I missed your bottom line...can you explain it?
Tib, I believe TAKI is right...The damage has been done already...Most people who are long and disgruntled are down 70% or more...Yea of course they can average down but obviously by the volume, and per the 10k, having at least 300 shareholders, everyone is for the most part "Tapped out"....We had more 10 million volume days while at .01...now we are 75% lower and we can't even break 3 million without a little luck...People are not holding shares cause they WANT to....the really have no choice unless they want to lose any chance of making there money back...
another bottom line...lmao...
You have a lot of "bottom lines"...
YESSSSS>>!!!!! I'm so glad I doubled my holdings yesterDAY!!!! WNBD will be the greatest EVER!!!!! I've been to Europe...IT IS HUGE!!!! AND CONSUMERS ACTUALLY HAVE MONEY TO SPEND!
A Good CEO's plan does not change on a daily...the PPS does...So who is directly responsible for the PPS? That's right...the buyer and sellers...It is "us" who decide on a daily basis if we think the CEO's plan is worth something, or if it's bad...
So at any given time...a Good CEO could have a bad PPS due to investors not believing or "buying" into his plan at a particular time...A plan that never changed from the beginning when the PPS was good....So this is why you can never blame the CEO first for a PPS erosion...he could very well be second though...as he is one of the very few who can combat the erosion with awareness...
Actually it's the PPS
PPS is a reflective of what buyer and sellers think the COMPANY is worth....and if those buyers and sellers think the CEO and the direction he leads his company is BAD...then the PPS may reflect as much...
It's not the board...it's the pps
Joel...where are you?...I viewed your page and see it has rose from 10160 views to 15067 in roughly 8 months...Why no more updates to the board? Are we still selling in South Korea?
Squeezer, people have to think about this as if THEY were the ones walking down Broadway and 14th street THEMSELVES...As much as I would like to believe people will accept a sample, immediately go straight to DR and buy the full product, test it out, and based on the results... buy the stock to increase the PPS....it just ain't gonna happen...Unlike us here...no one in New York will be as excited about receiving a small free stain remover...they will take it with the understanding that it's free...and that's it...
Please realize that this sample hand out initiative is not so much for getting customers to Purchase the product(immediately)...it's designed to familiarize 50,000 new people to a new product. 50,000 new people will see Winning Colours Stain Remover in a three day period...(Not to mention the personnel who walk by and don't accept the hand-out...as i'm sure Winning Brands has something for them...a few back drop posters or stand up ads to attract their eyes anyway...win,win).......So when a certain percentage of these same 50,000 personnel go into a store that contains Winning Colours (even if they had no intention to "look" for the product) they will at least "recognize" it if they pass by and see it on a shelf or rack installment.
Now a small amount of people may actually take the time to test the product and will possibly purchase bottles based on the results....but this takes time which could take many months to see the results...Savvy Investors and traders already know this, which is why I doubt we will see much PPS movement with DR news short term...Sales from Duane Reade will not be On par until sometime next year if this is the only type of advertising Eric has to show in NYC...He will need radio...Billboards...and possibly a DRTV in Manhattan for this to be truly effective.
You are absolutely right, Timing here is severely important...If Eric does not Capitalize with a few more levels of advertisements (on the fact that we are about to be on 100 Duane Reade shelves) the customers who actually liked the product may easily "Forget" the product...These people are not shareholders...they don't just test a product and jump out their seats singing as they go hunt for the product in stores...They may genuinely like the product and have real desire to purchase it whenever they have a stain....but if to much time passes and no other ads have been "put out there"...they may not remember...You need to pound certain things in customers heads until it takes legs of it's own...Ramp up marketing in one area until it spreads...Just like Starbucks did many many years ago...They started in one location and expanded when (and only when) word of mouth demanded expansion....New York is a great spot to start...instead of trying to slowly cover the whole U.S...the focus should be in a location like NYC where people travel all the time...traveling Winning Colours customers if you will....Who would naturally spread the word in other areas.....If Winning Colours can make it big there...there would be no stopping us...but if we fail there...I personally would consider cutting my losses and bounce.
Just in fun with your analogy...
Many of us have been polishing our $ss's...as we are very ready and willing to be bit....
At that range I would be eligible for an "Early Out" of the Military...lol...Military paychecks would not be able to support my new lavish lifestyle so they'd let me go...lmao...Still debating on what I'd do if that ever really happened....should I finish the remainder of 13 years until retirement...or just say ADIOS??!!
Since Eric is in the Blogging mood right now...can someone email him in regards to the two questions I had asked about a few days ago...and his input on that article just posted by Sreesharma would be great as well...tired of posters opinions on that matter...I want to hear from someone who may know whats going on...

He would never accept unless Eric did some type of partnership with a LARGE Corporation....but then again...who would settle for a partnership.....they would want complete control over WNBD at this current stage....I think that's why Eric is so eager to push forward in sales right now....cause he knows one day he would like to shop around at offers from larger firms...
