Seems the PPS is being held tight.
If this is the bottom, looks like a buying opp to me. imo
Nash
Why is this then not
triggering a buying spree today? With soooo much positive DD posted here for a very long time, why then is the p/s so low? This should trigger buying for those longs and a slow progressive increase imo!
Any thoughts?
Nash
up 2.01% so far.

There's a reason why we have not heard much from the EC and the Examiner!
Nash
Any numbers on this from FF
If you remember back in March when everyone rejoicedwhen it hit .70 then in an instant panicked when it suddenly dropped to under .11!
That created a huge buying spree that led us back into the .20's which gone gone back and forth since. All these drops do is create more opportunities.
I see the tone of voice has been gradually changing also for some here who used to blow the horn for 2x's + value. Where are they now! In this hour of more DD?
IMO

Ditto to you myadad
Nash
Cats do I unerstand you then to say you are not in agreement with the purported assumed valuation posted hundreds of times on this board by several longs of 2 x value and that value being the $8 per share offered by jpmc several months before the takedown?
Just wondering eh!
Thanks for the info. :)

Ditto tularay!

What we need now is a qualified leaker! IMO

That video sure explains a lot!
If these agencies can get away with all that mortgage fraud, jpm and the FDIC could also since this is all so intertwined!
Makes you wonder about organized crime and why so many run for public office!

Well put
JPMorgan says it may seek to recoup WaMu funds
27 Sep 2010 EDT - The Associated Press
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has notified federal regulators that it may seek to recoup the money it used to buy the assets of fallen Washington Mutual Inc., or even more.
The Wall Street bank told the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in letters that it may seek the money, a person familiar with the situation confirmed Monday. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because lawsuits are pending between JPMorgan Chase and the FDIC in the WaMu bankruptcy.
The FDIC seized Seattle-based WaMu's bank in September 2008 and sold its assets to JPMorgan Chase for $1.9 billion. It was the biggest bank to fail in the US.
JPMorgan's claims are being made to the receivership that is holding WaMu's assets and is controlled by the FDIC. The claims could be more than $6 billion.
FDIC and JPMorgan Chase spokesmen declined comment.

Tularay that's just a drop in the bucket compared to the millions of homeowners who lost their homes and businesses thanks to the actions of jpmc. IMO
Nash
What is eeded now is an insider who goes states evidence with a buttload of
That exposes all those involved.
That would jump start this stock like a rocket IMO.

Hopefully it's because someone or some firm knows something is about to break. If that is the case and this is not just a typo by the mm's than that would signal an inside trade on news forthcoming.
Insider trading is a doo doo bag over the head.
If it is insider trading, someone should do DD on the buyer and flag them IMO. Heck why should they get a break on trading when the rest of us have to wait it out.

I've been off here for a while so what caused yesterday's spike and sudden drop?

Thanks for the comeback.
But, I have seen hundreds of posts so far off topic they are on the moon and they are not deleted and many posts that were on topic but contrary to someone elses' point of view and well within the TOS that were deleted.
ie:
posts on cancer
posts on sports
posts of race cars
posts on cigars
posts on birthdays
posts on Obama
and on and on and on.
Lets just all understand that everyone has an opinion and as long as they do not violate the TOS, leave them alone. We are here to see wamu through this to the end and discuss both pro and con points of view.
Thanks again.

