window, look at the number of trade journals and industry publications that have covered the story. It's not just stock promotion sites.
http://www.google.com/search?q=Alpine%2C+said%2C+%22We+believe+that+collectively+these+transactions+should+represent+a+significant+milestone+for+Micro+Imaging&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
And for those fretting about the new shares, aren't they a necessary part of this deal?
"The sale of the Debentures is subject to several closing conditions, including the conversion at the closing of $1.2 million of existing Company indebtedness, primarily held by affiliates, at a conversion rate of $.007 per share and the granting of a six month option by the Company's three largest shareholders to Alpine to purchase an aggregate of 107,142,857 shares at $.007 per share"
Sounds like they want the option of owning over 100 million shares. Funding is in place, time to see some news on actual production.
Agreed...
...and ditto for my .0016's, which are now technically free since I flipped on the run to .0185. Bring it, Brennan!
Copper demand could surge on this.

I invite all of you...
...to copy and paste the links in my last post, to have them handy in a document so that the real facts can be asserted when these doubt-seeding interlopers come by to quibble about tedious details that have been well covered already.
The patent, the AOAC and NAMSA recognition, the USDA report, the OSI deal, are all real, and it can all be confirmed by anyone curious enough to do a few searches. That such things are continually called into question by the same parties, ad nauseum, says volumes about the intent of those who post them. Dangling "what-if's" while independent sources are readily available to provide positive resolution. MMTC has great potential, and much of it can be easily confirmed.
www.sec.gov/answers/insidertrading.htm
Great post...
...except for the part you missed about MMTC having already been certified through the AOAC, with independent public documentation stating the same. You can debate the wording of the NR, but MMTC has already jumped through the AOAC hoops previously, as shown here.
http://www.aoac.org/testkits/2011_060901_certificate.pdf
So clearly they know how to submit an application. It seems they also know how to make a system that does exactly what they claim to a 99% degree of accuracy AND get that verified by AOAC.

"...15 years..."
Please refrain from adding to the campaign of disinformation here. Brennan joined MMTC in 2006 according to his bio.
The mill is the real deal.
That mill is an anode processor laying in close proximity to quite a few productive copper claims. Once it's working, they can likely contract it out for other miners to provide quick revenue while doing the exploration and acquisition. The logistics are great for having a working mill in that district with copper price and demand surging.
Concur.
Yesterday showed some obvious loading, and the apparent clearing of the DTC issues should help as well. I wasn't too worried given that my shares are all free at this point, but I'd love to see this technology reach the broader sectors for which it was intended. The science is sound, so hopefully the company is up to the task.
And if we get to grab a tall stack of cash in the process, all's the better. My shares are in the green and the PPS is marching north. Onward and upward.
Umm, what security is that table showing?
Because it just shows a sale and a price, no date, no ticker, etc. It does however show that it trades on the Nasdaq, which means it wouldn't be MMTC.
"that is completely and totally FALSE"
Thanks for your opinion, but I think I'll believe the Financial Times of London before you. Nothing personal.
Gray, chilly day in the heartland...
Digging a bit and came up with this nugget.
"Directors appear to be accumulating shares in Micro Imaging Technology Inc. On average, during each of the last 36 months, they have purchased a net 137.84k shares."
http://markets.ft.com/research/Markets/Tearsheets/Directors-and-dealings?s=MMTC
North Korea scaling down nukes...
Anyone think a glut of fuel-grade uranium might result?
I never heard back from Brennan either, But...
...I've read his credentials from enough different sources, and I'd much rather he spent his time running the company instead of being a phone rep/secretary. I sure get plenty of 'who-the-%$#@-is-that' emails that I don't bother to open. The recent video shows that plenty of people do indeed contact Brennan, as the details of the shareholder demonstration were communicated through folks here previous to the formal announcement. Brennan apparently exists, as does the MMTC system. Anyone can link up to the AOAC report, the NAMSA report, the USDA report, etc.
That said, Bankshot's reference to the Deltatrak system should give people pause, as they apparently have serious backup in the form of a large network of cold-chain corporate customers, they are in California, and that system has some application overlap with the MIT-1000 at first glance. They are also ISO-9000 certified for manufacturing. I'm still digging a bit to see if they have the same level of independent testing behind them, or the USDA or other institutional connections. Thus far I'm not finding it. I'm also curious about the price and conditional requirements for the hardware and kits.
Now where are all those cloak & dagger doomsayer legalities Bankshot promised us, with portent of Mr. Frank turning state's evidence against his old pal Brennan? Don't hold back...
Not too worried here...
The share retirement to class-B restricted shows the company wants a big piece of What's Coming, and they're willing to commit to holding that position for a while. That fact combined with pending news and a couple of profitable quarters make this a no-brainer to hold for the meantime.
Biotech is a great sector for those who don't mind research. The good ones are game changers directly targeted toward big money industries. I'm betting my position in SNDY will be worth a car, maybe a house someday. No big time constraints since I grabbed low and sold enough to keep plenty of free shares.
And it seems the Mammoview has significant advantages over traditional testing methods, so a machine that saves time, money and many human lives is a cinch for the EU market once the CE mark is granted. I'm assuming that will happen given that they have earned the CE status for other products previous to this application.
I don't know everything about breast cancer testing, but I do know that the "taste test" is not thought to be accurate, and the officials at my local mall frown upon it when one offers it free to select candidates. Go figure. Oh, and go SNDY!
"MMTC is gomg to take off shortly..."
I agree, but let the dark forces play with the PPS a bit longer. I have already flipped for a substantial position of freebies, but now I have some powder recently liberated from another equity that is turning out quite well. Let the price dip anywhere near my original buy-in ad I'll be all over a double-down like Dick Cheney on fresh blood.
Bring it!
Concur...
...but it will take news or a return of buying volume to make the next run. I have plenty to gain by watching this rise, but I'm glad to be riding free shares. I've been in enough of these plays (micro-cap with actual products) to know that the PPS will be hammered by manipulators in the absence of news, regardless of the quality of the company.
The long story looks great, particularly in light of recent profitable quarters and the retired shares. The share retirement smells a bit like a company preening for a corporate acquisition by a major. It wouldn't surprise me if it happened, if the Mammoview is taking off in sales.
"...some people decided to put money on the table..."
By all means, believe them if you wish and act accordingly. I am still in deep green, having bought quite low and flipped my cash out already. I would love to see this run, but it's hard to look at today's action and assume tomorrow will see a serious rise. If it happens, great, but holding one's breath is not advised.
And in pennies, pinks, it's well known that some traders tend to close or reduce a position before a weekend. I've seen some great Fridays, but I'm not expecting SNDY to have one tomorrow.
As far as news on Friday, feel free to share if you have some credible info regarding the timing of news. I expect the quarterlies will be nice, but they aren't due for a while and the filing can be extended for a late filing if necessary. In fact, the beatdown we are taking and the possibility it might continue for weeks is why I flipped my initial investment back out. I can let the same cash double my position if sellers pound the PPS for the next five-plus weeks until the financials are due.
So I'll retain some powder for the chance to buy again somewhere close to my original price. We probably won't see it, but it's worth watching anyway.
Don't count on a Friday...
Given today's action, many will want their money off the table for the weekend. I still like the story here, but the dynamic has shifted from investors to traders and shorters. It will take solid news to resume the real run.
"104,000 thousand reads..."
I suspect we'll see front-loading again to tip off the news. Somebody certainly knew about the last run right before it happened. We'll probably see some preliminary action again to set off the next leg up.
I have a friend who sold SNDY products.
They are pretty well established in standard surgical tools, but have been spending much of the earnings developing the Mammoview, which is big mojo if they land the deal. Cancer screening that is less invasive and costly has a built-in niche, especially abroad where preventive medicine is the main focus.
There is much room to run here...
...Still, I'm glad I flipped enough to have a substantial free position for now. The news can be weeks getting here and it's clear that some would like to drive the price down in the interim period.
My .001's look even better with my money safely back in the account.
I'm holding...freebies!
I'm not a flipper and I love the story here, but it was time to preserve my capital. I still have enough to be well worth my while by March 31st, but I sold just enough to put my initial investment back into cash. Six weeks is a long time for flippers and shorts to test the floor and I'm up 800%, so it's time. The rest can ride without worries.
Good luck to all!
Thanks for sharing...
I shared it around too. Great insights on overall peak demand logistics. The geopolitical implications are weighty.
Of course it could create market dynamics that make our claims worth a much larger fortune. Nice to see his take on the Chinese acquisitions onslaught and how uranium is running at a supply deficit. Many points in play.
Interesting presentation:
Borrowed this link from another board. Very sensible look at peak resource demand emergence, and how (in general) commodities will continue steeply up, barring gas-shock sputtering the recovery.
http://www.goldmoney.com/video/martenson-presentation.html?gmrefcode=gat%E2%80%A6
Commodities have big demand built in.
If +$5 gas doesn't tank the economy, we'll see sovereign wealth abroad gobbling up commodities. SIRG could benefit from some of that trend.
This is an interesting presentation on peak resource market dynamics. Smart guy.

