Hahaha, that's awesome... All history is just wiped away. Nothing you did (or didn't do even though you promised) in the past now doesn't count anymore and can't be held against you. They should adopt that in courts of law, performance reviews, politics... I love these guys.
I have to agree, this is incredibly unprofessional... They are in hot water because they got themselves there. Nobody put a gun to their head and made them promise a hundred different times that everything is done, results just around the corner, year after year. So now WDRP, apologize, then apologize again and then give investors what they want in a polite, patient and PROFESSIONAL way. When u repeatedly promise something and it does not happen for years you are in no position whatsoever to get angry or frustrated.
If we each chip in $50, times lets say 100 investors, that's $5k. Should be enough for a week or two of looking into a company... I for one would be happy to pay at least that to get to the bottom of what the deal is with these people.
That's excellent news. Thank you for sharing. Can anyone with TDA check what the status is?
It's true they did release the information and I was the first to say it's great news. But the fact is they have provided no proof whatsoever. There must be some piece of paper or log or something that they looked at to come to the conclusion the chill was lifted. At least show us whatever they saw until something more definitive is available. There are plenty of very knowledgeable investors here who can make up their own mind if shown all the actual information. Plenty of other examples of companies that are in the same situation and they have all provided proof.
Plus saying "this is all we will ever release about it, don't ask for anything" and "your broker may continue to refuse to trade us" doesn't exactly inspire confidence.
As far as asking Andrew, whenever I spoke to him he just says trust us and wait, can't say anything material. It's a waste of time. Not to mention that he is generally pretty frustrated and on a short fuse even though I am mostly positive about the company and not a basher in any way. As far as asking my broker, like I said before, I am with Etrade and they never had any issues.
I am not complaining about facebook, I think it can be a useful tool but i do think it is being used in a fairly unprofessional way at times to bicker with investors.
Thanks for the message Beers... Don't know what to think anymore. If they actually moved forward in some way with the chill that's good news but it's increasingly looking like just more fudging of facts... Just can't imagine where this could be going for them, all these promises, one more confident than the next...
I agree it's entirely possible the chill being lifted is not a done deal yet but they were under a ton of pressure to deliver something, anything (for good reason) so they just came up with that. Who knows anymore...
That is why I said multiple times, ASSUMING there is an actual change on the ground in how easy it is to trade this, THEN it is great news. There were several people here complaining they could not trade. If they could buy or sell a few shares we would know for a fact. Even if someone does find a link to something from the DTC at the end of the day it is the actual situation with brokers that matters. My gut feeling is the company would not blatantly lie about a simple fact like this. They can fudge timelines but this is pretty black or white. Sooner or later someone will contact the DTC and if they say, no, WDRP is still chilled, never spoke to us, it will pretty much be game over for them. But you could be right, who knows.
I completely agree. If people who could previously not trade, or had to trade at really high prices now see an actual difference and can verify what the company posted on FB then this is great news. And it is the first real, verifiable, development we have had, pretty much ever. And it is something that we have definitely been asking for so we should be happy that we got it. Being able to trade a stock plays a big part in the pps taking off, it's that simple. Sure, that doesn't change the fact that there's no product, no numbers and a million delays and timelines missed by a mile. Nobody said it automatically makes everything great. But, assuming it actually produces a change on the ground in how easy it is to trade this, it is definitely good and important news. And it is also not something a scam would not be too concerned with straightening out, but they did.
So what they mean by the legend is still in place on Robert's shares is that he cannot sell more than a certain amount at any one time, not that he can't sell at all, right? Because they have acknowledged before that he can sell them as of March.
I only have Etrade and that never had any issues but could anyone that previously could not buy/sell test that anything has changed?
Hopefully tomorrow is the day it all turns around. Not expecting it, just would be nice.
You are referring to my post, he was referring to post# 45351 which was your reply to his post# 45342. I think...
Hmmm, both of you guys make really good points. On one hand if the product is really great there should be no need for a PR blitz, since it will sell itself. On the other hand no matter how good a product is it doesn't hurt to have a well organized release of information. It will just make the pps go all that much higher. Especially since they've dragged their reputation pretty low with all the messed up IR they've done so far. So crossing all the Ts and dotting all the Is is not a bad idea. But then again they did promise they would release preliminary numbers as soon as they have them...
As far as what they have, I'd be happy even with a heat exchanger that 100% functions and has efficiency numbers that can be tested. That would still be a million times more than what we've gotten so far, which is pretty much nothing. But I am not so sure that they would not have an actual water heater because 1. they were working on hooking it to municipal water, 2. that's what the plan was all along and that's where UL certification etc. comes in, 3. the single cavity was already supposedly a working heat exchanger but they did not stop there, they kept going for something more and 4. once you have the heat engine the hardest part is done, the rest is a lot less tricky and unknown.
