WE OFFICIALLY HAVE A GM CONTRACT IN KOREA IN 2013 AND LATER IN THE USA
http://www.plugincars.com/production-electric-chevy-spark-begin-2013-korea-125037.html
MUST MUST MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GM Korea announced yesterday that production of the electric Chevy Spark will begin in 2013. General Motors' Korean arm further confirmed that the electric Spark will be sold domestically in Korea as well as exported, including to the US.
That's all the intelligence we can glean from GM's Korean language release, but prior reports indicate that the upcoming electric Spark will feature a 114-horsepower electric motor and that the vehicle will first be offered in select US markets as early as 2013.
The electric Spark's range is still unknown, and it's price has not been announced. It appears as though the supplier of the battery pack that will power the Spark is still A123 Systems, even though the company's assets were sold to Johnson Controls, as part of the suppliers' bankruptcy.
GM Korea announced that "two additional specifications and the selling price will be disclosed at a later date," so we'll stay tuned for those details. Until then, this press release is the only official word on the electric Chevy Spark.
GM CONTRACT!!!!!!! KOREA CONTRACT!!!!!!!! EXPLOSION!!!!!!!!!
Hearing rumors about Johnson Controls and GM contract.... Anyone else?

Oh God Pilgrims was a wet dream.
I am expecting to test .15 sooner than later
I was in one BK stock that went from .02 to .20 to .09 where I got in. It ran to .20 and then shot to .44 and then slowly went back down to .20 and then took over to .60, .70 and beyond. finally maxing out at about $1.70. This happened over months not days. Set it and walk the dog.
THIS IS A GOOD SIGN FOR US - PLEASE READ

Look those 2 stocks up. there is a long list of BK stocks that have make people huge profits.
Good luck to all and do not listen to me listen to your own DD and gut.
Yes and I am sure after looking at possible offers that could be conservative.
Both stocks started at as low as 2 cents and blasted well into the mid to high dollar range. Huge profits were made. One guy bout so many at .025 cents that he was a millionaire before the stock hit a dollar. It can happen. This could do the same with big interest from multiple companies. If Obama gets back in this one IMO is golden.

Bankruptcy court approves $15M of A123 financing
Boston Business Journal by Patricia Resende, MHT
Date: Monday, October 22, 2012, 7:38am EDT
Days after the battery developer and manufacturer said it would seek bankruptcy protection and sell its automotive business assets, A123 Systems Inc. (Nasdaq:AONE) announced itreceived court approval to use $15.5 million of its $72.5M financing from Johnson Controls Inc. (NYSE: JCI) in a deal valued at $125 million.
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware also granted approval to A123 to continue to pay employee wages, salaries and benefits, the Waltham company said Friday. In a letter to non-U.S. suppliers, CEO David Vieau reiterated that A123 is “open for business” and said non-U.S. suppliers who do business with its entities in Changzhou will continue to be paid as usual and advised its non-U.S. suppliers who do business with its U.S. entities to reach out to the company's accounts payable group.
The agreement comes just two months after A123 said it struck a deal with China-based auto parts maker Wanxiang Group to provide the battery maker with $465 million. The Johnson Controls agreement and other strategies are intended to be a path forward for the company, according to a spokesperson who said the decision is what is in the best interest of the company’s stakeholders at this time.
A123 has received interest from other parties and multiple proposals from other businesses for assets not related to its automotive assets including its grid and commercial businesses, according to Dan Borgasano, a company spokesperson. Borgasano would not comment on whether the decision to nix the Wanxiang agreement was a result of pressure from US lawmakers who publicly criticized the decision. Some lawmakers feared the Chinese company would take control over A123, but the Chinese said the criticisms were overblown and the plan was to grow the company.A hearing for the final approval of the Debtor-in Possession (DIP) has been scheduled for October 30, 2012.
They are still open for business. October 30th is the day IMO. Get your red hots.
Judge Kevin Carey, who welcomed competitive bidding for A123 (AONE:$0.075,0$0.02,0036.36%) , is scheduled to rule on the initial bidder on Oct. 30.
"It's nice that the debtor has become the popular girl at the dance with at least two bidders, maybe more," he said.
A123 (AONE:$0.075,0$0.02,0036.36%) also has attracted bidders for its non-automotive operations, which includes grid storage batteries.
Wanxiang must receive approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and the government of China to acquire A123 (AONE:$0.075,0$0.02,0036.36%) . The Chinese company will submit its proposals next week, Guzina said.
When should the company request a hearing? Will our securities be delisted before we attend a hearing?
The company must request a hearing within seven calendar days of the date of NASDAQ's delisting determination letter. In most cases, a request for a hearing will "stay" the delisting pending a decision by the Hearing Panel in most cases - meaning no delisting action will be taken until the company has had its hearing and the Hearing Panel has issued a written decision. However, if the company's deficiencies include the failure to timely file a periodic report, the hearing request will stay the delisting only for a period of 15 calendar days from the date the request is due. This 15 day automatic stay generally expires before a hearing is scheduled. A "late filer" may, however, request that the 15-day stay be extended until the hearing takes place and a decision is issued. This request for an extension should accompany the request for a hearing, and should explain why the company believes an extension is appropriate. (Updated: June 24, 2011)
THE BK JUDGE SAID THAT THE DEBTOR HAD MULTIPLE INTERESTED PARTIES!!!! That is the clue here
ANYONE HERE HAVE A PACER ACCOUNT?

Analysts said a bidding war could ensue, an indication of the value of A123’s technology and its potential for helping create a future with electric cars and large-scale power storage.
“It’s nice that the debtors [have] become the popular girl at the dance,” said Judge Kevin Carey at a recent bankruptcy hearing, “and it has at least two suitors, maybe more.”

I suggest people go back and look at many of the companies that have gone through chapter 11. There are many ups and downs. As I said before ride the waves and make money. This should go higher in due time but there is no sure thing in the market. FB pops $4 after 3 red days Go figure.
This is what I have been saying and people are telling me to shut up. LOL. This is a perfect storm being created here. This is future technology that people want to own.
Yes but all the Big 3 are working on battery powered cars. If Obama gets back in office this could be big. IMO
