Still interested in unloading those shares?
600,000 at .002 tomorrow?
I will buy 600,000 shares Monday at .002. Sorry, but I can't afford .003 at the moment. Please do not ask to renegotiate because I can't afford a higher price.
600,000 shares IHAI at .002 on Monday.
Do we have a deal?
auroradude, I am impressed. Let me be the first to wish you all the best in your efforts to cast doubt upon my past assumptions and due diligence on IHSN, HM3 and IHAI! I enjoy sharing in the successes of others, so even if I end up being on the receiving end of your posts, bravo, and best of luck! Luckily, like you, I'm just a single investor sharing his views on one fledgling energy company.
My wager on IHAI is hefty, and is increasing. Based on the evolving picture and due diligence with regard to IHAI, I think, more than ever, I will make a good deal of money on IHAI. You're welcome to disagree. Buy, sell, or move on. It's up to you (but you already knew that). I have made some very good friends and connections through my involvement with ihub (and have discovered some great due diligence through those friends!), so no matter what happens, it has been great and well worth it! No doubt, gambling on pinkies is risky, but I like my odds with IHAI. Let it ride!!!!!
Speaking of due diligence, how are you finding the most recent information about DRM Technologies LLC or Digital Reg of Texas LLC?
Of course I was not posting that they were buying the stock based on insider trading. There is nothing illegal about buying into a stock because you know what a good business person someone is and you think they will do good things for the stock - obviously that is NOT happening here. And you obviously missed my point about possible illegal activities as I was not saying that they - or anyone else - was buying LOL!! Did you not read my post?
obviously that [large buys of IHAI stock] is NOT happening here
Next point,
"Not sure who was claiming HM3 had "billions in sales" seeing as how they never got out of the production stage (which is presumably why Winter fired them all), but thanks for lumping me in with... whoever "said that". Much appreciated."
Why, I got that from your posts of course!! Here is one of the times you mentioned it:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=56462193
Soon????
It did "go places" in the last 17 months - and is a heck of a lot lower today...
Until he does not, there is no way folks are going to trust anything this dirty shell does.
"Greetings fellow IHSN'ers!
It's my first post on the board ..."
First post?
You had been posting for 5 months or more under this name alone during this time.
Thanks!
Hang on to your shares! All signs point to lift-off in 2012!
Merry Christmas!
Thanks very much, and as you can probably tell, I have no doubt that you are correct (or I wouldn't be here). Incorporating in Delaware is one of many indicators that these guys are in this for the long haul.
To be honest, I have shared maybe 50% of my own due diligence because I don't want to cause any infringement on the privacy of the company officers. However, the information I've found is available to anyone with a phone and internet connection, if only they are so inclined to go after it.
The silence, fear and generally wildly inaccurate accusations surrounding IHAI have been a blessing for my portfolio. I own in excess of 4 million shares at a tasty average, and continue adding. It's good to be in "at the bottom". I am waiting patiently.
If you truly follow the IHAI rabbit hole to its end, I believe you will see the light at the end of the tunnel, as I do.
Good to see you back!

Rich Cartagena and Mike Mills are principals in DRM Technologies LLC. of Florida, and of Digital Reg of Texas LLC, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of DRM technologies LLC.
DRM Technologies Inc. has been suing some massive corporations (including Fortune 500 companies) over the use of their intellectual property portfolio. There is also evidence of them granting other companies rights to their patents.
See the links below for more information. Companies Rich Cartagena and Mike Mills have gone up against in court include Apple, Adobe, Symantec, Ubi Soft, Electronic Arts, Valve, AVG Technologies and Zynga Game Network, Zynga, Hustler, Playboy, Microsoft, Sony and Blockbuster.
It is therefore not terribly difficult to believe that Carmil Energy Inc. and the PSGS are protected by a vast Intellectual Property portfolio. Not only do Carmil Energy Inc. principals have experience in matters of publishing patents and running successful tech companies, but they also have experience in litigating against corporate giants in defense of those patents.

Yes, I've been loading. Thanks to whoever has been selling south of .004.
Additionally, if anyone needs a complete exit from IHAI at a super fun price south of .003, please respond and we can certainly work something out.
After all, waiting any longer is risky -- today could be your last chance to get rid of your shares at a nice low price before IHAI is ready to rock.
Better safe than sorry!

