Even $24 per share seems ridiculously small to me (there must be at least $100 billion or more for asset)
If that happens, even the all powerful JPM will have no choice but to surrender
He and JPM will have to pay a big sum to keep their jobs and company running
But when they lose the trial they will end up paying what WAMU was totally worth and extra.....Would they risk that?
lol, when we go to trial with all the arms we need we would win.......Isn't Susman a trial lawyer?
What I really hate is the "scheduled date" being changed to later date......
If this is another joke played from JPM, I hope Sussman pulls that trigger and blows them up to mortal damage to their company.....Really, go for trial and rip them apart and sue them for something like $300 billion dollars.....Let it take more years, I can wait
why are they keep on moving to later?.....I really hate this system of slowness
I'd rather have this last more months than settle for a little sum
I hope Susman has something ready to blow soon and end this 100% victorious for us.
Better be over $24 per share....
*who it is*
$42 billion would be a huge ++ for them..........Gotta start around $100 billion
Maybe just you
wish I had more powder too.....But since graduation is near, can't really have the time to make more money......At least until late May
I thought you can't "purchase or own" over 4.5% of a stock in a Q company
You = Nursejeff
You clearly don't seem to get it........JD and the senior executives are not the owners of the company....The shareholders are......when they want them out, they can kick them out....and stock swap will surely get them very mad.
Well safety of Dimon's position is not my concern but I would think they would try to avoid using stock swaps for their own sakes
Jamie Dimon and fellow senior executives will see the wrath of JPM shareholders and may be deposed for the huge price drop down when that happens. JPM is cash rich company.....Last year, someone said out of 2.2 trillion asset around 600 billion were liquid
Why would it be a stock swap? JP Morgan's stock prices will fall like crazy and do you think the shareholders would like that?
Mine is on $60 per share at minimum....think of Dr. A could be even $80
You will be amazed
Of course I do keep in mind that there has to be a "deal" in order to have settlement.....Thinking that full asset is somewhere in the XXX billion area, $24 per share is not a good settlement.
$24 per share to start talking real settlement
Clearly, nobody knows the true full asset amount but everyone has the freedom to claim certain amounts based on certain claims, certain calculations and etc......
And why and how do you claim that it is lower than $24 per share?
Should've been read at least I hope the EC and Susman knows of Dr. A
Eh, more like $84
Yes, I still do believe in those numbers. Dr. Acharya is not a fool.
Gotta be bigger
He's talking about true value of WAMU not the 7-8 dollar per share JPM offered back in 2008
You sure it's not $30-$40 per share?
I hope this case ruins Rosen's career for his whole life
Should've done that much earlier....Won't back off now for few bucks a share
hope this ends in May.......
Yes, this is what really is out there!!!
The magic number will have to be over $100 billion
has to be more looking at our full asset
has to be more than $12...Is this a joke?
I agree that Monday needs some action....I really hope he shows up for once in a while
