Alleyba says.......................
...........that he stated his opinion yesterday on his outlook for the stock. I think whoever had paper and wanted to sell already did so. Those who beleive in stock that may have paper realize by holding the stock that perhaps they can realize significantly more money by believing in the vision of CEO.
Noteholderd are the ones who foolishly and prematurely dumped their paper. In my opinion it was not the CORE. I bought this week and I am expecting very good things to be happening as explained yesterday night in my post. my post was pure speculation and opinion but a wise man once said your eyes will tell you when a stock is in play and with the heavy volume and prior announcements the only conclusion I draw is that it is all coming to fruition and coming together
Alleyba says..............
...........he has IFUS as well. Wake me up when it moves Peachman
Alleyba says...................
............it is my opinion and I bought stock this week,but based on the amount of volume and the way the stock is trading I have come to cetain conclusions based on prior releases of news and the trading pattern of the stock coupled with the massive volume recently:
1. China is imminent;
2. Licenses for selling of drugs is imminent;
3. Mich of the paper is cleaned out based on volume of stock;
4. Increase of revenue from Tn. distribution is up;
5. PIMD is finalized;
6. SCRC will have no resistence moving up from here.
My prediction is that stock creeps up and continues to move, upwards as CEO implements his vision. This is just my opinion and I have always maintained this stock was long term play. There could be other plans behind scenes unknown to us but if so the stock suggests it is positive. A wise man once told me everything about a stock is hype but the trading of th
Moves like this, in my opinion, are always followed with positive news so I say the time to buy is NOW and reap the benefits otherwise you will be buying too late at higher prices; however, nevertheless if you but higher you will make money but it will be less because this is the stock of 2014
Alleyba says.................
...........my opinion still stands. Most paper done. Big thing to come in January and we will see who is right. I have said it is opiniom only
all
Alleyba says...................
.............that in his opinion given the volume traded in this stock the past 2-3 weeks and given the fact that the stock has acted very well, it appears to Alleyba that much of the paper that everyone has complained about is practically gone. That is my opinion and that having been said and watching the stock the past 2-3 weeks, not as stockholder but as an observer I have come to the conclusion, which again is just an opinion, that the stock is now poised to make a run, I am back in there buying and have suggested to friends in the stock already, including family relatives to get in there and buy.
I am of the opinion that outstanding paper based on recent volume has been immensely reduced and already fed into the market, that the prior news releases discussing China, future acquisitions, i.e. PIMD, the application for licenses to distribute drugs in several states is all coming to fruition and I believe in our CEO and those he has surrounded himself with and I just believe it is all coming together now.
As I said I will be in there buying and I have always said this can be the "hidden gem" stock of 2014 if everyone was patient and I think that patience will now begin to show dividends. That is my opinion. I also think Bob realizes that he made too many not so favorable deals in past in the sense that too much paper was given out and now believe future actions will be more prudent, SCRC has weathered the storm and it should be a nice ride from here
Alleyba says...................

Alleyba says..........
..........that he truly believes Bob had nothing to do with money runners. I think, in my opinion, MR saw a stock which moved up something like 23 consecutive days and bought in to the company which drove the price of the stock too high too quickly. I myself was caught buying stock in the high .80 area. It was a very well conceived plan which I believe was orchestrated by the MR group not Bob, but that is an opinion.
Alleyba says...............
...........that in his opinion shares unlocking will not be sold but we shall see if your opinion is correct. My point about the cost of drugs was to illustrate that there is potentially a large domestic market here.
As to foreign market that was just a comparison....if they sell it for $1 who is to say we cannot sell it for less and still make a good margin on our sale
Alleyba says..........................
............Happy New Year to all as well. Out with 2013 which was a building year for company and in with 2014 which will be our year insofar as the longs are concerned. I foresee the following happening in 2014:
1. Possible acquisitions to bolster our already expanding revenue;
2. The acquisition of all licenses necessary to sell our products in China;
3. Expansion of sales force to Latin America;
4. Growth and expansion of PIMD plant;
5. Increasing revenues from the TN. plant;
6. Approval of domestic licenses to sell drugs in more states;
7. Launch of Rapimeds;
8. Now that the company is starting to establish itself I see less toxic deals being made with investors who will want to share in this company's growth in 2014;
9. I believe although some convertible stock is unlocking in January, in my opinion, those who will realize there is much more to make by selling in 18-24 months will hold their shares and not sell into open market.
