Good Morning HMIT.
Kharie, excellent work. We are on the right track here.

"The Verde Media Group Websites are controlled and operated by Verde Media Group from its offices in London"-verdemediagroup.com Terms and Conditions section 6.
Well, mka1234, looks to me like you may have found something here. Right now I'm out of town and on a different computer, so I don't have my usual DD stuff at the fingertips. However, it would not surprise me if Verde Media Group does have another office or satellite location abroad. Maybe you could do some DD and let us know what you find out.
Regarding the Astrablu and California, most of the things I found were Las Vegas based, but again this could be a new lead. They should have studios in the Hollywood area which is kind of what the board is contemplating right now. I could not find an address for the pic either so I am just speculating...
Thanks,
Hazcat7
Hello mka1234 and welcome to HMIT. I checked the Terms and Conditions you referred to and did not find anything "odd or unusual" in the sections. I compared the section to Astrablu and the format was very similar with Astrablu's being created in 2006. (I believe the same webdesigner created both websites.) I then thought of the long list of terms we are subject to with Ihub, websites, and more importantly, my online broker's Terms and Conditions. It is several pages long and you would have to be a Lawyer to figure it out. Good thing we have one here who can check verdemedia.com for you, but I'm sure Maverick will concur with a normal finding on this one...
Hazcat7
PS. You now have HMIT "cookies" and they are Verde colored...$$$
Jstnelson. YES, I would like to be an assistant mod!
Thanks,
Hazcat7
Congrats as new Moderator! You will be great and you will have lots of help from the whole HMIT TEAM.

Here's a funny reality show trailer someone FWD to me. Thought you guys might get a laugh as we will be expecting a more serious "Cowboy Mining" trailer in the future.
Nice work FergusVI! That technical report also has some clues that can be compared to Verde's website...
Cowboy Mining is an original reality television series... The show will feature:
Personalities
Companies
Historical characters
Towns and citizens
-verdemediagroup.com
THE PURPOSE OF THE SHOW IS TO ENTERTAIN AND EDUCATE THE VIEWER ABOUT:
Practices of mining: Q: How will the site be mined?
rotary drill, diamond drilling, percussion drilling, reverse circulation and many other types I've never heard of.-timminsgold report
Q: Where will we be exploring and possibly filming?
Figure 10.1 shows 4 anomolies and 1 historical area that are exploration targets.
La Vetetina: Geo Chem Anomoly
La Libortad: Anomoly
La Playa: Anomoly (aka pimpnwalstreet's stompin grounds)
Anamalous Area 1A & 1B
Historical Target: El Socorro Mine
Social: Q: How many locals are working?
A:The major population centre for the region is Magdalena de Kino (Magdalena) to the north with a
population of over 50,000 inhabitants.-timminsgold report
Political: Q: Who is involved? Mexican Government gets it's piece..
Annual payments for the surface rights on the San
Francisco project is 243,769 Mexican pesos, indexed to inflation, or approximately
US $31,736.-timminsgold report
Economic: Q: How much $$$ will they make?
More than a Fishing boat....
Alot more than an Ice Trucker...
More than a Tattoo Parlor in LA...
"Focused solely in Mexico, Timmins is now in commercial gold production at San Francisco. The mine is a past-producing open pit heap leach operation. Timmins has forecast production at a rate in excess of 80,000 ounces of gold per year at a life of mine cash cost of approximately US$410 per ounce."timminsgold report
80,000 X (gold $1,193 - $410) = $62,640,000 million per year...
Environmental impacts: Q: Is mining bad for the environment?
“As free gold is common in this deposit, and the water table is quite shallow (presently
about 20 metres), there is the possibility of down hole contamination. If care is not taken
while drilling under these circumstances, mineralized intercepts will be spread beyond
their actual length. This problem is somewhat countered by the fact that the mineralized
rock is quite competent and the gold is not particularly easily liberated thereby decreasing
the amount of potential contamination”.-timminsgold report
Show People that are intricate to the daily operations. Q: Who are the people? CEO's, Project managers, Geologists, team of 130 skilled drillers, field operators, mechanics, engineers and support staff.
Q: What about after they shoot this pilot?
A: Cowboy Mining will be the first reality-based series to go into extreme detail about mining around the world. Cowboy Mining will feature locations in Mexico, Canada, USA, South America, Africa, Australia and Europe, giving the viewer unparallel access to a world never before followed from an insider’s perspective.-verdemediagroup.com
Well, it looks like things are coming together nicely here. IMHO.

