Lol, thats where people have me all wrong! I come across as negative only due to the fact that this board is missing balanced reporting, I fill in the gap to make sure people are well informed.
I was never NOT excited about MDGC, if I did not feel there was SOME potential, I would have sold and never looked back.
99% of the time I still feel like I could run the company better than whoever currently is, but, thats just my opinion and sadly it does not matter.
Allllll this company needs to do is tell us what the hell is going on, thats it, and its so simple. On days like today I just enter the letters MSFT into the Scottrade quote look-up and remind myself of what Microsoft traded for in 1990. I will give you a hint, it rhymes with .79
I actually enjoyed reading that ;p
Yep, only MM's can buy/sell for under .0001
I tried to tell people over a month ago that this float is nowhere near locked, but, as usual nobody wants to listen to me because I am just a basher.
For the record, this basher is expecting a run tomorrow or monday.
Those pictures actually gave me a glimmer of hope for MDGC so I had to quickly close the site before my positive emotions started to show.
I just wish this useless CEO would use what little brain power he has to hire PSC, get this stock to run to maybe .0006 and be done with it.
It really amazes me sometimes how usless this guy is
Can anyone tell me via post or PM what exactly was in this pre release? I had a date with my Playstation after work yesterday and I guess I missed the post.
This is pretty close to the March 19th volume before the March 22nd run which is a good sign. Might be people "in the know" front loading.
I have no complaints so far today. You can probably expect my negative attitude to make an appearance regarding the newsletter though.
Question: Anyone know why on thewimaxking.com it says "Press Release #1 - Tuesday June 1 2010"
Why would they be referring to this as PR #1?
Although I hate all this connect the dot nonsense, the ONLY way this makes sense to ME is if this was a new company and they have started from scratch. Not in terms of the technology or anything, but perhaps a change in the company name is incoming?
This has probably already been covered but I just noticed it.
Frdm, you really know how to make me break promises to myself! I told myself that my last post on this board would be my last post for the day, but noooo, you had to stir up my emotions.
As I said yesterday, eventhough I think it was ignored by many, today would be a clear sign of the faith people have in this company. If people expected MDGC to make good on their word to release a Newsletter tomorrow, they would be buying up shares due to guaranteed news and a resulting rise in pps. The low volume and rollercoaster pps today tell me one of two things:
1. People think the newsletter will be late
or
2. People think the newsletter will be fluff
Either way, at this point my only hope is that MDGC has not damaged its reputation beyond repair by consistently proving investors can not trust the time-table the company has laid out. MDGC has another chance, for some, the last chance, to actually do something on time tomorrow.
Don't drop the ball MDGC! If you do, someone else that knows how to dunk may actually pick it up.
Valid concerns and the question does need to be asked. I was curious of this too so a couple months back I had a lawyer friend of mine attempt to look into MDGC.
What he found was the patent info that I had already seen, but he did verify that it was real. He found that there is a company, which we all know. But, other than a few random facts that he came across, thats about all he came across due to the lack or reporting by the company and its excessive lack of presence. But, he did assure me that this was not at all uncommon with these types of companies.
Unfortunately, in order to find out more he would need to make an official request to the other partners of the firm. And this particular firms DD process quite frequently has a $1,000,000 + price tag attatched to it.
Anyways, to sum it all up, a lack of available information/publicity is pretty common as I am sure you already know and is not ALWAYS a bad sign.
But trust, I understand your concern 100%.
This is actually very promising. Good find.
If I could just get something from MDGC or CLWR stating their relationship with one another in very clear language I might be prepared to do a backflip due to my joy.
Maybe...
When I read the article and saw the year 2015 I was actually thrilled. Then I remember reading somewhere that all MDGC needs to do is a mere software upgrade and their hardware is LTE capable. Lol I thought that article was great for MDGC, might have been slighly negative concerning WiMax in the LONG TERM (5 years from now) but thats still a positive for MDGC.
But, I would be lying if I said I didn't think people would consider it bashing. Posting that was primarily supposed to be informative but it was also a little joke to myself. I just can't help it sometimes ;p
Thank you for having a brain and reasoning ability. I am not being sarcastic, I really mean that.
I guess it may take some people another 4 or 5 tries to read the article to come to the conclusion that you just did. People are also failing to realize that MDGC technology can be converted to LTE.
Rofl, and yet, the article I posted is some hardcore bashing.
Now you have really got me confused as to what your point really is. I do, in fact, own stock in Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint, I even got some Clearwire shares back in March. What in the hell does that have to do with the article I posted?
I would love for you to enlighten me as to what half truth I focused on. I posted an article that I did not write and bolded the sections about WiMax.