These are just some of my thoughts on 2014 for SCRC. I think stock is a steal at this price for the longs and for the flippers, imo
Alleyba says...........
......of course you are entitled to your opinion but in my opinion when stock unlocks in January you will see very little selling because those who have shares unlocking believe in company and will hold until stock moves much higher. There are many posters on this board that are in this industry one way or another and know the mark up and profit each time the company makes a sale. As an example if I complain at the pharmacy about my paying
$50 for a prescription refill my pharmacist tells me that same drug cost $1 to refill in india, so if one does not think the potential overseas is very lucrative then that person is missing the picture. THIS STOCK IS POISED AND POSITIONING ITSELF TO MAKE MILLIONS
Alleyba says........
........that although he understands that shares are unlockingan ssumption is being made that those shares will be sold and will be hitting the market. I donot beleive this will be the case. I think the CEO, as I have said in the past, made deals he was forced to make to keep company viable entity, but now that the playing field has leveled there is no reason for further dilution.
I may be wrong, but lately every move Bob seems to be making is the right move. The TN. plant has been steadily increasing revenues, the plant in Miami which is revenue producing has been acquired. There is the action taking place in China and the procurement of licenses in the United States and abroad. I think 2014 will be a breakout year. I further believe there is a CORE group of shareholders that will hold their stock because they recognize the growth and potential of this stock. I believe there will be more acquisitions coming, contracts from China to be solidified once appropriate licenses are obtained at which point I foresee massive sales there and in other countries. I see revenues growing here, and I for one do not intend to sell my shares as I am in for long term
Alleyba says...........
.............yes he agrees and is aware of the list, but that list is all before the July run which we all know why that happened and the stock was given prior to the financing deals, the applications for licenses and the acquisition. Who knows what is still left, but I view this as a non factor at this point,
I think we are on a much more level playing field, China will come to fruition, I am guessing more acquisitions on the horizon and I am guessing that profits and revenue will be better in TN.
2014 is really the year for this company. If you are concerned with the paper then you should make a decision whether you believe in company or sell the stock. I know I am a long term holder
Alleyba says..............
..............Snizzle....I see all your posts regarding the SCRC promos.Thank you for the information.I believe the board is already aware of the promos but you forgot to add they were not paid promos.The money runners saw this stock run up for almost 1 month straight, helped pump it and then dumped it...in my opinion.I think we can dispense with this kind of talk which happened in July and has been explained multiple times.
Now if you are aware of any SCRC paid promos happening now please share
Alleyba says..............
...................that he would like to welcome Smitter and Tutter back to the message board. For what my opinion is worth this is how I view the past, present and future.
As to the past,in order to survive I agree that a certain amount of paper had to be written so the company could achieve the vision of our CEO. Were they the best possible deals? No...some of them were not favorable but now I think the playing field is more level.
As to the present, in your absence we have made some finance deals, acquired PIMD a corporation within shipping distance of 10 miles of the airport and the shipping lines and we have obtained financing to leverage our production of Raapidmeds along with taking a 20% interest in the Tennessee facility; moreover we have applied for distribution license in several states, including license for controlled dangerous substances and have made application for distribution in China.
As to the future Alleyba sees a big year coming in 2014. Why? Because a lot of the paper will be gone and our networks of distribution include the department of defense, mass merchants, chain drug stores, hospitals,HMO's, clinics, China, the PIMD corporation and acquisitions imo to be made.
Rapidmeds, the oral delivery technology, is predixted to grow at 12-15% over the next several years and by 2015 the ODT market could produce revenues of $13 BILLION by 2013.Growth is fueled by patient demand and more patients prefer ODT's. I know my kids do. Also there has been a change in law in China where parents are allowed to have more than 1 child.Factor that in along with the aging population growth and if we get the approvals and capture fraction of growth we are talking millions if not billions of revenue growth. In fact next week I will cut and paste comments by accounting firm Delloite which support what I am saying.
