I just tapped the ASK for 400k shares and now there is 3 million...so for once, it did "change".

That is where I am at too. It either works or it doesn't at this point. Just hope that in the fourth quarter doesn't mean December 31st on the dot.

The thing is...I respect the heck out of Janice Shell. When she starts taking notice and digging into a stock, well, things aren't going to turn out well. I hope that expected pop makes you even or a few bucks for profit. It is a shame...the Vodka is REALLY good. But wtf is with wine and brandy now? Shouldn't it be: make one a success, then branch out? Yeah. I couldn't imagine them dedicating all of that time to one financial advisory company only to scrap them and completely start over. They would (most likely, imo) stay with source group and just look at other companies.

Then again...maybe saying, "I'm not at liberty to comment on this merger" would have been a more professional choice.

I can't quite tell whether you're positive or negative on this one, but I believe that is what happens to anyone in a situation like this when no information is forthcoming for so long.

Yes---I believe it is pertinent in that regard. Everything else is just speculation and nonsense right now. It'll either happen or not at this point. What has happened is timelines have been missed and chaos is reigning. Seen this so many times.

According to signifi's webpage history (here: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://signifi.com), the investor relations email addition wasn't added until late April or early May, as not all days are saved. Interesting.

Considering the merger announcement wasn't made until April 30th...well, that's about all I have.

This is trading like many, many of the biotech stocks I have traded in the past as they go towards an all or nothing binary event: like a drug approval, promising drug study, collaboration with a bigger company, etc. It is a constant test of wills and a constant shake of the stock. Sometimes it pays off huge; sometimes it hurts. Let us hope it pays off here.

Agreed. I pushed this to .0299 two weeks ago with 150k shares only to watch it plummet below two cents just as quickly. I'm a watcher until there is more momentum (and news) here.
