That doesn't answer anything. It just states where the minority interest revenue would be placed. But what if that number was zero and the minorities revenue was transferred to the majority and counted as such and the majority pays the taxes. That article doesn't state anything about that scenario. I want you to show me why they can't do that. This is an unusual situation here where the minority owner is the CEO of the majority company. Obviously no minority owner in their right mind would let this happen....unless of course they are one and the same.
Please show me the accounting rule that states that. TYIA
So what do they put in the equity line then if the minority owner, Steve Rotman, and the vystar board decide to place that part of the revenue under the majority owner, Vystar, and let them count the revenue/profits. I would think that taxes are taxes regardless who pays them regardless if it is the majority or minority tax returns.
In the above case, the equity line would be $0 and the taxes would be paid by Vystar would it not. I am not an accountant, but show me why this cant be done if all parties approve of it.
Things can always get worse, but then again they can get better.
I think you should listen to her. It may be best for you to just sell and move on.
Already have some. Hoping it runs like DCG$ did. I will put profits into VYST.
Could explain the selling into the bid last several days driving the price down.
Thank you for that post. My feeling exactly.
The last court action was May 14th. This judge needs to get with it and make a ruling.
I agree, but this isn't a situation where the representatives are just showing up to the main store for a quick tour. I think we will be getting some pretty thorough updates next week from them.
That is a highly organized and impressive itinerary. Not just some "furniture store tour" that some claim. Cant wait for their updates next week.
People are so impatient on the OTC. How often do you get a real company doing a real merger like we have here. Yeah, there are lots of companies saying that they are going to, but turn out to be pump and dumps. This here is the real deal and that is so rare to see and people don't understand that it takes time to have everything done right and go through all the legal red tape. I believe when Rotmans decided to check with the SEC on how this merger was going to happen, they stopped the process (no use wasting money doing it wrong). Once they found out the proper way to go about it, process started back up and will now soon be done. Once complete, we will see more updates on all the things happening behind the scenes. I know they have a plan and it will happen regardless of what people post on this board and I am content to wait till it does.
Will you be able to post a couple updates on your trip this weekend or are you going to wait and do a write-up of the whole experience? Wish you a safe trip.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the tweet said the firm would be wrapped up with the valuation mid to late October. That to me says that the 8K will be after that which could put it well into November. I personally don't care because am long term holder anyway.
LMAO, How many shares do you think they have? People have been saying that for what now, 5-6 months. Don't you think they would have run out by now. Give me a break.
I would guess that these units have not been a focus for vystar in the past because of the cost and logistics of marketing them, yet the potential of the RxAir400 is so great. This is a perfect scenario whereas this will take a no to little revenue producing product(not the products fault) and put it in the hands of a medical manufacture/distributor who will try to put them in every hospital they can and we get to benefit from that.
Is the RxAir 400 the large hospital units?

this Board probably wouldn't have the pleasure of my company.
*wink*"
Too bad it worked out this way, I can only imagine how much more enjoyable this board would have been.
Does anyone here have etrade? I see when I sign in to my account that they is going to be $0 commission fee for trades start Oct 7th. Is that really happening?
I can't tell either, but I like the sentence "as we have enormous revenue growth built in for the the next twelve months." That sounds like contracts are being signed that will create recurring revenue. Sounds bullish.
Question, from the tweet it says "The next quarter will likely exceed the past decade of revenue for vystar."
Does this mean the quarter revenue for just vystar will exceed the last 10 years or are they including Rotmans revenues in that number?
Does anyone know when their next board meeting is? They said they will update after that.
Just so everyone understands, the tweet says "mid to late October" so it will probably be October 31st. I can wait. Gets me closer to a long term hold here.
pants on the ground.
Thank you. Looking forward to it.
Is Oct 1st a hard deadline or can an extension be filed? Either way I'm ok with it since I am long here.
$5,439, LOL, I've seen more than that raised from spaghetti feeds and school fundraisers.
Why would it go down with Rotmans financials added? That makes no sense at all unless you actually believe the long and well established furniture store is struggling and they are needing vystar to stay afloat. Seems like a very unlikely senerio. I don’t think any real upward movement is going to happen though until the 8K which probably won’t be for a couple more weeks.
LOL. "wake up and smell the deproteinized latex. Oh wait, it doesn't have a smell" That line is just too funny.
I have invested in companies before where I really didn't believe in their product, Vystar is a different case. I LOVE the pillow. Looking forward to getting more of their products including the air purifier. Who wouldn't want what they have. A superior product to improve quality of life. They just need to get the word out more which I believe will commence after the final details of the acquisition in complete.
From vystar tweet:
"For the previous month Rotmans only, beds; Sonnett Sleep $39,341.28"
That's pretty good for just one month in store. Just wait to national rollout, advertising campaign starts and website is up and running.
Relax, he will in good time and you will probably see lots of pr's when the time is right and please don't take God's name in vain. Thank-you
I am legit excited about this product. I hope they consider allowing wholesale accounts for at least their pillows and some of the beds. I would love to carry these in my office. For now though, I just tell my patients to buy them off amazon.
My professional opinion is this, I have tried a lot of other pillows, regular and orthopedic. As far as I am concerned, the Vytex pillow has the support that is needed, yet is comfortable to sleep on. The problems with most orthopedic cervical pillows is that they are fairly rigid. What I like about Vytex is that the latex pushes back instantly when compressed, this is what makes it a great pillow. An example of a pillow I don't recommend is the memory foam pillows. They are hot, have a lag time to change shape, they don't actually support and they are loaded with toxic chemicals. A true latex material is a win win for people. It is chemically safe (as long as it is natural latex), offers great support, doesn't conduct electricity (check your current bed with a trifield meter and you will see what I mean) and helps keep you cool at night which helps sleep. On top of all this, Vytex improved the latex material so now everyone can get the benefits of it without concern about latex sensitivities.
I can tell you with all seriousness, when I tell patients about this pillow, THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IT. None have ever heard of a latex pillow. If Vytex will also start to market the professional niche with pillows, watch out. I alone could sell pillows almost on a daily basis and I have a small clinic.
Does Greg have a private twitter page or do I go through the vystar one?
No, I am a chiropractor. But I do recommend a lot of pillows and beds. I get questions weekly from patients on what a good pillow/ bed would be for them. I would love to have a sample of the mattress material.
I am a health practitioner and have a pillow and love it. I had a patient recently order one and she had tried many pillows without success and she came back and said she loved this one. These will sell. Lots of people with neck pain that can benefit from these pillows. I just hope they offer wholesale accounts so I can carry them in my office.
If this is the best the detractors got, complain if QB is an uplist, then that is pretty sad.
LOL, great post. The truth will set them free.
Does anyone on this board know when the judge must make a ruling by on the EMA case? I have a feeling once that happens, some of the questionable posting will cease.