How to Build a Team... according to HMIT CEO William Veve, paraphrased by Hazcat7
First, help others launch their business.
Most recently, Mr. Veve helped launch Astrablu Media in Los Angeles where he co-produced National Lampoon's "Cattle Call."-Marketwire Oct 18, 2006
Then invest and build your relationship with business partners to combine strengths and grow your company.
"The opportunity to work with Mr. Konski again is extremely exciting. Our new relationship will combine the strengths and assets of Astrablu Media Inc. and Verde Media Group, Inc., together producing and distributing commercially viable films and television series. This is an important stable and logical step for Verde as we maintain our growth strategy.”-William Veve Businesswire 06/29/2010
Hire a multi-million dollar Financial Advisor to close the deal.
"The addition of Mr. Hannon as an advisor to Verde Media is important at this stage of the company’s growth strategy. Mr. Hannon is an absolute professional that handles, manages, and delivers on multi-million dollar transactions. As an advisor to the company he will be a key asset.”-William Veve Businesswire 05/05/2010
Next step, network with the best companies in the business you will be filming.
“We could not be more excited to be here with Marc Kieler and Victor Diaz the owners of Globexplore Drilling. They have opened a huge door that leads our production into the ground level of how Junior Mining Operations function, operate, and grow into larger mining concerns.”-William Veve Businesswire 05/25/2010
Get the most knowledgeable consultant in mining to work on your team for free, because potential is easily recognized.
"The addition of Mr. Adams as a Consultant for our production of “Cowboy Mining” gives Verde a wealth of knowledge and access to Mining Concerns around the world. This is a mutually beneficial relationship and comes with no associated cost
to either party.”-William VeveBusinesswire 05/13/2010
Q: Is he really working?
A: Yes left this on his website, and he has signed a one year contract according to PR.
June 11/10
Effective today, June 11 2010 our office will be closed for the summer as we are going to be away mining. Emails will be answered only on a weekly basis and unfortunately due to our isolated location and lack of high technology, we will not be accepting any new ads for the classified section during this time. We apologize to all in advance.-Mr Adams www.juniorminers.com/index.html
This TEAM has been assembled in less than three months!!! On a pennystock budget. It does not even include the behind the scenes, web design(nice new stockchart), logistics, supply, camera crews, and who knows what else is involved...
In the same teamwork spirit, this HMIT Ihub TEAM has been assembled in less than one hour!!! On a Pennystock message board! I am proud that everyone has come together and welcome to our new moderator and assistant moderators. Lets have a great month guys.

Great DD FergusVI! Thanks for the sweetwater update.
Hazcat7
Nice Post Turtle. We will continue to stay on top of our investment. Calls to FINRA, Globexplore, Astrablu, and Veve himself will be made next week to confirm the DD. We know the LOI is completed. We just don't know the percentage of "equity interest" to apply. If the valuation of Astrablu is correct at 300million and we own just 5% with 4.1billion shares, it is still .0036 pps "minimum". I believe it is a higher percentage within the double digit ##%, but am still unsure how to value Astrablu. How did you come up with the 300 million; Productions, library, studio, offices, scripts, videos, cameras and lighting?
The reality series "Cowboy Mining" is scheduled to start filming this week.
Hazcat7
Yes, but don't think of it as a "Credit Card" Margin line of credit that extends your purchasing ability. The "Margin" of pennyland just allows buying while you are waiting for funds to clear, usually a couple of days. If you have a cash only account and sell, you will have to wait a couple of days to re-buy the security. I think of it as a "Secured Margin" that doesn't allow you to over-extend yourself and gives you the flexibility to buy and sell without the wait time. Look into it if you don't have this option on your account.

Market Maker Speaks Out:Ways of a Market Maker
(REPOST)
I was an OTC MM for about 10 years ending in the late 80's. Since then I have been strictly an investor. Since I
have not been that up to date in MM rules I will only make statements that I feel fairly confident are still accurate
regarding these activities. By and large most MM don't have a clue nor do they care to learn, about the fundamentals
of the stocks they trade.
They just try to make orderly markets. When dealing with BB stocks it is very easy for a MM to get trapped into
being short in dealing in a fast moving market. Reason being; most of the MM's in this stock are what are called
"wholesalers" this means they don't have retail brokers "working" the stocks.