Also please keep in mind we still have the advantage of Johnson & Johnson for most of 2014 and I am hearing it may be 2 years.It is also important to remember we are the exclusive distributer in the US for Rapimeds.Aside from Cjina there is talk about expanding to Latin and South America as well as Europe. In fact, aside from the fact that this has been mentioned in prior releases the Forbes Joint Venture in China has already identified and targeted over 300 pharmacies and hospitals for distribution.
Smitter, as I know you do your DD then you know that out of TN. we are increasing our numbers steadily to the mom and pop stores and once license applications are approved for other states and controlled dangerous substances we are off to the moon.
The 20% ownership in Tn. also entitles us to 20% share of its pre-tax net profit.
PIMD before acquisition said its sales were between $1-$5 million.Think of where that will go.Also keepin mind company does everything COD so that eliminates any accounts receiveable issues. In my opinion I see this company earning $15 million in income by 2015 just by growth and acquisitions.
With regard to GEM there was a company who provided financing to us and does business in 365 countries.Do you not think they not saw our potential.
Again...do not know if I have brought you current but read Batts posts and he more than covers what I have said.Smitter...glad to see you and tutter back
BSAV..............your posts are excellent. I believe once we gain our licenses here and abroad we will see in my opinion additional acquisitions to facilitate the immense amount of orders the company expects to receive AND WILL GET. This is the home run stock for 2104
Alleyba says...............
...........has had a broken modem that needed to be replaced and mother very ill in hospital so i have not been on recently. There was one thing that I saw was significant in the financials.........there was a loan from Wells Fargo. Let me just say that I know a little bit more than everyone on this board about Wells Fargo and if this company received a loan from them then this is a major major player because receiving a loan for anything from Wells is a financial colonoscopy. They audit everything and miss very little, so I feel very comfotable reading that they received anything from Wells Fargo.
Secondly the point I made about China allowing a 2nd child will bode well for SCRC as there will be more children born, hence, bigger market for Rapimeds.
Thirdly, I am very impressed how this stock has held up and I think just adds credibility to all positive posts by the CORE holders who can think long term as all revenue streams will pay big dividends. CEO doing great job and again the point has to be made that we already have the product....we are not a mining company looking for financing to find or validate if there is gold or silver in the mine. Our stock will be the gold and silver in 2014
Guts..........as usual we are both in agreement. Remember there now is a regulatory process for application of a license too distribute drugs.Once that is obtained by SCRC watch the stock run away....also do not forget China has changed their laws and allows married couples to have 2 children now not one. Increase in birth rate more dominance for SCRC
Alleyba says.............
...........he agrees with Bsav 1000%. GEM, who has a presence in over 60 countries and had loaned over $3 billion must have liked the plan of the CEO. I am guessing, based on prior releases, that China is in the works and we will see an update with positive news imo. With SCRC I think it is just a matter of finalizing some licenses in China and in US and off to the races we go
aLLEYBA SAYS..............
............THAT HE COULD NOT AGREE MORE WITH BSAV.wE ARE IN THIS FOR THE LONG TERM. i JUST READ IN THE UNCOMMON WISDOM NEWSLETTER THAT CHINA JUST LOOSENED ITS ONE CHILD POLICY AND WILL aLLOW COUPLES TO HAVE 2 CHILDREN, FURTHER HELPING THE SALES OF RAPIMEDS TO YOUNG CHILDREN. AS STATED IN EARLIER POSTS CEO IS NOW ON LEVEL PLAYING FIELD. THE CORE AND LONGS HAVE ALWAYS SAID 2014 WILL BE THE YEAR AND WE HAVE SAID ALL ALONG RAPIMEDS WOULD BE LAUNCHED IN 1ST QUARTER; MOREOVER, THE PAPER IS NO SURPRISE. 2014 IS THE YEAR. REAL PRODUCT AND MULTIPLE REVENUE STREAMS
Alleyba says.................
........for the reasons cited in my earlier post do not be premature in writing stock off.I like that attitude. I think in my opinion the 10-K will be clarified and updated as this had to be file to remain in compliance and request extension of FINAL 10-Q. Remember this is a long term play.
