Did no-one sleep at all or did everyone move to Europe all of a sudden? :)
Go mr. Briscoe!
Could it be that things moved along just a tad quicker than expected?
During each of the 6 presentations Pete and I met one on one with each prequalified, well capitalized entity for between 20 to 40 minutes. As a result of the private meetings we came away with indications of interest and requests for further information from all six investing entities. Two of these are high potential and have expressed interest in meeting me in Tucson, including a visit to our Hay Mountain site as part of their due diligence process. These are preliminary steps to reaching a deal and we are optimistic about the outcome.
And now that puzzles me as well...
Anyone any thoughts on this? What the reasoning/logic would be behind having it signed in Albuquerque? DV registered there?
SIGNATURES
Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, the Registrant has duly caused this Post-Effective Amendment No. 1 to the Registration Statement to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned, thereunto duly authorized in the City of Albuquerque, State of New Mexico, on August 7, 2013.
'These can be feeders sourcing from a mega deposit.'
I've got a new favorite sentence... :)
Thanks for posting.
For one reason or another, that's exactly what I'm expecting. ZTEM results discussed between Geo and mr. Briscoe, then staking of additional claims, and then the NR outlining the main findings from ZTEM.
It's not more or less acceptable. They both are possibilities. I think you'll find that it's generally the tone of the message that gets the reactions you're referring to.
Are those the words you wanted to post?
Thanks. So wild guesstimate: 5%'ish...?
And to continue that line of thought, I've always been curious (but no way to find out I guess) what percentage of the shareholders actually visit this board (or posts).
Why would you want to bury $100 billion in gold coins in the first place? You could buy LBSR with that kind of money! :)
Whilst waiting for the next paragraph in this chapter of the history of LBSR to unfold, I must state that this board is a thoroughly amusing way to pass the time. And an excellent opportunity to test ones ability to read between the lines.
WOWSA I was hoping for 10 million volume and 0.018 PPS, but I'll settle for a PPS of $ 0.0237 at 8.5 million volume... :)
That we are aware of, yes, agree.
Maybe Pete is more valuable than Larry...
I agree. Hence I assume there's something that I'm not aware of or am overlooking.
Let me be fair and quote the entire message, so you can draw your own conclusions, should it be needed.
<quote>
Larry’s work in China is ongoing. In fact he is there now and will be in and out of China regularly. The naseba event is focused on presentations by Briscoe to their carefully selected group of potential partners. Jim is letting them set the agenda as they did for the Mumbai summit which he spoke so enthusiastically about in NR 159. If naseba needs Larry they will let him know.

Ok, received an answer from Tracy. Larry is still with LBSR, so that's not the reason he's not joining mr. Briscoe at the naseba event over there.
He is in China regularly, apparently he is there now.
Tracy states that Jim is letting naseba set the agenda. So far apparently Larry is not part of that, should he be needed, they will let him know.
As Coutpuppy was predicting the PPS for Tuesday, I wrongly concluded that the reasoning behind that was that the market was closed today (Monday).
Ah. Clear. Thanks.
My guess: $.0173 HIGH
$.0168 CLOSE on Tuesday
Hoping on your guesses though... :)
And Tracy just acknowledged receipt of my reminder e-mail. On a Sunday. She will get back to me on the subject.
Those doubting Tracy's professionalism and commitment have apparently never tried to contact her.
Please do excuse my ignorance, but is the market closed on Monday?
Tracy never answered my e-mail on that. And that's a first for me. So now I'm wondering whether that is a message on it's own. Will ask her just that, I just decided whilst posting this.
What's up with the silence here? No weekend filled with pre-market anticipation this time around?
I've just fired off an e-mail asking Tracy what the reasoning behind this would, if any.
Anyone? He's still listed on the site as part of the management team. Would it not make sense for Larry to join them on the trip to China? Am I the only one that is puzzled by this? Am I missing something?
Grab a Rochefort to add to your list of good decisions today. :) Good to 'see' you here again.
Go Mr. Briscoe!
And welcome back!
Confusion could result from the quote there referencing Indian investment capabilities though.
I definitely read it as an additional round, for Chinese investors this time around.
Is Larry not joining them in China? And if not, why?
Excellent.
The suggestion to release a corrected NR has already been made through their Facebook page. If they weren't already considering I think it's pretty safe to assume they are aware of the option to so now.
No doubt. But as far as I'm aware all we're currently looking at is trying to prove that there's something worthwhile down there for someone to consider production options for. And I currently don't consider that someone to be LBSR as they are - unless I missed something - in the exploration business.
Either way let's start by trying to prove what mr. Briscoe thinks we're sitting on.
Where does it say mr. Briscoe is looking for $100 million?
Thanks. And the SEC? It's a material event, right?