Either way I hope they get their collective heads out of their asses soon and actually release something already. This whole bickering back and forth with investors on FB is unprofessional and will only keep the pps from crashing for so long.
"The wait is over" could easily mean the product is completely ready and only needs some testing, the data to be organized and presented in a professional way, a video made etc. Could take a couple of weeks more but compared to the 3 years we've been waiting technically speaking you can easily argue that "the wait is over". And maybe they feel they are very close on the DTC chill removal too so they are stalling this for that reason. and "end of August" could mean first week of September without it being way off. I'm honestly a lot more worried that the numbers will suck than that they will not be released at all. I'm pretty sure we're getting something fairly soon, probably not more than 2 weeks from now.
The problem isn't really not enough exposure or not enough pumping. The problem is there are no results of any kind, no product, no numbers, no manufacturers, no certifications, nothing. Even if a promoter would start covering them any investor worth anything would find PRs from 2 years ago promising it's all done, would then proceed to search for this product that was supposedly released or at least for some numbers or information on it and would come up with nothing at all. Not to mention that these pumps usually aren't a sign of something great. All it would do is maybe allow some longs to get out at 3-4c or so but that's about it.
What we need are actual results. I don't get how 6 weeks can go past without a single PR-worthy fact becoming available... What are these guys doing over there?
If this whole "August is the month" thing is to happen then this Thursday has to be it. Come on WDRP, get moving already, show that you are a real company. Enough messing around and delays.
My guess is the product is good, probably competitive, maybe even very good but not amazing or life changing. That's always been my feeling based on existing electric units and simple physics. If that's the case first it means that they need to test it extensively to make sure future third party tests don't disprove their findings. If the numbers were amazing even if future numbers are not quite there they would still be excellent but if that isn't the case future tests may show it to be slightly less efficient than existing products. Second it also means they need to test it in various ways to find the one that shows it in the best light since maybe in extreme use cases the unit/technology doesn't perform all that great. And third it means they want to wait until later in the summer when people are back into investing so it "garners" attention, since the numbers themselves aren't all that ground-breaking on their own.
Combine that with the company's complete inability to do anything in any kind of useful time (plus their unwarranted optimism with PRs) and you have the delays we are currently having. One way or another I'm pretty confident something significant will be release in the next month at most. Remains to be seen how good and how complete it is...
On one hand it's definitely true that until now they've promised a lot of stuff that hasn't really happened, or at least has not happened when they said it would. You wouldn't have to stretch a whole lot to plainly accuse them of lying. Incompetent goes without saying.
But on the other hand the latest PR and communication online seems different to me from what they put out before, far more committed and less tentative and with far fewer "buts" and "ifs" and general ways out for them. Now they are saying in no uncertain terms that it's all done and ready and not waiting on any tweaking, parts to arrive etc. The tone seems very different to me. Even assuming the product is not what they say it is they are at the very least preparing for a big pumping campaign which if you play your cards right can make you just as much money as an actual successful product. Either way I'm definitely ready to buy more on any news or dips. Tomorrow might even be the day it starts...
Another week with no news. I'm sure it's just around the corner though. Any day now... How does it take weeks to measure the current going into a box and the volume and temperature of the water coming out?? Anyone could do it with a couple of hundred bucks in an afternoon. If this is actually legit i really hope a manufacturer takes over soon and starts driving things cause these guys can barely tie their shoe laces...
Well, this is a penny stock so I guess you need to set your expectations accordingly. Not that it will be a failure but that it could be... More of a not-so-reputable steak place. Some can cook up a great steak for little money but you could also get disappointed.
It's like being at a steak house and you've been waiting for 2 hours. Sure, chances are the steak will come but you're still not happy. And they keep telling you it's coming, so a lot of people wouldn't leave, they just wait. And maybe it never comes, maybe they forgot about you. Or maybe it comes and it's cold and hard as a shoe. You just don't know until you get it, until then you're pretty pissed. If you get it and it's great then a lot of the anger will be forgotten, but not all of it. Just like here...
Thanks Beer. It's always more of the same. Don't know what to think anymore...
I just wan to go there and shake these guys... Ugh... No results, no reasons for the delays... They may well have something good there but man are they an incompetent bunch when it comes to IR.
I've been ready a while now...
3 weeks with no PR after the thing was completely finished. Guess we keep waiting.
Lol and how many "YEARS" of no results from the AMF would it take for you to let it go? Like everyone else has, including the AMF... And if Robert's been working on the unit full time for 8 years then the AMF thing has been going on for at least 6, with no results. If we use the same 5 year "fudge factor" in there. Of course jmo.
Lol, patience with the AMF case? How about some patience with the unit development? Which btw as everyone here knows has been going on for about 3 years, not 7 or 8 or whatever else. And you have been corrected here multiple times when you used to say 8 years, it became 7 now. I won't argue back and forth anymore, all the facts are out there and anyone can do their DD.