So they have to rely on what's known as the "call" from larger retail houses. If a "Big" retail firm like an E-trade calls
up a market maker to purchase say 5,000 shares of a stock, they expect to get an "execution" from that market
maker. If he turns them down, or only gives a partial then the "Big" firm will go to another MM.
If this second MM "fills the order" then that "Big" firm has a moral obligation to continue to give future "business" in
that stock to that MM who performed (his life blood). This will go on until he "fails" to perform and so on.
Contrary to popular opinion the "Big" firms Do NOT necessarily go to the "Low Offer" to fill a buy order (Or high bid
for a sell). They "Go" to who they think will perform to fill the order and expect that MM to "match" the "low offer" in
the case of a buy (bid in the case of a sell). Even though this MM might in fact be the "high bid" and not really want
to sell any more.
As a wholesaler he must perform or he will get a reputation as a "non-performer" with the "Big" houses and will cease
getting "calls" which means he will soon go out of business. I mentioned above that this activity is very significant to
BB stocks. I say this because most of the trades in these BB stocks are "unsolicited" and are done through discount
houses.
With the above groundwork laid, let me try to explain how market makers get short even if they like the Company;
Lets say that a stock (shell) has been lying quietly at $.25 bid $.50 offered. A limit order comes into one of the MM's
to Buy at $.50 for a thousand shares. Prior to this trade that MM may be "flat" (neither long or short any shares). He
fills the order and is now short 1,000 shares. He may raise his bid hoping to find a seller to "flatten" out his position.
But before he realizes it a wave of buyers have come in and cleared out all the $.50 offers. Now the stock is $.50 bid
.75 offered. Here comes that "Big" firm he just sold the 1,000 shares to at .50 with another bid for 1000 at .75. He
makes this print. Now he is short 2,000 at an average of .625. The market keeps moving and now its .75 bid 1.00
offered. Now he has to make a decision.
Just like investors, MM Hate to take a loss. So 9 times out of 10 he will now sell 2000 at 1.00 making him short 4000
but with an average .81. At this time he would love to see a seller at .75 so he can cover his short and make a few
bucks.
But instead the market keeps moving up. Now it is 1.00 to 1.25 and here comes the buyer again at 1.25. He doesn't
want to lose the call so now he needs to sell 4,000 at 1.25 to keep his break even point above the bid. Now he is
short 8,000. Market moves up to 1.25 bid 1.50 offer here comes the buyer now he feels he must sell 8000 here
because "stocks don't go up forever".
Now he is short 16,000. And so on and so on. If the stock keeps moving up, before he realizes it he could be short
50k or 100k shares (depending how big his bank is). _________________________
Finally the market closes for the day and on paper he may look all right in that his "break even" price may be around
the closing price. But now he has to figure out how to entice sellers so he can cover this short. It is important to
note that if this happened to one MM it has probably happened to most all of them.
Some ways MM's entice sellers; Run the stock up with a "tight spread" in a fast market, then "open" up the spread to
slow down the buying interest. After it has "cooled off" for a little while lower the offer below the last trade right
after a small piece trades on the offer then tighten the spread so that the sellers feel they can take a "quick profit"
by "hitting the bid" on the tight spread.
Once the selling starts the MM's will walk it down quickly by only making small prints on the way down with the tight
spread. Another way is by running the stock up in the morning, averaging up their short then use the above
technique to walk it down in the afternoon.
Hopefully after doing this for several days, it will demoralize the buyers. The volume will dry up and the sellers will
materialize thinking that the game is over.
Contrary to popular opinion, MM usually Do Not Cover in Fast moving markets either Up or Down if they are short.
They Short More. They usually try to cover after the frenzy is out of the market. There are many other techniques
they use but the above are the most popular.
This technique works about 9 times out of 10 particularly in a BB market. However that is because 9 out of 10 BB
stocks are BS. Remember what I said above. Most MM's don't have a clue as to the value of a Company until they
get trapped. If the Company has solid fundamentals and a bright future. Then the stock will do very well. And the
activity that caused the situation will prove to even help the future stock activity because it created an audience."
Just food for thought
Money
I also noticed how NITE was up to something for the past couple of weeks and this may explain one of the reasons. I do not usually subscribe to MM Conspiracy theories, but this re-post is plausible. When on the Bid and Ask it is called "boxing" and when the gap opens, it is $$$ in the bank for the MM as they can fill anywhere in the middle. As Backndagame noted, when NITE left, the PPS increased and traded normally. The short list is also inaccurate due to Margin buying, so those numbers are hardly worth the paper written on. MM's have now had enough time to cover their positions, so we should see regular trading next week.