You might also ask about the new LA address...
It currently lists as Schwartz law offices. It seems odd, but a quick online search of the address and suite number confirms it. I'm not assigning any sinister assumptions to the info, but hearing Brennan's comments would be enlightening.
"dont do a buyback without having a purpose"
OR some cash!

Perhaps of interest...
Finally spoke with a friend I've been trying to reach, someone who has worked as a surgical technician at various hospitals, corporate and public. She is aware of Solos because she also operated a business selling surgical tools as a rep for various companies, including Solos.
She had no problem recommending their products to her clients, often doctors/surgeons themselves, or sometimes corporate purchasing agents. Apparently Solos has a good reputation among the professionals inside the medical industry. She has since focused exclusively on working in actual surgery for several years, so she was not aware of Mammoview yet, but commented that many traditional procedures are constantly being supplanted by endoscopic methods. It's a big trend globally because of the health and cost advantages inherent to less invasive procedures.
My friend also mentioned that the business was good because it is a niche industry servicing almost exclusively deep-pocket clients. She was referring to her own business specifically, but the same should apply to the larger market Solos is targeting. Obtaining CE mark and access to the EU market, plus the streamlining and scaling of the Mammoview production/distribution, can make this a great investment.
For now, I'll settle for a great quarterly earnings statement. Bring it!
I think this was officially my worst bet.
It's so bad that I actually don't care about the dividend. Twice as many shares destined for zero are still worth zero in the end.
Of course for $200-$700, you could get the shares printed so you could have the satisfaction of wiping your *** with them. Couldn't be much rougher than the ride this stock has taken. I bet the CEO has steak for lunch, but only on the days he isn't having lobster. Maybe he can get a job as a speed bump after he's done running PGIE into the ground.
BTW, it was a small bet for me, but I'm sorry for the folks that bought big on the original move from TSAS to PGIE. Live and burn.
Here we go...
My .001's are looking pretty sweet right now.
(Singing: Can...you feel...the love...?)
Quick dip to set up the next pennant...
Wait for it...Today's news arrived after the shares were already up 20%+. We are still ready to run hard. The news itself also says insiders have info that makes them willing to take the Class-B shares.
Something is up besides our PPS.
Pushing 150K volume before noon...
...and we all know there are a lot less shares to go around. You can have some of mine, but not with that zero behind the decimal.
Mods, could we please sticky today's news? Thanks!
=-)
