So what do they put in the equity line then if the minority owner, Steve Rotman, and the vystar board decide to place that part of the revenue under the majority owner, Vystar, and let them count the revenue/profits. I would think that taxes are taxes regardless who pays them regardless if it is the majority or minority tax returns.
In the above case, the equity line would be $0 and the taxes would be paid by Vystar would it not. I am not an accountant, but show me why this cant be done if all parties approve of it.