No, they haven't PR'ed the information yet, but I'm also not running on the assumption that they are liars and cheaters and are out to fleece common shareholders through stock dilution (which hasn't occurred anyway), so the lack of info doesn't bother me. Carmil is a private company and has no reason to disclose their dealings.
Mill's own LinkedIn page shows that he disassociated with Plasma Arc in 2009. He was only there for a year. My guess is, he learned what he needed to know about waste-to-energy systems, and is taking Rich Cartagena with him to start his own company. It's not really a far-fetched scenario if you think about it. Happens all the time.
I have no proof that the PSGS requires elevated Gauge symmetry to function. That is a theory I developed based on William Tiller's work, and Robert Foster's involvement with Tiller, Carmil and Life Tree. Either way, I don't have any doubt the PSGS works, or you wouldn't see so many people willingly associating themselves with Carmil or Life Tree. Carmil is already past the "two guys working out of a garage" stage.
If this technology is real and the people involved are real and if Carmil is really going public inside IHAI, then I think you'd agree that IHAI principals have a lot more to gain from building a real company or building a real group of companies and incorporating those companies into a holding company, and then selling the holding company for millions or billions of dollars later on, rather than attempting to turn a relatively tiny profit by fleecing common shareholders via share dilution (no dilution has occurred!), the profits of which then having to be spread around among an ever-increasing group of principals who, by the way, are already millionaires! The math just doesn't add up. Do enough reading and research into the background of Mills, Cartagena, and others on the Carmil Team page, and you should find yourself re-assured.
There is not a lot I have left to say, especially since I am just waiting for lift-off like everybody else, and am satisfied with my due diligence. My posts aren't a solicitation to buy. In fact, I am enjoying the cheap shares available now, and continue to pick up here and there.
Good luck with your decision.
http://www.tampabayharvest.org/sponsors
Rich Cartagena, a member of the Tampa Bay Harvest Board of Directors, in recognition for his continued and inspired support of TBH is shown below receiving the initial "I Care" award from Stan Curtis founder of USA Harvest. He is the first-ever person to receive this award. The following article describes one of the reasons for the award.
- USA Flea Market, 11721 U.S. 19, New Port Richey, about 1,000 booths on 40 acres, mostly new merchandise with some used and collectibles. Also stages car shows. Sold to Palm Harbor-based Nexxtworks Inc. telcom executive Richard Cartagena in 2005.
I think a better question to ask is:
When was the dump?
*crickets*
The TA can confirm (if you call) that the float has not increased in a way that would suggest dilution (despite numerous restructurings, and subtle changes when IHAI disassociated themselves with HM3). Therefore it quite reasonable to at least give IHAI the benefit of the doubt until all cards are on the table. IHAI is clearly not engaging in dilutive financing in a way that meaningfully affects common share holders at this time or you would see it in the trading patterns of the stock, in a meaningful way. As of now, trading is quite regular and subdued. Volume remains low and the float seems to trade steadily and without irregularities. As someone accumulating IHAI, that strategy suits me nicely so that I may purchase cheap shares when the time is right (mostly from people selling who thought they would have scored big on IHAI by now, and are tired of waiting for news.)
Ultimately, with no dump apparent, I find it hard to believe the company would orchestrate an elaborate pump involving dozens of well known entrepreneurs and academics, some with very outstanding public reputations and history, and then mysteriously not capitalize on it whatsoever by dumping zero shares. It does not take 8 months of relative silence to orchestrate and execute a phony pump and dump. Taking that much time to execute a stock scam simply isn't a profitable enough practice for IHAI executives for them to bother, especially given the technology they have invented, and the strength of their careers and businesses pre-IHAI.
In addition, is it so hard to believe that the process of building a company from the ground up is somehow NOT time consuming and lengthy? Carmil is incorporated, and clearly doesn't have any current interest in pumping IHAI stock or they probably would have done it already.
Yes, IHAI and any other non-reporting shells remain a speculative bet, but with the patents Carmil potentially holds on harnessing energy from electron vacuums under elevated Gauge symmetry conditions, I have chosen to wager that these individuals would not sacrifice their reputations and careers by associating with a fraudulent business, especially where no meaningful dump has been shown to have occurred!!!
Ultimately, management and their attorneys create the timeline by which they structure their own company and decide to go public. It is almost entirely their investment they stand to lose as individuals going into business. You and I are just along for the ride, if one chooses to make the decision to invest. With high risk may come high rewards. That's why I'm here.
If you can provide some hard evidence of a dump occurring, I think your position would easily garner more supporters and believability. Until then, in my opinion, anything else is just hearsay from people who are tired of waiting for their bank accounts to suddenly inflate off the successes of Carmil and IHAI principals.
Disclosure: I continue to add. I am loving the cheap shares. If in the end, I am wrong, I will be the first one to admit I got taken, but until the game is over, I see IHAI and its members as people worth betting on, and not much can dissuade me from believing that without evidence supporting that common shareholders will not potentially benefit from the relationship between IHAI and Carmil Energy, OR that a dump allegedly happened as the result of shady collusion between Chris Winter, Mike Mills, Rich Cartagena, etc.
Thanks for the investment advice, but investment advice isn't really why I come here. I'd rather take my chances holding for the dividend.
If nothing else, the FFGO board will always serve as a good barometer for the strength of the paid investor advocate community.
The game is not over. GNCP could very well acquire the existing Preferred shares. A liquidating dividend could still take place.
Thanks for the tip though. You've always been very helpful.
They seem to be putting more effort into this one than the others. Could this be the one?
It seems to me they are fed up with the corruption present in US markets. I can't blame them for seeking refuge abroad.
The game is not over. Maybe we will see those A + B's after all. Wouldn't mind seeing those trading somewhere where naked shorting isn't an issue, either.
Does that bother you?
Can't say for sure, but with regard to the probability of FFGO or HGLC ever paying out historical dividends, I'm glad to see a current shell and activity from Ron Lowenthal.
The game is not over.