Hazcat7
Nice close Sully. Thanks.
Looks like Nite is picking up the shares he shorted...
Welcome jaimerodriques! I'm from Phoenix, Az too and with a name like rodriques you will have the sheriff checking your Verde Card. You don't possibly "hablo espanol?", may be good for communicating with Globexplore. You are also close to the filming and may be a great asset to this board. Best of Luck!
Hazcat7
Longs leave a "Core Position" in the stock, therefore are still in and providing support. It is wise to be in several stocks so your $$$ can still be working at all times. You are probably right about "flippers" and "momo" players being out, as well as "chart players" waiting for the confirmation turn.
I believe HMITrs have many more than 2 options available. You must find your own strategy for this stock and play the plan on strategy and not emotion.
Hazcat7
I'll be picking up the cheepies today. Every day without news brings us closer, and yet people are impatient. We all know the deal is done and that Veve will provide the details when he is ready. GLTA!
GM HMIT!
loveforlosing,
It was told to me by Globexplore CEO's that the "pre-production" was 4-5 days in Hermasillo Mexico where Veve and crew determined the aspects of Cowboy Mining and went over details with Globexplore.
Details were probably worked out like, lighting, sound, cameras, formats, logistical issues and filming schedule. Globexplore has 32 different locations to chose from, so they had to select the best ones for a reality show. In the process of scoping things out they took a lot of pics, some of which were posted on verdemediagroup.com.
The production aka. pilot was scheduled to start filming on July 1 according to Globexplore. However, Veve specifically requested a filming crew that was running over on another project and would not be available til mid July. Looks like Veve tried to schedule then, but both CEO's of Globexplore would not be in Mexico till the end of July so he pushed filming back to August 1 so they could be involved too.
I hope this answers any uneasy feeling you have regarding "preproduction". Globexplore has no reason to lie for verdemedia as they are an independent drilling company with no affiliation to Veve. I don't think they would ruin their reputation for an upcoming reality film producer. These guys make big $$$ drilling and are already rich. As posted one of the CEO's is looking to buy HMIT shares, maybe he picked up those 7's today like Hazcat7 did...
Someone is bidwacking with small trades...
I'm thinking the same thing about Restricted Shares for the acquistion/merger. Astrablu may become our biggest shareholder and supporter. The A/S not changing is also very good, this will help tie up existing shares making them more valuable in the future.
GM HMIT!
Nice chart work here. Your board is coming along nicely, keep it up!

Tesla Roadsters Reach Five New Countries on Three Continents-PALO ALTO, Calif., Jul 18, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE)
[url]http://eon.businesswire.com[url]
Sweetwater DD: Nathaniel "Sweetwater" Clifton (October 13, 1922 – August 31, 1990) was an American multi-sport athlete best known as the first African American to sign a contract to play in the National Basketball Association. http://www.wdkx.com/testimages/clifton_080219_promo_300.jpg">http://www.wdkx.com/testimages/clifton_080219_promo_300.jpg" />
He attended Xavier University of Louisiana and then served with the United States Army for three years, fighting for his country in Europe during World War II.
After the war, Sweetwater Clifton joined the New York Rens, an all-black professional basketball team that toured throughout the United States. Noted for his large hands, which required a size 14 glove, he was invited to join the Harlem Globetrotters, for whom he played from the summer of 1948 to the spring of 1950
Still a talented baseball first baseman, during the basketball off-season in 1949 Clifton played for the Chicago American Giants in Negro League baseball
He was named to the 1957 NBA All-Star team, scoring 8 points in 23 minutes in the game. At age 34, he became the oldest player in NBA history to be named an All-Star.
Immensely popular in Chicago, Clifton had continued to live in his home neighborhood. Married, and with no pension coming from the NBA, he had to find a job. Though he had many contacts near home and probably could have landed a city government job, he settled on driving a taxi and continued to do so for the rest of his life. "He had a lot of avenues open to him, but he would never [have] been comfortable in a shirt and tie in an office; the worst thing in the world for him would be a 9-to-5." Inducted into the Black Athletes Hall of Fame in 1978, Clifton died at the wheel of his cab near Chicago's Union Station on August 31, 1990.

