successful bear raid?
You mean the details that disprove some of the false claims being?
Sorry - missed the so-called pump - what was it?
Have to say 4kids9pets knows what she's talking about. Her predictions are almost always 100 percent accurate. Just this morning she suggested low .20 & large volume.
At these prices it's time for me to average down yet again.
When both machines 1 and 2 were built they fully expected them to work as anticipated. After a time each were found to have problems. Their claims at the time were true but soon changed when clean-out resulted in too much down time. They projected roll-out with each model but those unexpected issues resulted in the need to evolve the processor to where we are now.
Processor #3 is much different than the first two processors with the early problems seemingly resolved (continuous clean-out and 30+ continuous operating days 2000+ lb/hr).
If that remains consistent then they have their flagship. And there appears to be a huge market because as soon as they reported the early results, buyers started lining up.
I too plan to hold for some time. My shares can't be shorted either.
anyone have a total % increase over the last week?
wow - just wow - and up and 22+ % awesome!
Plus the input maximum at the time was 2000 lb/hr. - they've since been approved to double that. That was old processor number 2 as well.
incredible isn't it wow!
Bullshit
and not to mention the fuel savings if the company can use the fuel they produce.
WM, for example, has a fleet of trucks (18,000) and equipment(boilers, furnaces, generators, etc.) and if they make their own fuel they will no doubt be able to outbid any competitor for waste management contracts. The benefits are endless.
Its been said that shorts are having, and will continue to have, a difficult time covering. Especially if legit buyers coming in and longs are adding.
Don't blame you. When you can buy 100,000 shares for about $10,000 - why not add here. You'll be very very happy when the price gets to record highs.
Perhaps you should read the AGM. It's a great progress report from start to finish. They've been able to achieve 30+ days of continuous operation with no issues and with extremely low residuals, they've achieved 2000+ lb/hr input, they have continuous real time residual removal and they are making in-spec fuel. The pet-coke being removed from the processor may have significant value. And with all that they are now in cost cutting mode as they now have their flagship processor. Processors 4 & 5 are 75% complete with apparent interested buyers.
The company is a processor sale away from being cash flow positive.
If the processor can continue to operate like it's did in Q3 then the share price should be a lot higher than the previous high. Some have predicted 10 time the previous high. You should go to the company Website (Plastic2Oil) and read the AGM to get the early numbers.
I think major media coverage is more likely at this time. The world needs to know about what processor # 3 has been doing - 30+ days of continuous operation, 2000+ lb./hr. input of feedstock, making in-spec fuel, real-time clean out - we finally have our flagship!!!!!
You should read the AGM - the preliminary numbers from processor #3 are awesome - 30+ days of continuous operations, real-time clean out and 2000+ lb/hr. of plastic in-put and making in-spec fuel. No company has achieved that? No wonder buyers at making enquiries. And you must know what's coming? Pretty obvious? wow, just wow!
I expect to see many more % increases like we saw today. In fact, this might be considered a minor bump soon.
Nice 23.98% bump today just a small of things to come!
Mr. Heddle's comments from the Dec 10, 2013 AGM
"Additionally, we continue to be in talks with potential buyers for machines four and five.
We have received many questions regarding the business model of such a deal, and while we work out the specifics on a case-by-case basis, a potential deal would involve an up-front licensing
fee with continual royalties on fuel production, as well as machine maintenance, software maintenance, and our proprietary catalyst."
I can assure you that based on the early numbers provided in the AGM there can only be good news coming.
I absolutely agree - well said
I too hope to see you back on the BOD one day. You are a man of intelligence and integrity.
It's quite obvious when they're the CEO/CFO -no?
yep - correct

Yes as a matter of fact that's right. JBI didn't want to patent the catalyst just like KFC and Coke didn't want to patent their formulas. That way it can't be duplicated.
And yes, it was discovered on a legacy tape from a time when plastic was not plentiful and when gas was cheap.
Awesome that someone found it eh?
Plenty of avenues are available to this company for financing. Proof will be in the loaning.
I don't have access to the number of shares at the close but looks like a 100 bucks (or so) took out even on the day. In fact, looks like all negative amounts were EXTREMELY minor amounts - no? LOL
Was the catalyst part of the Patent request? No, it was not, thus the Intellectual Property you are wondering about.
What does that statement have to do with putting wet plastic in the processor - which was your original statement.
Good grief. Talk about bullshit.
Mr. Bordynuik wasn't even in the state of New York when that happened. I except it was against company procedure to use wet plastic so who do you think may have the authority to circumvent that order?
I guess you should re-read my post then. I didn't say or even suggest that. In fact I expect the opposite. If you take the time to read the AGM transcript you will see that for yourself.
Everyone knows that JBI has created the greatest plastic pyrolysis processor in the world. Some of the preliminary results have been provided and I expect that when staff is fully hired and trained output numbers will be outstanding. The preliminary numbers were so good that inquiries from interested parties commenced immediately. Will further funding even be necessary? Processors 4 & 5 are 75 percent complete so delivery should not be an issue. Success is only days away.
Why have you heard differently? You expected someone to buy a processor overnight? Lol
So by all means provide the backup to your allegation. That's absolutely false.
You're the one is absolutely wrong about any finding of criminal wrongdoing, in fact, the opposite is true. The civil suit settlement was forced by the whales who wanted the case gone asap and the cost and time defending the case would have taken away from the companies progress. There was no finding of "criminally." There were never any criminal charges laid so to suggest that is also absolutely wrong. There was a settlement with admission to any wrong doing.
The best Plastic Pyrolysis Processor in the world has been created by JBI and to think that they did it with far less funds and in far less time than should have been possible. Sure, it would have been better if processor # 1 could have been the flagship but after a few months of operation it became evident that a new design was required. Processor # 2 was also expected to be "the one" but, without continuous real-time clean out, it too needed to be redesigned. Processor number 3 has real-time clean out and continuous operation of 30+ days.
The current share price has absolutely nothing to do with how well processor # 3 works/will work in the future.
When processors 4 and 5 are sold (hopefully in Q1) the company will instantly become cash flow positive. The designs/engineering are all in place for quick roll-out of the modular processors going forward.