Sorry, I lied. I can't stop posting about their website updates. I'm too excited I guess.
Something tells me the FFGO board will still be bustling with activity from investor advocates attempting to dissuade people from holding FFGO. If so, that should tell you something.

SUMMARY OF REASONS TO GO PUBLIC
http://ecdicus.memebot.com/index_files/Page1133.htm
ADVANTAGES
Public Fund Raising - Can be initiated after the initial registration is complete. This may result in your receiving more money at higher valuations.
Acquisitions - Can be made for public stock after your public company starts trading.
Convert - debt to equity using stock.
You Do Not Have To Be Sexy - Most IPOs need to be in an industry with public investor sex appeal. Any type of company can complete a merger to become publicly held.
Liquidity - Investors can buy and sell your stock, original investors have an "exit" for their investment.
Incentives - Management incentives via stock bonuses/options and to attract and motivate employees are more powerful using public company stock.
Control - You and your current private company shareholders will generally own a large majority of the public company.
Prestige - Publicly traded companies are held in higher regard. This visibility reinforces marketplace and financial standings which automatically creates additional value for the company. Also, public companies receive more attention from major newspapers, magazines and periodicals.
Growth - Grow through acquisitions using stock instead of/or in combination with cash.
Estate Planning - Assists in establishing stock values and the value is easily monitored.
Exit Strategy- Provides inside investors with a known exit.
Higher Valuation of Stock - The price per share of a private company goes up usually about five times its former price even if the earnings of the company remain unchanged after going public. On average, private companies usually sale for 4-6 times their earnings if you can find a buyer while public companies sale on average of 25-30 times earnings.
Foreign Companies - Reverse mergers are a simple way to obtain control of a United States publicly traded company without subjecting your foreign operations to U.S tax.
Public shares (S-8) can easily be used to pay professional fees, officers and directors.
Public stock can be used for employee benefits.
Warrants issued as part of stock dividends can be used to raise cash for the company when the trading price of the stock exceeds the strike price of the warrants.
DISADVANTAGES
Confidentiality - Complete financial disclosure is required to become publicly held.
Public Reporting - Reporting expense is greater because of the need for full disclosure.
Dilution - Owners give up some equity percent.
Time Involvement - Management must devote additional time to public company operations
Liability - More company visibility brings a higher level of liability exposure.
Expense - Higher costs of regulatory compliance for audit, legal and investor relations.
I understand and agree. Hopefully we find out in due time. Waiting patiently right there with you.

I'm going to stop posting these Carmil Team updates now, but do notice that we have 3 directors now assigned to Saipan, Puerto Rico and Ecuador (and interestingly, there are no deals regarding Ecuador which have been made public, yet there is a director assigned to the country?)
Tiller's name also appears multiple times throughout the website.

With "... 20+ deals in the cooker for approximately $4 billion in revenue,..." no wonder there is so much volume this week on this stock LOL!
HM3 was hooked up with CW and billions in sales, blah, blah, blah, just to find out it wasn't true a year later.
the new Copernicus and the "true longs" here and the psychics
With 20+ deals in the cooker for approximately $4 billion in revenue, I still feel okay.
We will see how far off I am on that estimate once financials are out, but I would still feel slightly okay if the figure only ended up being $2 billion.