Martin is right . At ,15-.16 Christmas has come early
Cats.....I totally understand.There are numerous ways we can go to China LOL
Alleyba says.................
...........when the detailed release came out about China it certainly appeared tome that CEO was anxious to enter China market and he was in process of negotiating whatever licenses he had to obtain to do business there. That was prior to CEO obtaining financing. I therefore conclude that it would be a reasonable assumption to make that the company has implemented what they alluded to which was to obtain orders for their products in the China market. I would be disappointed to here that this has not been ongoing particularly since funding was obtained. This is why we are all eagerly awaiting news with respect to China.
........and who is to say with modern technology that one has to actually go to China to make the deal happen when there are video conferences being held routinely. I think the over exuberance is justified and I am sure company, in my opinion has begun to take orders in China and hence open the flood gates to yet another revenue stream.
In my opinion with today's technology you can go to China in many different ways and i interpret the comments made that "they went to China and are back" in that light
I am sorry. I must have worded my response incorrectly.If there is so much gold in the ground, how deep is it and how much will it cost to get it out? I am looking to enter stock at .10
Like I said they said they launched a satellite and found all of this gold. They say there is so much of it you can pick it up off the ground.The price of the stock and the volume tell me where this is going in my opinion
Alleyba says...................
............that in his opinion there is much more to come.As we all know we are all waiting for an update on the China venture which will be a tremendous stream of revenue. But did everyone read the release closely?
"By obtaining licenses to distribute prescription drugs in additional states, we believe we can quickly replicate our current success and significantly accelerate revenue growth in this area of our business," stated CEO of ScripsAmerica, Bob Schneiderman. "
This will just parlay what we are already doing and how about the 8-K wherein SCRC is in process of obtaining license to ditribute controlled dangerous substances? I like the ride that I am on
NO PROBLEM.Do not have access to private message. Let me put it this way..if they were not there I would wonder where the money went LOL
My question based on your message to me is why are they not mining if gold is there as reports indicate and it is so cheap to mine?

just a general question: wouldn't it be nice if people actually did some dd before they posted?
if a ton of gold ore contains 1/2 an ounce of gold, results would be awesome .... anywhere above 1/4 ounce per ton is profitable (if you don't believe me, google how much gold in a ton of ore)
so let's use the higher number ... to get a million dollars worth of gold (at $1300 per ounce, 769 ounces of gold for a million dollars), you would need 1538 tons of ore .... maybe if we all went down to mexico and started picking up ore, we could gather 1538 TONS of ore in a few weeks.
for a billion dollars of gold, multiply by a thousand ... that would be 1,538,000 tons of ore (@ 1/2 ounce per ton)
btw, one of the reasons nano plasma processing is interesting, is because it doubles the output of gold from ore ....
Alleyba says.............in his opinion that SCRC is in China. I cannot know when they left but on prior releases it sounded to me that they were preparing to go and logically once finance deal was done I assume they went. If they had not already gone I do not think the stock would be trading as much as it has. I have spoken to CEO once or twice on unrelated issues to China but wished him luck on making the financing deal and provided lead to him that someone I knew had surgical tool company and I thought he should look at the company. What I post is through research and interpretation of news released
First of all Iceman has changed his mind on this stock so many times so he is a non factor. My question is if there is so much gold on this land and it so cheap to mine gold and by all past accounts there is so much gold sitting on the surface you can pick it up why has it not been mined yet? The answer to that question would be helpful as I think about going back into the stock
Guts..............I just try to stick with the facts and analyze the PR's. CEO was forced to keep company alive and had to give some paper to survive.I hear it is close to done and as was said stock going into strong hands who believe in future of comany
Alleyba says................
...........that this is the case for SCRC
1.ScripsAmerica’s Pediatric “RapiMed” will compete with other children’s analgesic products, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Children’s Tylenol Suspension Liquid and Children’s Tylenol Meltaways, Novartis’ Triaminic Fever Reducer Pain Reliever, and Perrigo’s Junior Strength Non-Aspirin Suspension Liquids & Drugs. According to Euromonitor International’s research, J&J’s Children’s Tylenol sales represented 23% of global and 76% of U.S. retail value sales in child-specific analgesics. Global sales were valued at $695 million in 2012.
