Not sure of your ? but NOLs are not cash they are used to offset future earnings. The value I was talking about was pps is not showing on etrade.

Corprate Actions told me if I was going to fax them in to have it done by the 7th. FWIW

I called and voted on wendsday and then called back yesterday with my brother to vote his shares and got the same guy I talk with on wendsday he told my brother that he would have to fax his vote in and I got on the phone with him and asked about my voting and he replied that my vote is on record but to still fax mine in for the record. He also mentioned that they were trying- going to contact ppl that voted on the phone to let them know to fax in ballots. Hope that helps.

Hey Large the only problem I see is we don't know what the Hedgies were getting in the last PORs and how much of that deal has changed since Equity is now getting Newco. Whatever assets that may have been going to Hedgies/Newco may now have been transferred to JPM in lui of future promises. But I'm staying for NOLs and in hopes of Newco actually doing something I have no choice after 3yrs and a ton of shares. Thoughts? Anyone? GLTUA. Imo

I'll 2nd that confirmation I just got off the phone with E trade. The charge is not for voting the charge is for converting your shares to Newco. And Islandcat is also correct that they( Etrade)also want you ( even though you voted by phone) to fax your ballot in to them.

I just got off the phone with E trade and they said it was mailed out end of last week and that I should be receiving it by end of week. Which it better be true.

I just signed up for electronic docs the other day I wonder if that has anything to do with it. I'm going to call I will post my results. TY

What if you transfer your shares to E Trade or like Co wouldn't that do the trick?

I emailed Etrade yesterday the response I received late yesterday: That they were informed of the voting materials yesterday and should be receiving them in the next few days they don't have an exact date of when we will receive them but to keep checking for updates.
