and where might someone have come across that information that ive been keeping to myself
have a safe trip...watch out for those bastards in nj...non-rush hour is the easisest time to get a ticket
86k block..prearranged sale...buyers and sellers
#1 shareholder voted yes...game over!!
l2v...ill lay good odds that its the same do-gooder we're so fortunate to have in our midst....some folks just cant get enough!!!...and this week calpers came to the great revelation...we're voting no 90% of the time...maybe we should review our criteria.....maybe warren buffet would be a good director for coca-cola after all...friginn communists!!!
is your name donald o miller ?
its says the same damn thing....just because there's more WORDS doesnt mean it contains any more "content"....we're not trying to impress the perfesser...its TANTIVITY vs lucent for cdma 2000..what else would you like to know...idc's entire strategy for going about things in the manner they are?
a royalty[large] bearing rimm pda/phone on the combined att/cingular network is the just the ticket for you
i see the "trigger issue" as a double edged sword for nokia...if nokia is able to successfully argue that ericy is not the 2g trigger because of lost market share....then idc should be able to successfully argue that NEC constitiutes a 3g trigger
GMAN...rock in roll hoochie coo...we just broke through every moving average except the 200
idc is going back into the russell 2000 at this mkt cap...it actually should be a boost since more funds index to the russel 2000 than the russell 1000...its sad but it sure is true
foxchase@optonline.net
so whaddya think...how much mindshare did ratboy garner today...while keeping us diverted from the real subject at hand...id say 50%...he wins...i lose...i aint gonna dance w/ him no more
who said its an institution moranda...its most likely a retail client who was put into stock by a retail broker....try acting like your a long...instead of a short...and please spare me the...im here to help my fellow longs bulls t...its old and has been used before
jim...he just picks up on anything that can be construed as remotely negative...and runs w/ the ball...and takes as much mindshare as he can in the process..wasting evewryones time and energy...and generally fustrating those who read the board on a consistent basis.....sounds like a strategy to me
you cant file lawsuits w/o product having been sold...and idc's strategy has been to wait for sales in the usa..in order to sue in usa court...since not a single handset or basestation has yet to be sold or installed and put in use in the usa...we have a problem suing for usa infringement
that poster was me...and ill stand by what i said...their investment record is atrocious...and you are better off by being on the other side of their trades...comprendo moronda
they had it on their focus list at 25...they took it off at 16...its a "source of funds"...at this point for their brokers..who have no idea what idc is
m3s...its much simpler than that...their investment advice sucks....many of the great bubble stocks of 2000...found their way into merrill lynch accounts...after they finally got around to reccomending them...i personally know of merrill employees in the villanova office that were buying idc in the 50s and 60s for both themselves and their customers...when the3y wouldnt touch the stock at 5 the year before
that bodes well for us...merrill was reccomending the stock in the mid twenties...now that they have taken it off their list and are selling...we should go back up....anybody who depends on "mother merrill" for investment advice...is spotting the rest of the field ten yards in a 40 yard dash...former mother merrill employee
ive been watching "up in smoke " for the past two weeks on cable
ive been watching "up in smoke " for the past two weeks on cable
gman..."cmon ice cream"
where are we goin swami?
"dynamic sales person"....there aint no shiny teeth dude on the face of this earth thats gonna be able to do jack shit w/ the likes of nokia ericy mot etc....what we need is a legbreaker
i asked you a specific question..at least try and answer it alongside of your stand-up philosiphising
casey ryan...what other stocks does he cover....and why go through the trouble to issue a non-buy on this stock?
LILCO sells lighting fixtures?....thats shows just how little you know....everybody knows LILCO builds nuclear power plants and then knocks them down
did the post containing the wells fargo report get deleted?
i have one question for you...if the nokia/samsung arb reaches an acceptable conclusion...10 years from now...what will be considered the watershed event...ericy or nokia?...watershed events are rarely realized as such when they are occuring....it is only through the passage of time and events that they are put into their proper perspective....
the short interest is now at its lowest point since 10/02...a quick review of the price action in that time period is warranted
what is motorola gonna say when they sell these side by side w/ their own homegrown offerings...they both work on the same system...one needs a liscence...one doesnt?...good luck in front of that jury...seems to me that firms like htc rimm are "cross-pollinating" the entire playing field w/ idc ipr
avg price trade..occured throughout the day..reported late
1 myn shares and the "hammer" is in place...end the day!!
litigation has to be the hammer thats held over your head...just remember there's no motorola this time around...if idc has to resort to lawsuits...they will go for treble damages and have a great chance of making them stick...given the way they went about getting their patents imbedded into the 3g standards and the 3g liscencees they already have as opposed to the adhoc way they tried to liscence their 2g patents
you know what really sucks...on a strong day in the mkt we should be bumping 17...but we had to wade through another piece of bullsh1t this morning...so goes idc
not yet...we need the close above the open 16.24
imo..idc's biggest liability in the negotiation process...has been their own shareholders lack of understanding while at the same time displaying a recurrent willingness to buy near term options and put even more pressure on mgmt to produce deals no matter what
what happened to 15.75?
where are my baggy pants?