If you feel like taking the time to look, I have even posted 1 or 2 articles that are very positive in regards to WiMax.
But, once again, I can be the bad guy if you would like
Lol I am so over this basher thing its crazy. I can be the certified basher of this board, I could not care less.
There are a couple of people on this board who actually enjoy being aware of both sides to a story. They send me PM's quite frequently. All of this basher talk has some people hesitating to even post, I can count at least a dozen people who NEVER post on this board for that very reason but communicate with me via PM.
I actually consider it mildly unethical when the majority of people on this board start posting about Google and Apple and a plethora of other unrealistic companies. If a trusting person were to come on this board as a means to inform themselves about this company, they would think every investor was guaranteed to be a millionare. You may reply, "well, they need to do their own DD", problem is, most, if not all of the DD is actually on this board. But what most of you fail to do is to share information like what was in the article I posted this morning. Did I give my opinion? No. I bolded the sections pertaining to WiMax. Did I try to imply that the author of this article somehow has come to possess knowledge of the future with 100% accuracy? No.
If you consider this bashing then I would like to ask you to wake the hell up. Or, call your local news station and ask them to stop doing reports on crime such as murder and theft because they are not positive enough for you. Seriously people, get real! EVERY PRODUCT IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD has critics who think it won't work. Prime example, the iPad, 65% of analysts thought it would flop. Did it? No. They are shipping faster than they can make the boxes to put them in. But guess what, before I went out and got my iPad I was glad to hear about the security volnurability that could allow someone direct access to my credit card via iTunes.
Stop it with all this basher talk, its really getting old and makes absolutely zero logical sense. If people would broaden their research and report their findings, good or bad, then I would not feel the need to inform the readers of this board about articles such as this because they will be kept well informed.

LTE and HSPA technology to dominate mobile landscape until 2020
June 2, 2010
According to a report from WiseHarbor Research, overall, wireless broadband technologies, including LTE, HSPA and the CDMA 2000 1x EV-DO implementation are should be dominating the mobile segment until at least 2020, though the rise isn't expected to hit its peak until about 2015, however.
WiseHarbor, which laid out a number of forecasts for the next ten years, said it expects mobile broadband technologies will actually bridge the digital divide through the current decade for Web and data communications by 2020.
It also added that this will follow the lead that GSM and CDMA 2000 1x achieved in the voice and text messaging segment.
The Asia Pacific region is also expected to lead the world in mobile broadband and LTE device sales beginning in 2011, according to the report, which added that developed nations will lead in devices sold per capita.
On the other hand, global revenues from mobile handsets, wireless modems and embedded modules is expected to peak in in about five years before being hit by dropping selling prices and saturated demand.
Revenue growth will then come from non-traditional wireless devices that will see some increase in connectivity options for mobile users.
“Whereas WiMAX has made significant business progress by occupying the unpaired spectrum that tends to be much less costlier than the paired spectrum used for CDMA-based technologies including EV-DO and HSPA, TD-LTE will still eclipse WiMAX technology by prevailing in the use of unpaired spectrum as well as the paired spectrum already employed commercially by LTE,” the report suggests.
“Overall commitment to TD-LTE technology by China Mobile in particular and significant commonalities between LTE and manufactured products with TDD and FDD modes will marginalize WiMAX in the marketplace over the next few years,” the report says.
WiseHarbor also noted that LTE technology will mirror the success of GSM, but that it won't be until 2016 before LTE accounts for more than 25 percent of mobile broadband device sales.
It also won't match device sales from CDMA-based technologies and HSPA/HSPA+ technologies combined until 2019, said WiseHarbor.
The research firm also noted that the growth of the TD-LTE standard will result in the demise of WiMAX beginning in around 2016-2017.
Last week, Juniper Research said that Mobile LBS will be gaining momentum in some commercial markets over the next several years. The research firm expects that local search and information services will be used by about 1.43 billion mobile subscribers in less than four years from now.
Wireless users want to know where they can find their favorite coffee or snack, where their friends are going, what they are doing and where they should go next.
Brands like Starbucks and the Gap recently implemented mobile location-enabled marketing programs with some pretty good success and appear to be leading the way in that segment, at least for now.
According to JiWire, about 62.8 percent of smartphone users reported that they frequently use mobile apps that require them to give their location, and location-based mobile ads have the highest response rates.
Smartphones mostly use GPS signaling technology, which works by constantly monitoring the cellphone signal with or without the consumers' consent and raising issues of privacy.

Well 19 days technically falls on a sunday when markets are closed, also fathers day, so I secretly plan on giving him an extra day.