J&J cannot manufacture or distribute the drug until the last quarter of 2014. We have the competitive advantage to dominate Global sales;
2.The acquisition of PIMD. which according to its web site did $1,000,000-%5,000,000 on its own will add revenues to SCRC bottom line and helps increase our profit margin through packaging and distribution. That is not mentioning the strtegic location of the company from a shipping point of view being less than a mile from the airport and 10 miles from Port Of Everglades;
3. The entry into the China market will be the bonanza to this company as they capture a large portion of market share with Repimeds worth millions of dollars;
4.Once China is secured or simultaneously with China I believe the CEO, in my opinion, would be smart to expand into other countries aa well;
5. Per the agreement with Seacoast and GEM SCRC is now positioned to produce and distribute Rapimeds globally and domestically;
6. The TN. cooperative selling is a success and the numbers have increases every month and it appears to me that at a MINIMUM this is worth $1,500,000 a year to SCRC with the potential to expand this market through other innovative ways which IMO CEO working on.
7. The 8-K stated that SCRC to obtain license to distribute "controlled dangerous substances". Here come the generic pain killers and sleeping pills more millions of dollars;
8. The masterful execution of financial agreement with GEM and the partner group potentially enhances the SCRC brand in the 65 countries GEM haa a presence in and enabled company to obtain the financing for acquisition, distribution, packaging and promotion of SCRC. Why would GEM take an interest in SCRC if they did not like the company or concept;
9. CEO has done masterful job in accomplishing the above without dilution of company stock and values shareholders who have stood by him and will do everything he can to maximize shareholder value;
10, The PIMD acquisition enables company and opens door to get involved in the revenue stream of medical devices and not just Rapimeds and other drugs.
11. DOD contract runs another couple of years adding more revenue
I can probably go on with this list but the point is the CEO is developing several revenue streams which will not only grow but will continue each anf every month. I acknowledged that in order to get the company off the ground he had to make certain deals that may not have been as favorable as he would have liked so there was some paper given. He had no choice, but as he has leveled the playing field out he has taken out that paper and what you are now seeing is some of that paper being absorbed by the people who realize the potential of this company and understand that there has been no real dilution in months....so once this selling is done there will nothing to stop this stock from marching upwards and establishing new highs. In 18-24 months based on what CEO is doing I can see this stock trading at $2-$4 dollars and I think that is conservatively speaking
Alleyba says................

................in his opinion TYZ may be correct on all points. I think Bob will have some good things to say based off prior releases and filings. That is my opinion. Also my opinion some selling left, but once gone nothing to hold stock back. The important thing to me is the avoidance of dilution and the ability of CEO to cut crafty deals. I believe very positive news to be announced concerning China and I suspect with the money off the financing Bob may have a surprise or two in store for shareholders
GUTS...........very well said. If we were not here we would be in something else. So being in the pharma field you realize how big this is....so go one step further and picture us in China. As do you I think revenue streams being created for future and 2014 will be the year. I am in for the long run, but as you correctly point out those that want to get out along way will be able to do so without losing money. Or I should say the only money they will lose is getting out early. Glad you are back
If "you can pick it up off the ground" as stated in prior posts why isn't the gold being mined? Fair question
Well said Martin
Alleyba says.......................
...............it is his opinion that (a) we all know fro previous press releases that efforts in China are underway to promote Rapineds and since it is unlikely CEO traveled there, representatives of the company were sent and I do not believe Bob sent them to China for "happy ending massages". My belief is that the next announcement concerning the China venture is that SCRC has procured orders for the sales of its Rapimed product. I know 3 pharmacists that are loading up in this stock because they like what SCRC is doing.
As to the Seaside deal which I admittedly do not know much about, my opinion is that the money will be used for the gearing up of Rapimmeds domestically and abroad.I did not buy stock in SCRC because I anticipated massive revenues in 2013....I bought it for 2014 because the stock is a steal here whether or not you are short term or long term. I am in it for long run, but in this economy most everyone needs money which makes this price good for a quick trade.
