Oh, she definitely made a mistake. Most people might not even notice. But when Zevotek was called the Diet Coffee Co. they had issues with the FTC and SEC over false and misleading product claims. IMO, It would be in zvtk's best interest to avoid mistakes like this, now and in the future.
Yep, a lot more than 100 sq ft. LOL!
Here is the formula in case Brian wants to recalculate...
The area of circle is given by the formula... A = (Pi)r2 ...where r is the radius of the circle.
You can use Pi = 3.14 for most routine calculations.
If your radius is in feet, then your answer will be in square feet.
LOL! Another Annette Ionic Blooper.
"The chip, which emits negative ions into the air that attach themselves to pollutants, eliminates air impurities — dust, pollen, odors, dander, allergens and smoke — nearly instantly in a 100-foot radius".
It's a 100 square foot area (10'X10') not 100 foot radius. Plus the "filter" thing. She's gotta get her facts right.
Hopefully the CVS and Walmart comments are accurate and not a "slip-up" like the last time.
This is where we discuss zvtk and the ionic bulb. It is not the place for you to insult other board members. If I have stated an opinion on the “Green is Good” / ionic bulb article that you don't like, too bad, you can use the ignore feature.
Hunter says...“Microchips are now able to filter the air."
Come on Annette, The ion generator DOES NOT filter the air.
You really need to be careful about misleading claims.
Maybe it's just a blond thing? LOL!
CVS? Walmart? Well, I guess she is the spokesperson...
Look under "Patents & Trademarks" in the last 10K (Oct. 2009)
While your at it send them this one too.
http://www.purelyproducts.com/healthy-cfl/
I'm surprised you have not seen these before. They have been discussed over and over on this and other zvtk message boards.
Yep, one of many selling anion generating bulbs. They do have an interesting product line too. Good for them, maybe zvtk will come up with some new products to sell as well.
Please don't resort to name calling,
Brian,
It makes you seem like an....
LOL!
A Stupid Remark was not intended.
I do believe that the CEO and zvtk are supposed to be working for the investors. WE are paying them to market the Ionic Bulbs properly. If you want to promote them in your spare time, that's fine. But it is ultimately the JOB of Babkie and his staff (if there is one) to sell a chit load of bulbs before the end of Jume or it's all over. imo ;)
Isn't Advertising the ZVTK Ionic Bulb the job of CEO Babkie and zvtk sales staff?
It might be a better idea if y'all bought a few cases of bulbs and demonstrated them door to door and at flea shows etc... Probably could sell more than 1000 bulbs in a month. Maybe get the Boy or Girl Scouts involved. School Band or Sports Fund Raiser type deals...
Just thinkin' out loud here of course... LOL!
Zevotek board is where we discuss Zevotek... Correct?
LOL!
So far your "faith" in CEO Babkie is about all you can have. There really has been no evidence that he is any more or less qualified than Engle to head ZVTK. We also know very little about any of the directors. I've tried to verify some of the fluff about the CEO that some "Believers" here have posted, but have come up empty handed.
And if they sell another 1000 or so bulbs this quarter they'll have doubled revenue. LOL!
I hope your not saying that just because some people have a negative opinion of the company or their product that they are Bashers. Hearing BOTH sides of the story is important. IMHO
Gotta get a Boom Squeezer.
That has got to be a messy PITA.
Just got to use different keywords or suggestions are counted as duplicate. Try just posting the video without any text. That might work.

Did that on a couple other spill related articles also.

I thought they shipped a container load to Ecuador in March. That might be considered a sale. Don't know what the pricing was though.
LOL! That's 2009 and I don't think it ever came to fruition.
Yep, as long as it's done in moderation. lol
I hate when that happens.....LOL
Which Facebook? Ionic or Zevotek

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Zevotek/263023689249
I'm not much of a facebooker but others might want to know.
LOL! Yep, in Appalachia we have already begun stockpiling incandescent bulbs. Know some remote folks that are still clinging to the gas lamps.
I think we should tell the politicians to go to hell and let the American people and the marketplace decide what type of lighting they want to use.
Besides, the Ionic Bulb is ALL about the Ions. Not the environment or any political agenda.
Freedom of Choice for Lighting!
Yes, seems strange, can't find anything else about it yet though.
A plug-in wall ionizer? Without the light?
No Blind Pig, your not the first.
I hate to bring up this company again but....

Can't find the one in the PR... Union NJ
Mystery company so far....
Yes, Funny, like it was written by politicians and lawyers. LOL
If they had 2 products we would get twice as much news. They really ought to get more products. imho
No, It's that Thane, an established direct response marketer, QUIT selling the hottest and most magical light bulb in the universe.
http://www.marieclaire.com/cm/marieclaire/images/Dx/0410-30-green-buys-15-de7.jpg
Let's face it, Zevotek's stated goal is to become a company like Thane International. If Thane can't sell the bulb....?
Some turn out to be The UPS Store or some other mail box service address with a suite number. LOL
The duty free news is good I guess. It's the First part of that letter (mia) I might consider bad news.
Have you touched the Rod? Come on. That cap merely protects the brush, Not the user. It looks cool tho! lol
What's the problem?
Can't a guy have an opinion around here?
I honestly think the interview seemed like a cheap paid advertisement. Y'alls standards must be different than mine.
In your opinion, what was the highlight of the interview and why should potential investors be excited by it.
I thought it was a Terrible interview. All CEO Babkie did was read from old fluff PRs and web-site text. It sounded a lot like a late night radio infomercial for a colon cleansing product. You know, that kinda Fake interview / ad format. Sorry, jmho.
I beg your pardon...