Don't worry, only 19 more days until Bullish said this pps will skyrocket. Why would you be worried?!
He stressed we would be faaaar above .0069
Everyone keep in mind that during that TFZI pump a month ago we hit over 1bill volume and this thing didnt budge. 100mill is really not worth getting excited about, thats roughly $10,000.
Only news will move this heavily diluted beast. If we could see .0002 I would be happy ;p
Tomorrow will tell a better story in terms of pps. Company says news out on Thursday so naturally tomorrow SHOULD be the day to load up. If we don't see volume to that effect it will TO ME be an indicator on how much/little faith people have in this company.
Not saying this to be negative, it could actually be a good thing. If people load tomorrow it means MDGC has one more chance to prove that for once the company will actually do what it says it will do WHEN they say they will do it.
I personally can't bring myself to buy more, but, if they make good on this Thursday deadline I may be less hesitant in the future.
Right now I am just hoping this company does not let me down once AGAIN. I would say let "us" down but I have come to think that some people on this board think ANY news is good news so they may just settle for anything the company throws out.
If anyone from Mediag3 is following this board (Don't worry, I know you are) please cover any or all of the following ASAP please:
1. Status of IP infringement
2. Status of tower deployment (how many, and where are they)
3. Clearly state any and to what degree MDGC is involved with Clearwire(I know this has been covered, I would just like to see it from the company in plain english)
4. How the company plans to deal with 4g competition from LTE backed by Verizon and AT&T.
5. Updated Balance sheet/income statement (I know this is done quarterly so I definitely would not expect it in the coming newsletter)
6. What is the current float and are there any plans for dilution to finance projects
7. Have any companies began paying for Licencing
8. Status of China project
9. WiMaxKing explained
These are all questions that would be answered in a perfect world, which this is not, so I would be happy if only a "few" were answered.
Allwaysright : Don't have apaid sub right now so I can't PM ya back, but, to answer your question, no I don't. I did think it was funny though ;p
And just to be sure I stay on topic, I have a question. Does anyone know if the Newsletter this week will be covering U.S. operations or China operations?
You have got to be kidding...
Same here, I work on the Hill and one of the computers guys mentioned clearwire wireless here in DC. Not sure if I should be excited yet or not though.
And by that you mean that everything in the wireless industry directly involves MDGC? If thats your claim then there is nothing left for me to say.
Sure it would, but, come on people. Do you guys really think that just because Apple is coming out with a new phone there is a MDGC connection? No disrespect, but that's just hilarious.
Let me warn everyone, experts are predicting a surge in new smart phones in the next 8 months. Brace yourselves for this because although I am sure many will dissagree, just because something is taking place in the same indsutry as MDGC just not mean there are dots to be connected. Sprint could announce tomorrow "we will deploy 10,000 WiMax towers" and the pps for MDGC may not even budge. Why? Because not everything that involves wireless involves MDGC. Quite the opposite actually ( at least for the time being).
That information is also on every single tech site and blog on the internet. The phone is no secret and most people are well aware that next week is when the details will be released.
I am glad I saw you say June 3rd because I was about to go off like a damn bomb if THIS was the news that has taken a month for the legal team to sign off on..
.0078 .0079
Aww, nevermind, just went back down
I personally love how it U/T just as he posted its falling.
Why in the hell does there seem to be an infinite number of .0011's? People have been taking chunks out of the .0011's for 3 days now and there are STILL more to sell?
And i KNOW that the people buying at .0011 are not the ones selling at .0009 because that makes zero sense. This is gradually starting to piss me off.
I am going to have someone look into possible naked shorting of this stock. If I give my friend a call tonight he may have something for me by Friday or early next week.
My thoughts exactly.
In my experience a board with someone who makes so many posts you can't even count them is the first sign of a stock I might need to stay away from.
But, I already have my shares and didn't buy many incase this rumor turns out to be a lie, like 95% of all rumors concerning pinks.
PSC is scamming you guys. I have tried to warn people for 2 weeks now but this is my last attempt.
GLT Everyone and I hope you guys can make some money off this.
And I hope the same for you! Now stop sharing our inside jokes from other boards ;p
I got my shares this AM, so yea, now its time to just watch =)
900+ % gains is what happens.
I am not yet convinced of this whole reverse merger, I have seen some pretty elaborate "leaks" in my day, BUT, what I will say is that the volume alone has me curious about just how high this will go.
This could be people "in the know" front loading before the merge for guaranteed $, or not, either way this is fun to watch.
I lol'd
See you guys around 1Pm when this goes back up.
Thanks for this. Greatly appreciated