What more proof do you guys want other than he's really smart and speaks French?? Seriously, just sell!
Joking aside, if there's no PR this Thursday this thing will start going down again. And fast. All the other "it's ready" PRs had some kind of "but" in there, the last one just said it's completely ready and it's awesome so really no excuse not to have some basic internal numbers in 3 weeks.
Thank you for talking to him and sharing. But that guy's been excited for years now. He knows 100% sure things are very close to completion and we will be very happy but he has no idea at all what the situation on the ground is, i.e. parts, testing, readiness of the unit, nothing at all that Robert does. If he doesn't know anything about actual facts and timelines then how can he be so optimistic? If he does have info on the actual development process then why not periodically share this with the investors through a blog, web site, PRs etc? It's not like we didn't ask... He's basically saying I know nothing but I'm really really optimistic.
Looks like they actually shot themselves in the foot with that last PR. Well, and us too, mostly us... Now that they say it's all ready and then they go silent for a long time it's really worse than not having said anything in the first place. Since like everyone said there's no excuse for not having some basic internal numbers. Well done WDRP, once again you show you have no clue what you are doing...
On one hand it is true that the company has missed all the deadlines so far, and by a pretty wide margin sometimes, but on the other hand it is also true that most people would not abandon ship right now even if there are more delays. If they hung in there all this time, which a lot of people did, they will hang in there a little longer. At this point even if there is no actual product at all there will definitely be PRs and spikes in the fairly near future. And before the "scam theory" broken records around here jump in, I am not in any way saying there is no product, just saying that either way there is money to be made here, even in the unlikely chance it is a scam.
I can't imagine how they can stretch this any longer or how they can release any more fluff fact-less PRs. After saying it's all done and completed, not waiting for any parts, nothing is broken, what else can you release but numbers? Or contracts, certifications, chill lifts etc., actual facts. But then again I've said that before and they still dragged it on longer so...
True, there is no excuse at all for not having internal numbers in two weeks at most. They may choose not to publish them for whatever reason but saying that just getting an idea of the efficiency takes months and months is ridiculous. This isn't any more complicated than a school science project and the numbers obtained with these simple methods would actually be at least 90% accurate.
Personally I would give them no more than 3 weeks after the last PR before I am unhappy. There is absolutely no excuse to go anywhere close to another 3 months with no news. But that's just me... Anyway I doubt they would say everything is finished and then fall off the face of the earth for a whole quarter.
Ha, that would be a billion dollar company. With 2 employees and one contractor...
With the right news this could get interesting...
Think statistically most likely the PR will come the next Thursday, two weeks after the first one. It's not like them to release news so close together. unless everything is already finished, lined up and available but i don't think that's the case.
That's exactly my opinion too. Unfortunately a lack of business viability is almost as bad as a scam as far as the pps goes. Still annoys me when some post that they know for a fact this is a scam...
I don't disagree this could possibly be a scam. That's true for any stock out there and particularly for pennies. But there is no way there is enough evidence out there to allow anyone to say that without a doubt it is a scam. Not even close. Yes, they may have been loosely tied with some people that did some bad stuff, that doesn't mean there is no product or that the company is not legit. There are plenty of corruption scandals even in blue chips, it doesn't automatically mean that every entity ever to collaborate with that individual is automatically a scam. And the product taking as long as it did is actually not unusual at all. What was unusual were their ridiculous promises that came way too early, way before they had what they promised, for whatever reason. But that could easily be the result of bad management, lack of experience, lack of communication between them, unforeseen delays or a number of other things...
If this was a scam why release a PR saying everything is perfect, product is done, numbers (both internal and third party) to follow soon and then manufacturers. They aren't giving themselves any way out here at all. Plus no dilution, no sales of Robert's shares. If it was a scam and they didn't care they would sell all they can even at bad prices, dilute as much as they can while releasing PRs every couple of weeks and then announce the unit can't be produced, end of the line. They are doing the complete opposite of all that. Everyone has to admit there is at least a chance this is for real.
It's easy to make fun of a PR saying "I stuck my hand under the faucet and it was hot". But what will you guys say if they actually release third party numbers and UL certification? Or a manufacturer signing up or the chill being removed, all that stuff. It may never happen but what if it does? Will you publicly admit you were wrong all along and that there was no proof there? The longs almost never say that they know for a fact this is legit and will come through. We all complain enough about how the company deals with everything. But you say that you know for a fact this is a scam...
Who would sell at 0.0090 today? That's just weird...
Yeah you're right it's not unusual for them. It's just unusual in general. And it absolutely does make sense not to release everything in one go but still, some number in there would have been nice, at least an estimate of when more news will come and the next steps will happen or something. Saying I stuck my hand in there and it was hot is a bit... Anyway, lets wait for news. It's what we do...