I think CEO is pushing all the right buttons and the longs will be rewarded. As an aside, one of my best friends who is a Walgreens pharmacist is always complaining about the pressure of his job. I always wondered why would someone complain making $125,000 a year counting pills because this is what those full time guys make. But anyway he complains about mothers coming in wanting to know the right dosage of tylenol for their kids and can he flavor the tyleneol, blah, blah, blah. Well that is the beauty of Rapimeds. It is flavored and the dosage is already done+it quickly dissolves. I tell you the revenues will be substantial.
By the way thank you Tryz....you posted that link and GUTS...where were you today...missed reading your posts
Alleyba says that..................
.............there is no question company needed financing in order for CEO to achieve the vision he had for this company. When you need money to operate you are not in a position to dictate the terms of how that money is given to you. You take it and try to implement your strategy and keep the company going.Under the circumstances Bob made the deals that had to be made when they were made and maybe he was forced into making deals that involved convertible paper in order to survive at the time. I have to think that most of that paper has been bought up over the last few trading sessions....but look what has been accomplished since the summer with the creation of revenue streams, no dilution of the company stock and getting financing from GEM a major player in 65 countries that has financed $3.4 billion dollars. So lets be fair to Bob and say that the playing field has now leveled out and this company is much better off than it was 6 months ago and stop bashing a CEO who cares about making this company a major player and who cares about his shareholders. Company trying to take out as much paper as possible and SCRC is on the verge of becoming a major player in the industry. CEO updates us whenever possible so give him break
GO SCRC.By the way I enjoy your posts GUTS and we are virtually always on the same page
Alleyba says.............................
.............he does not believe the statement made. Out at the top last week in at the low today. NlikeFlynn must have "REALLY LOADED UP at .19 today when ONLY 1000 shares traded at that price.Check the tape and all will see that there was only a 1000 share trade at that level.
Meanwhile,I forget who made the post but when I clicked on the link the blurb on SCRC was that China representative said that there was $32 billion dollar market for Rapimed sales.Not million, but billion unless I misread it.
But I know I did not misread the trades for the day and if Flynn loaded up at .19 we are talking about 1000 shares which is not very much in dollars. Too tired to do the math. Anxious to hear update on China. Stock holding up very well. Expect stock to rise again shortly.
Alleyba says..............
...........that you carefully have to analyze what is happening here. Heavy volume because people with paper, which they are entitled to do because they took risk in lending SCRC money made their profit, got back their investment and have moved on. Do I agree? No because I think their selling was premature given the plans the CEO has for this company.
Logic and previous news releases have said SCRC is undertaking entry into the China market which will be very lucrative if done the right way.Therefore one would expect an update on this sooner than later.Secondly, we should be updated on the status of the Rapimeds launch because that is only logical off of prior news releases.The expectation in my mind domestically should be 6-8 weeks and maybe sooner internationally. Third, there was an increase on the cooperative numbers from TN. which is another good stream of income.
Fourth, the purchase of PIMD, which generates and will incorporate $1,000-$5,000,000 as per their web site to SCRC bottom line will help us reduce packaging and distribution costs thereby increasing profit margins, not to mention the centralized location of the plant for shipping purposes.
Fifth, the CEO announces in 8-K plan to obtain licenses in Florida for "controlled substances" so I logically interpret that as saying he wants to distribute hypothetically since I take it, Ambien or it's generic Zoldipam. Think of those potential revenues.
CEO did what was necessary to make his vision a reality. Was there paper? Yes. Were some of the deals the best deals? No, because his goal was to make this company a real company. He needed financing in order to move forward so sometimes you have to take what you can get. With GEM on board with a presence in 65 countries it legitimizes SCRC. Now our CEO is in a position where he has more leverage and hence can make better deals. He has done his best to take out the paper and not dilute this company. I think he is for the shareholders and wants us all to succeed. THIS IS A REAL COMPANY.
This IS NOT a mining company needing financing to take gold out from the mines. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY with a drug that needs financing for FDA approval.WE ALREADY HAVE THE PRODUCT, THE FINANCING AND THE PLANS IN PLACE. The shareholders who have patience and remain long will be rewarded. This is the 2014 stock of the year that will blow away 2013 revenues in my opinion
