Just noticed a change in my Etrade account, which hadn't changed when I first checked this morning.
Here's the Transaction History, so I'm assuming the shares have been received and will likely show up in my account tomorrow.
And if those little tidbits of information were exaggerated, I can only guess what else they stated that simply wasn't true.
Oh well, once again thanks for bringing some actual facts to the board lawrenzo, nice breath of fresh air.
Clearly Frank is doing a real bang-up job...lol In fact, they should probably double his salary, since the revenues have taken off, as indicated in the 10-Q.
I found 5 Million share bit rather interesting. I wonder if those were going to be the same 5 million that El claimed they were going to buy back...lol
Man you just can't make this stuff up, classic.
The whole "call the company" nonsense is simply ridiculous. Anyone that's spent any time in the OTC/OTCBB markets can tell you that management such as El's will simply tell you exactly what they think you want to hear, while offering nothing of value or actually providing any sort of detailed answer, so they can't be liable of fraud.
Funny though, some always seem to be capable of getting these so-called answers when nobody else can seem to though.
I tell ya what El may as well move back to the pinksheets, they sure act as if that's where they belong. At least then nobody would be surprised by their actions, they'd still be doing the same thing they've been doing and will likely continue to do.
I wouldn't think mail fraud is a big leap from what they've done to investors, but that of course is just my opinion.
Yea, I was just going to mention that it might be kind of hard to spot them, since they probably won't be there...lol
Yes, I get sooooo sick of the Pie-in-the-Sky promises made by companies like El and the promoters who work endlessly to try and keep people interested in their stock.
I'd much rather see a company just remain silent and not dilute or play games, then all the other nonsense. But this is the OTC/OTCBB markets and while some try to make you believe that because they're a reporting company, that nothing nefarious goes on or that creative accounting 101 isn't used, that your $$$ is safe here and you'll end up rich.
If this board was simply to discuss the realities of El, then there simply wouldn't be much to talk about at this point.
Very well spoken NH, honest and to the point
Yes, I agree, that really serves no purpose and doesn't help anyone.
And what's funny is that if we really took the time to go back and look at the flavor of the discussion and postings in 2007, you'd find an eerily similar pattern from eerily similar individuals.
All telling you:
How great this company is
How it won't be long before everyone's rich
How management is really on top of it's game and cares about its shareholders
How next quarter will rock and sent the PPS skyword
How the next deal or license will really be big and sales will be off the charts
Blah Blah Blah...Three years later what have we seen? We've seen endless dilution, numerous third party Pump & Dumps, decreasing sales and a boat load of broken promises and fluffy PR's which amounted to absolutely nothing.
Yea, seems like things are about the same as they were in 2007.
Unfortunately I'd be willing to bet it's considerably less shares than you started out with, thanks to the Reverse Splits.
I keep reading all these post's asking for "Proof" of this or "Proof" of that, which is actually pretty much boiler plate spin for those trying to slant a message boards flavor.
The fact is, actual investors are not required to prove anything, the onus is on the company and so far they've simply not proven themselves a legitimate growing concern.
Asking someone to prove something isn't happening is simply ridiculous, since there is no clear way to prove something isn't happening, because it's not happening and there isn't anything to provide such proof...lol
These silly types of discussions always make me think of Santa Clause and the Tooth Fairy. Because when I in-turn ask them to prove neither one exists, the conversation just spins off onto another tangent.
The Proof is in the pudding, in El's history and in their actions, or failure to act, in a responsible manner with regards to shareholders investments.
So far they have provided no Pudding, only something similar in texture, but far more smelly and difficult to scrape off the bottom of your shores.
Its the same
I think the only reason an RS stays fresh in everyone's mind is that so many are still holding worthless shares from the last one and its a constant reminder of how management screwed them over.
And given their MO, with the OS eerily close to the AS, I'd say that those same individuals are starting to cringe in anticipation of yet another one.
Well I suppose that's possible, but the problem I see is that the "good news" has almost always been well timed with a promotional period and increased dilution.
I'd also mention that it hasn't made the "huge" drop that you speak of, not yet anyways, since its been hovering around this price range for a while now.
So with all that said, I'd guess it has another substantial decline coming, before any sort of bounce. The problem is that they are running out of shares to sell and the OS is getting dangerously close to the AS and we all know what their next step will be once that occurs.
Naaa... we're all buying it up, everyone is buying it up. Odd how it keeps dropping though.
Really? Are you watching this nightmare unfold? Unfortunately those big trades were Dumps (likey the company), not anxious buyers who are excited about all the wonderful things that are going to happen Next Week, Next Month, Next Year, Next Reverse Split.
I seriously doubt this is retail selling
Its usually pretty obvious when they get started and they are generally timed with another round of dilution. However, since there's only about another 30M to 35M left for them to dilute, they'll likely just do it in smaller increments.
Of course we can always count on those who are buying up each and every share sold at this ridiculously low price. However they never seem to be able to stop the bleeding, it's almost as if they aren't really buying anything and just saying that, but that would be dishonest.
Not to mention these shares hitting below .0030 have got to be the beginning of the end. The OS must be getting eerily close to the AS and I think we all know what will happen when that event occurs, if not shortly thereafter.
Actually it's more of a trade for you isn't it? Either way, looks like you'd be better off waiting till it bottoms out before NIBBLING again. All those poor investors that listened to the ridiculous talk of nibbling at .0070 on down are really underwater and likely not to pleased with those who suggested NIBBLING.
Unfortunately, what you're clearly failing to recognize and that which is pretty obvious to anyone who's truly invested or considering investing, is that El managements past clearly illuminates the level of character they possess, or lack there of.
So while you cling to the LOU and Mathews, most who've followed this for any period of time feel it will simply fail to pan out and just quietly disappear, like sooooo many other exciting events have in the PAST.
I think most here would love to see it come to fruition and see El really start selling some product, with Mathews at the helm.
However, most feel its a dream unlikely to come true (again that pesky past comes into play) and remain EXTREMELY guarded against the cheer leading efforts.
Show us actual numbers, show us actual sales, show us actual growth, not the mythological hype of what's to come Next Week, Next Quarter, Next Year, that time has come and gone!
I understand your frustration and pain, believe me I do.
As for trampling on someone's grave, I don't really understand what your implying, unless you mean the death of shareholder value???