Some here claim two times value and the value they assumed is the $8 a share offered before the deal went south.
Heck make up a price! Roll the dice, you may just get lucky!
In all candor that is.
Nash
ETO. I agree
But also remember most class action law suits and the way this appears to be one of those, most often take years to work through all the issues, just look at Wall Mart and dome of the other high profile cases representing hundred and even thousands of clients.
A case of this magnitude is not a whiplash case that spins through the courts in 2 or 3 years.
A case as corrupt as this could be in legal limbo for many years with delay after delay filed.
We would all like to see justice served in sn expeditious manner, but in all reality, it may be a longer wait rather than sooner.
IMHO
Nash
What a time to buy. Low prices, time to accumulate would'nt you say!
Looks like .175 was the bottom. This is poised for another run imo.
Nash
Notice what the last line in the press release states:
"Under the current debt reorganization plan in bankruptcy court, shareholders receive nothing."
Even though I am a long time holder here, we keep hearing over and over how commons will not get a dime. In press releases, previous BK's, etc., so can someone with a legal background please offer some orderly explanation on how wamuq holders could possibly prevail in this BK. We all know that this appears to be a crooked takeover by FDIC and JPM, so with that said, and without badgering or deleting this post, please provide credible legal information so others who are on the fence thinking about investing into wamuq have additional info to make a decision.
I know this may have been covered at least once somewhere in the tens of thousands of postings, but not everyone has the time to read through them all or spend 24/7 on this board.
All decent replies are welcome.
Thanks to all for their DD.

Looks like another buying opportunity coming.
Time to acquire.

FDIC doesn't seem to be objecting to the extension.
What! a 3 week extension?
The judge should see through this and say, there has been enough time to research facts, don't give them an out. Object, object! Say no judge!!
Nash
FF at .1630€ down 3.55% or .2098 US
vol holding around 2 mil
Nash
What we need now is an insider who is thinking they will be facing jail time to come forward to spill the beans on the FDIC and JPM in exchange for complete immunity. If they had secret documents, even better!!!!! imo
Nash
Dannon, it sure would be nice to see any value into the $$$ range applied to wamuq, but so far, I have not seen one legitimate document submitted by all the long DDer's on this board.
The supposed "value" continually posted here is an arbitrary value applied by some longs in hopes the value of this stock at the time it was offered at ($8.00) by JPM to be purchased at would be the value +++ that sticks in this BK on the backend once this case gets settled. Some longs here will agrue this point with intrepid tenacity, and even delete your post if you don't agree with them but all we can do really is just wait.
At the current price of .213, anyone in their right mind would love to see $8.00 to $16 PS or more paid out, but my guess is that some secret deal behind closed doors will make the so called "value" figure a number that will continually grow as more assets are found or become mute and the price drops. Also, one point often overlooked by keeping the wishing well open, is that commons usually do not fare very well in a BK and are the last in line to see anything if at all. Lets hope this is not the case with this crooked deal and commons do prevail.
It's anyone's guess, but I'd place my chips on an official court document that specifically states the value as we get closer to the end game event. If that doc is made public, you can bet, this stock will surpass the value previously offered by JPM prior to this crooked takeover. imo
Nash
"long"
Long haul more likely!

Chiron does this mean you feel the price will drop some due to the judges' Signing?
How do you feel this ruling will affect s/p?
Nash
Dgrass0007 where did you see, hear or read something like that?
Or is it just your assumption!
Nash
Sure!
I did it again this week. If you look at my post before this last small run from .16 to .23 and change you will see I was right on.
Now with the new dip, time to load up again another 50k to 75k in small blocks to avoid any attention.
If settlement is a few weeks off which I doubt, I guess I will decide the next run what to do but FYI another run like March 12th is coming.
IMO
Nash
Looks like my last speculation was pretty close, eh!
Now, we should see a slow slide to a moderate position, say around .172 then watch out, the time is right for another big jump, soon. Time to plan that next 6 week holiday.

Buy tomorrow! Set buy trigger at .145 20k sit back and have a stoggie then go fishing.
As we get closer to the next hearing it will make small jumps to around .215, then sell and wait for it to happen again. Look at the pattern. IMO
Then keep buy larger blocks on the next big dip!
Nash
Look at the chart. Wamuq is poised for a huge jump into the .60 to .80 range any day now.
The trend is clear, get your dollars ready because it will be fast like last March, and the drop will be just as fast. imo
Nash
Time to sell is over, now the slide begins. But you will be able to buy back in before it goes back up to .22. imo
