What holiday?
We went from Stop to Yield fairly quick after the Attorney letter was filed. It took longer to go from Yield to Current with the same info on file.
Yea they filed the letter the next day after the Q1 was filed. Im surprised it took this long to update. Usually I see a 1 - 2 day turn around on the status update
Yea I know... just trying to find the sweet spot :D. i figured it may dip further than it did and spike for a second... i just didnt get in at .013 when i thought about it. could have been a quick double when it hit .025 just now.
I know how it sucks to get caught in the down stream... I have few of my early investing mistakes that have quickly helped me learn alot
I expected to see this drop back down to .00 something so i was going to wait.. Considered buying at .013, but I havent done any DD yet... lookin for a trade up here....but at what entry point....decisions decisions
I believe that the L2 set up is MM's playing some games too. Although it always looks super thin, when we reach a certain price point, they always fill in the next point up usually. The only one's that I have seen stick are stocks that dont get much volume at once or are super thinly traded. I try not to get too excited about the gaps in the L2 because they always get filled up when time comes.
That is what I believe. I remember a comment by SH or SP (not sure which exactly) but i think it was in March or April where they said had it not been for the renovations or booking issues, they would have been fully installed by now.
I guess.. Nothing is out of the question here. We live in reverse world here in TIVU where good news = bad price. So I wouldn't be surprised by anything else that happens here... Unless we run back to .10 or higher. I would really love to get back to my original investment point.
Well we cant really be mad that they are "only" 1200 rooms done seeing as they told us late summer (end of august) for Philly Completion. And for that property 1200 rooms done means only 208 to go. Although this is still a farcry from the projected 5000 rooms to begin revenue, I dont see a reason to be mad at the current 1200. I do remember them saying that if the hotel was already ready, the full install would have been completed within a few months. But since they are working in tandem with the remodel crew, and room bookings, TIVUS isnt in control of the install speed.
And I agree with wagget.. I'd rather see a 200M A/S increase before a RS
This stock suffers from a lack of bid support. Ever since the come down from last year's run up, we have had ridiculous B/A spreads.
PERT has 2m for sell at .029. Normally I just see 5k blocks when its that much higher up
Edit: Thats 200K.. I was seeing more 0's than there really were.
Nah I didnt. I hate email subscriptions... Really dont know why but I just do.
Attorney Letter filed. Should be to Current Information by open or by tomorrow
There is a filing about the new firm.. and we have gone to a Yield sign.. A new attorney letter should get us to current

TiVUS Engages New Public Accounting Firm
10:04 AM ET 7/26/11 | PR Newswire
TiVUS, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TIVU) today announced it has named the audit firm of Peter Messineo, CPA, a PCAOB registered public accounting firm, to perform an audit of the Company's previous two years of financial statements required to become a fully reporting Company with the United States Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
Shiva Prakash, TiVUS' chief executive officer commented, "I am pleased to engage the firm of Peter Messineo, CPA, as our new public accountant. Peter's firm comes well recommended. Our own due-diligence details his solid reputation, work excellence, and exemplary PCAOB record.
"We have now commenced the audit proper. Although the length of time the audit process takes is unique to each audit and a function of the auditor's inquiries, we should expect three-to-six weeks on average."
Last September, the Company announced it had retained M&K CPAS as its public accounting firm. Prakash continued, "I would like to give a nod to M&K CPAS, one of the largest and most reputable firms of its kind serving small cap companies. My decision to change was based on internal constraints unrelated to M&K, and I'd like to thank them for their professionalism and courtesy.
"In addition to our Host Hotels & Resorts installation nearing completion, current filings, and audit commencement, our sales team, headed by executive vice-president of global sales, Mr. Phil Marriott, continues to field requests for site visits and demonstrations of TiVUS' HD IPTV(TM) from scores of opportunities garnered at a recent trade show," Prakash concluded.

no i dont think they are simultaneous installs. Philly is the first.. we dont know the other 2 locations yet
From the Q1 RE: Installations
Plan of Operation
During the next twelve months, the Company plans to install IPTV systems in three major metropolitan hotels. As of December 15, 2010, the first major hotel installation is in progress. We expect that our capital requirements for these three installations will be approximately $2.2 million. We currently do not
have the resources to undertake these projects. However, we are currently seeking financing through debt
or equity offerings.
Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations Comparison of financial condition at March 31, 2011 versus December 31, 2010
Since our inception in July, 2008, our activities have consisted principally of payment of salary of our
Chief Executive Officer, Shiva Prakash and travel to various metropolitan cities to introduce the concept of our IPTV technology. However, recently our activities have increased to include hotel installations.