Brandon Martin of Life Tree and Dr. Robert Foster are now listed as Carmil employees. Foster utilizes Dr. Tiller's SU2 technology at Novus in the production of their neutraceuticals.
This is further proof of my hypothesis that Tiller's work in the electron vacuum is likely the reason that the PSGS is able to function as it does.
I will post further DD as it becomes available, or as I discover it.

Hi betroni, great to see you back! I was hoping you could bring your physics background to the table, regarding Tiller's work.
If I had to guess, I'd say Chris gave his shell to Mills and the Cartagenas to do as they please, in exchange for some shares in the holding company (I also believe those were some of the terms of the new 'Agreement' between Carmil and IHAI). I think Chris must truly believe (as I do) in the Carmil team's inventions, expertise and business acumen.
In addition, Chris is a Wall Street guy, not an engineer. I'm not sure he would really be useful for the Carmil team, beyond his work of providing them with a clean shell in which to go public. Carmil already has an SEC lawyer -- John Koselka.
My guess is that Chris owns shares, and that's as far as it goes.

You're not the only one receiving those.
The game is not over at FFGO. Looking forward to the dividend, whenever they may decide to declare it.
3400% is awesome!
I am quite content, after many weeks of due diligence, to be the first individual to present evidence that Tiller's work is behind several of Carmil Energy's innovations.
I presented the information with the hopes that intelligent people would come forward with legitimate evidence to either prove or disprove the connection between Carmil's innovations, and IHAI.
My posting of due diligence has helped me forge some important friendships and relationships with others who do solid due diligence, some of whom frequent these message boards. For that, I am grateful. It was worth the effort.
My posts are not solicitations to buy or sell securities.
I have no concern as to whether you or others believe what I'm saying. It will be shown, in time, whether I am correct or not. IHAI's share price, over the next few years, will likely reflect the validity of my claims.
I look forward to further debate with those with evidence to prove or disprove that Tiller's work is at least partially responsible for at least two of Carmil's innovations (Sonic CAM technology, and the Phase Shift Generator System).
By elevating the gauge symmetry of the space surrounding the PSGS via human intentions imprinted into electronic devices, yes.