I will be adding more at these levels.
11's Up
17 Million traded first 5 minutes....all buys
Only 1 MM left at .001
Good Morning HMIT.
Looks like historically tomorrow is either an Annual Report or Quarterly Report according to otcmarkets. The only one they were on time with appears to be the June 09 and that was released on July 22nd. So I'm not having a ton of faith in a Report tomorrow. The annual took 7 months 13 days... Again, we are also looking at a different company than Verde Media Group. With that said, July 22nd looks good for a Quarterly Report. IMO.
Yes, we should check when quarterly reports are due for filing and when we can expect them. If the 2009 Quarterly Report ends on July 22, how long does it take to make it to OTC?
Letter of Intent DD & Report... How Much Equity Interest Do We Have?
Thomson Financial's (TF) Worldwide Mergers and Acquisitions database covers public and private transactions involving at least a 5% ownership of a company.-alacrastore.com
These guys will not cover an acquisition or merger without 5% ownership and they are working on a "Detailed Transaction Report" as of July 10, 2010. This means: we will own at a bare minimum 5% of Astrablu.
However,
Most recently, Mr. Veve helped launch Astrablu Media in Los Angeles where he co-produced National Lampoon's "Cattle Call."-Marketwire Oct 18, 2006
"Helped Launch Astrablu Media" in 2006 could push the equity interest up higher depending on the degree of help, 50% if equally partnered with CEO Josi Konski.
What I gathered from the REPORT:
SDC Deal Number: 2197551020
Date Announced: 29 June 10
Status: Pending
Deal Attitude: Friendly
Target: Astrablu Media Inc.
Acquirer: Verde Media Group
No Target Financials available yet...
No Acquirer Financials available yet...
The last LOI that William Veve was involved in as VP of SMMW was completed in 21 days. I'm not sure of the details, but found this blog on allstocks.com
"And certainly the referenced closing timeline of 21 days (from PR date) is a major plus, as similar such was the case re our once acquisition LOI with Lisker, and closing same came to pass as anticipated and even sooner. And, so, definitely bodes well."-themountnman 12/5/2006 1:31:24 A.M.
If the same holds true with HMIT, then we are looking at 7 or 8 days till the merger/acquisition is completed. I hope this DD helps for those having a difficult time with patience.
-Hazcat7
No one knows for sure when we will get news, but here are some positive thoughts on not receiving news this week.
#1 It is a positive thing that Veve is not releasing a PR three times a week to pump PPS. I would be concerned that he was planning on dumping. We have all seen some penny CEO's pump their own stock only to dilute for a few bucks.
#2 It is a positive thing that Veve will not be pressured into "fluffy PR's" when PPS dips a little. Some stocks run solely on PR's carrying them along and that does not appear to be the plan here. In fact every one has been substantial and informative. Do your own DD and check for the "fluff".
#3 It is a positive thing that Veve is running the company and not spending his time on Businesswire.com, just to make us happy. I would much rather have him close the deal with Astrablu than waste his time telling me that he is working on it. JMO.
Please pass this along to your buddies when they ask about the upcoming news, and just maybe, no news is good news...
Hazcat7
T-3 must be lining up nicely here... That guy can smell $$$!
Yes, I asked about the time horizon and he told me pretty much what Crutch said here:
"He didn't give out a lot of details, but confirmed that they are going to be filmed for cowboy mining and that filming was a little behind schedule do to the production crew running overtime on their previous production."-Crutch79 MSG#39947
I confirmed this too and would add that Veve specifically requested this production crew for some reason? My guess is that they are good and worth the wait. Not to mention they have experience as they are currently filming, another plus in my book.
I am unclear what you mean by "Globexplore's drilling period?". Is this referring to operations or drill schedules?
Hazcat7
NOT a cat lover at all, at least not the four legged kind... Hazcat's my Chemistry set for figuring out WMD stuff for my job. 7 is just lucky for craps comming out.
Marc is more the Public Affairs guy and Victor is the Operations guy. One of my questions was "Who had subcontracted their drilling services?" Victor said that they are independent and will probably be working on different job sites throughout the filming process. Verde Media will follow them and document the proces "reality style". This means that there are at least 32 filming locations in Mexico according to my count.
www.globexploredrilling.com/projectsnreferences.php
When asked about drug cartel action, he did not seemed worried at all and said he was more focused on finding Gold, Silver, and Copper.