Our current assets (cash, receivables and advances to affiliates) increased from $173,095 at December 31, 2010 to $469,211 at March 31, 2011. We borrowed an additional $290,000, raised an additional $97,500 through the issuance of common stock.
Well thats a start.. Does that get us back to Limited or Current.. When is Q2 due?
Now all we need is the Audit for the 2 yrs and current reports.
Wow .0023 is loaded. If we break this we may be in for a huge run
according to http://tivus.com/aboutusmenu/tivus-story they are planning to uplist to QB
I truly hope so. I bought this last year when it was at .05.. Man if I had known we'd be here now......
Well this was posted today under filings... not sure if its news though havent read it yet. its just dated for today
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=8052948
I do remember him saying that the main hold up was occupancy. He said they didnt have access to the rooms because it has been booked up..... Unless I dreamed that response. Who knows. Well see what the future holds
Mike Blunk also commented on TIVUS presenting for some hotel managers
http://www.facebook.com/TheBlunk
The MOU is for 3 properties. The other 2 havent been disclosed yet. If i remember hearing steve correctly, that disclosure will be authorized by HOST when the time comes
But they didnt have the contracts and all that upon accepting the financing deal. From what I understand, most of these were startup investors to help the company get started. I think they are just coming due so even though the contracts are now in place, the financing deal is already in place...
Correct me if I'm wrong but thats how I understood the "angel" investor thing
But we know about the constant dilution.. We know the convertible issue which has been discussed thoroughly. At one point we had come to terms with the fact that the O/S would probably settle between 100 - 200 mil. I just don't get why there's a flare up every time the O/S changes when we already have this info. The company doesn't know when the converts will convert or sell. I agree that the dilution is tiring when it happens, but I don't the flashing lights and sirens are necessary every time.
Once again.. im only replying to your post but not directing at you...
Yep I read about that hotel chain in an global investment book. They are a pretty big asian chain.. lots of tourist resorts
I agree.. but for the people who feel neglected, or accuse steve of ignoring certain inquiries, all it takes is a phone call to get their inquiry across. They are not obligated to report it back to the board, so the hearsay issue shouldn't matter. But I do agree that when it is reported back, it can be skewed. But for those (and i cant remember who all have said this so this isn't directed at any one person just a general observation), who decide to post on the board and bash our IR guy without even giving him a call doesn't look good for either side.
If you have a question.... and can't get an email response... call him... If you don't bother to try alternative ways of reaching him then don't come back to the board with anger. We all have to be proactive if we are trying to get information.... Especially info that influences what you do with your money.
Last time we had this discussion... (people talking about steve not responding). I called him. And during that conversation I mentioned that to him as an issue that the board had. His answer was if you arent getting email responses to pick up the phone and give him a call. Also what email are you sending it too.
ditto.. I got out of this late last year around .0006... broke even... but ill buy some 1's 1mil shares per 100 bucks is pretty tempting
So we have both Doug Marriott and Phil Marriott.. This things just keeps getting better and better.
Could these Custom TV's be what the holdup for Doubletree has been and why Steve couldn't really drop the info on us???
Beast mode engaged... Preach Brian.
Seriously I like what I am holding. For those who came for the pump play, take a minute and do some DD on this company before you blindly follow an alerter. Play you game they way you want but also take some time to check out whats going on for real here.
not to mention that that 3.50 estimate shoots to 6.50 when the targeted distribution starts from the NOC.....whenever we get that up and running.
It kind of sounds like LNET is trembling in their boots... which kind of makes me smile since I am a TIVUS shareholder.
But. Remember TIVUS beat out other competitors for the Host MOU.... anyone have any info on who these other companies were and what type of technology they provide?
There is till a good bit of year to go. Doubletree aside... the rate at which they have been installing the Philly Marriott tells me that they could hit their 5000 mark quickly. Remember the Philly Marriott is on its own pace because of the remodel that is going on. I believe all 1400 rooms would be done if it were not for the remodeling team also being there. If they get started on the other 2 host properties...which I assume are near the same room quantity as the Philly (IMO of course, since we dont know for sure), the MOU and Doubletree (whenever that gets started or finished or whatever is going on with this) could be completed this year and be well over 5000 rooms.
Also alot of year left for administrative stuff to get completed and more contracts to be obtained and announced. I truly cant wait to see what the future holds for TIVUS... especially since I am sitting pretty RED at the moment :D
anyone else seeing 0 x 0 in the B/A?
Nice volume but its sad that 8mil cant move us out of the 1's.. I know volume before price but damn....
DMO, ID.. any thoughts?
Those who got their .00's should be feeling pretty good right now
.03 will be interesting... Thats where VERT holed up at for so long that we could never break back through.