Further proof of Carmil Energy's Phase Shift Generator System (PSGS) being intimately related to William Tiller's research in the field of Gauge Symmetry States, Phase Coherence, Phase Shifting, and the existence of enormous and previously undetectable potential energies inside the electron vacuum under the SU2 Gauge Symmetry state (elevated state of physical/dimensional reality), achievable via the use of human consciousness and focused human intention.
************************
Carmil Energy President Michael Mills has said that Carmil's PSGS device is capable of amplifying energy by 10x due to its ability to "capture additional electrons and turn them into working power". As shown on the Carmil website, this technology is known as Phase Shift technology, or Phase Coherence.
If one reads Tiller's white papers in their entirety, it can be seen that Gauge Symmetry states are intimately related with Phase Coherence, Phase Shifting and the capture of additional electrons under elevated states of physical reality, via the powers of human consciousness/intention.
See:
William Tiller's 7th White Paper, entitled:
"VII - Why We Need to Create a New Reference Frame (RF) For Viewing Nature and How Do We Do It?"
http://www.tillerfoundation.com/White%20Paper%20VII.pdf
From pages 10 - 13
Figure 6. Symmetries of nature determine the properties of forces in Gauge theories. The
symmetry of a snowflake can be characterized by noting that the pattern is unchanged when it is rotated 60
degrees; the snowflake is said to be invariant with respect to such rotations. In physics, non-geometric
symmetries are introduced. Charge symmetry, for example, is the invariance of the forces acting among a set of
charged particles when the polarities of all the charges are reversed. Isotopic-spin symmetry is based on the
observation that little would be changed in the strong interactions of matter if the identities of all protons and
neutrons were interchanged. Hence proton and neutron become merely the alternative states of a single particle,
the nucleon, and transitions between the states can be made (or imagined) by adjusting the orientation of an
indicator in an internal space. It is symmetries of this kind, where the transformation is an internal rotation or a
phase shift, which are referred to as Gauge symmetries.
The first Gauge Theory with local symmetry was the theory of electric and magnetic fields,
introduced in 1868 by James Clerk Maxwell. The character of the symmetry that makes Maxwell?s
theory a Gauge Theory is that the electric field is invariant with respect to the addition or subtraction of an arbitrary overall electric potential. However, this symmetry is a global one because the result of
experiment remains constant only if the new potential is changed everywhere at once (there is no absolute potential and no zero reference point). A complete theory of electromagnetism requires that
the global symmetry of the theory be converted into a local symmetry.
Just as the electric field
depends ultimately on the distribution of charges, but can conveniently be derived from an electrical
potential, so the magnetic field generated by the motion of these charges can be conveniently described as resulting from a magnetic potential. It is in this system of potential fields that local transformations
can be carried out leaving all the original electric and magnetic fields unaltered. This system of dual,
interconnected fields has an exact local symmetry even though the electric field alone does not(9).
Maxwell?s theory of electromagnetism is a classical one, but a related symmetry can be
demonstrated in the quantum theory of EM interaction (called quantum field theory). In the quantum
theory of electrons, a change in the electric potential entails a change in the phase of the electron wave
and the phase measures the displacement of the wave from some arbitrary reference point (the
difference is sufficient to yield an electron diffraction effect). Only differences in the phase of the
electron field at two points or at two moments can be measured, but not the absolute phase. Thus, the
phase of an electron wave is said to be inaccessible to measurement (requires a knowledge of both the
real and the imaginary parts of the amplitude) so that the phase cannot have an influence on the
outcome of any possible experiment. This means that the electron field exhibits a symmetry with
respect to arbitrary changes of phase. Any phase angle can be added to or subtracted from the electron
field and the results of all experiments will remain invariant. This is the essential ingredient found in
the U(1) Gauge condition.
Although the absolute value of the phase is irrelevant to the outcome of experiment, in
constructing a theory of electrons, it is still necessary to specify the phase. The choice of a particular
value is called a Gauge convention. The symmetry of such an electron matter field is a global
symmetry and the phase of the field must be shifted in the same way everywhere at once. It can be
easily demonstrated that a theory of electron fields, along with no other forms of matter or radiation, is
not invariant with respect to a corresponding local Gauge transformation. If one wanted to make the
theory consistent with a local Gauge symmetry, one would need to add another field that would exactly
compensate for the changes in electron phase. Mathematically, it turns out that the required field is one
having infinite range corresponding to a field quantum with a spin of one unit. The need for infinite
range implies that the field quantum be massless. These are just the properties of the EM field, whose
quantum is the photon. When an electron absorbs or emits a photon, the phase of the electron field is
shifted(9).
The gauge symmetry case of our interest in this white paper is the one where we have two
unique levels of physical reality as indicated in Equation 1. In one, we have electric atoms and
molecules restricted to travel at velocities less than that of c, the velocity of EM light. In the other, we
have magnetic information waves restricted to travel at velocities greater than c. Our main interest,
here, is how one describes the EM gauge symmetry state for the two cases (1) these two levels of
physical reality are almost completely uncoupled and (2) these two levels are strongly coupled so that
the second level is instrumentally accessible via the measuring instruments of the first.
In the first case, one could define a generalized potential function, , and EM gauge symmetry
state where
= D (x, y, z, t) + R (kx, ky, kz, kt) (6a)
and EM gauge state: Ue(1) + Um(1) (6b) However, our commercial measurement devices, cannot access the phenomena associated with R so it
doesn?t exist to us.
In the second case, a strong coupling coefficient, eff, exists between e and m substances so we
have Consider the top drawing in figure 7, it shows a unique space that combines an internal space
(ordinate) with a two-dimensional representation of spacetime (abscissa). In this unique space, the
spatial location of a particle is represented by a dot at a coordinate point in the horizontal, spacetime
plane while the phase-value for the field in the internal space is specified by angular coordinates in this
unique space. As the particle moves through spacetime (the sequence of dots), it also traces out a path
in the internal space (the dashed line) above the spacetime trajectory at a distance proportional to the
instantaneous phase angle for the electron wave. Mathematicians call this internal space distance a
fiber.
When there is no external gauge potential acting on the particle, the internal space path is
completely arbitrary. When this particle interacts with an internal gauge field (E or H), the dashed path
in the internal space is a continuous curve determined by the gauge potential. In mathematical jargon,
the unique space formed by the union of our four-dimensional spacetime with an internal space is
called a “fiber bundle space”.(5) When there is only one internal space variable, like the electron wave
function, the internal space is designated as a U(1) EM gauge symmetry space because the state looks
like the interior of a flat ring with the phase value represented as the angle, , of the point on the ring
seen in figure 7 (top).

So how much is 4000 Mega Watts?
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_many_homes_can_a_megawatt_power
One Mega Watt of power is enough to power 1000 homes for 1 hour.
Assuming Carmil will be generating approximately 4000 Mega Watts per year, their current projects alone will be generating enough energy to power 4 million homes for 1 hour.