Darkstar...I do not know pal...but over the past year and a half, I can't help but think the answer to your question is..."whenever the CEO wants new blood"...
Hiring the IR firm seems like a step forward in the "Awareness" department so I would assume SOON...Unless he is trying to combat the lack of news for an NA (like I said earlier), I do not see a reason for him to hire a firm without having news ready to be spread...The only reason I think he did not have a IR firm previous for that short while was, he knew he did not have anything newsworthy to put out...Why waste thousands monthly paying a IR firm when you release news like...Sarah Melody...or Maggie the dog...If he had the blog back then...i'm sure those type of things would of went on there...IR firms are not paid "per PR", they are paid most likely monthly....So the question is now...why hire one now? Overly aggressive shareholders complaining? Great News? We will find out soon IMO...
great stuff...lol...
I'm bored...let's play a game...."How many shares do you think I have?"
Rules...put down 3 numbers(one being realitively close to your true holdings)... Then...fellow posters will respond and guess how many shares they think you have based on your online WNBD Personality... You do not have to confirm if you don't want to...
I'll start...
1. 1 Million
2. 6 Million
3. 15 Million
I miss the 200 plus posts per day
TAKI...With the amount of money you said you put on the bid...you single handedly could make this a runner if you slap the ASK...Get your trader buddies involved and we could see .004 in no time...This month...leading into next we should either see the .003's or .001's...Eric at one time said in a month or so we should have the response on the NA....It's been past a month so you can look at this two ways...
1. He has the N/A in the bag, hired the IR company to spread the news once it's released, and is waiting until the end of month when financials/Conference Call are due.... to combine significant progress in one time frame....
2. He does not have the NA in the bag...and maybe even got the response already stating "Not Yet"...........hired the IR firm to combat the negative reaction we will receive once to much time passes and shareholders start to assume theres no NA coming...(I do not think he would let us know immediately)....if anything...we will find out at the end of the month at the CC...(if there is a CC...like once stated)
3+ million in 30 minutes....not bad....
At least 50,000 people will recognize WC now...that is what i'm happy about...Now with the 20%(10,000) of people who actually spend the time to use/test the product out, I hope we get some new reoccurring customers.
Me....The .02 run/IHUB...not from purchasing the product first...That the case for most investors here....very very few...if any on this board bought the product and saw that little ticker symbol...and bought in...I agree with Bucks...please do not expect to see much volume from these sample handouts....It's a dream of ours...but it's just not going to happen...no matter how much we hope...You have to remember....Not everyone will use or like the product....IMO....out of the 50,000 sample handouts...25% will except the product and discard it...another 25% will take it home and never use it...and a courtesy 30% will use it and like it and throw away the package....note...there is not even a reason to read the back of the small package(where the ticker symbol will be)...The handouts come with a brochure where the directions will be...The last 20% will probably not like it at all after they use it....
All estimates based off me living in New York at a younger age and actually seeing on a daily basis people advertise in this way...All you would see on the ground was the product(CD's, pamphlets, etc) someone was passing out 15 feet away....If this is going to be handed out in Manhattan, this only increases the chances of me being right....as that is the central point for what i'm talking about....all JMHO...
Excellent...just excellent...
Eric, Also...Maybe you should consider hiring a part time employee to handle your "Tweeting" and Facebook posting one of these days....Canadian Minimum wage of course...as it's not that difficult...It's been a while since your last posts on both sites (Twitter/Facebook)...Social Media sites are becoming just as important to keeping your customers attention as brochures or demos...IMO...It Keeps their interest and helps them remember to pick up WC again the next time they have a stain or whatever.
For example...I bought a Dyson vacuum for my wife two weeks ago...It cost me $399 which I was very skeptical about buying due to the price and my history of buying horrible, useless, and loud vacuums...As soon as my wife tried it...she fell in love and immediately went on Facebook basically bragging to her 350+ friends about the greatness of the vacuum and better yet...The Company...Then she "Liked" their page and receives updates on everything they post....Which ensures the next time we ever need another vacuum/carpet cleaner...we will think of Dyson first...Diffence here is...You are selling a consumable...which obviously means you get repeat customers a lot faster than electronics....
We already know you do alot and understand updating SMS's is a job within itself...maybe soon...(and i'm sure you have a plan for this already)...but maybe you can ramp up your social media updates when the time comes...
Eric, Can you give the shareholders an update on the Weblog Traffic/Google analytics data? Also, if you would be kind enough to inform the shareholders of the "Google Search Engine advancement"(using the term "stain remover"...I already looked...and it has increased since your last update.
For one, the 52 week high is no where near .02...and why keep talking about the PPS from almost 2 years ago? Why not discuss or at least admit/acknowledge it has the possibility to double from here?
Can someone post a Chart of WNBD?
Best Blog of the year...I love how they are doing the demos directly in front of the paint counter...They have to be highly respected and appreciated to get that type of exposure...No big name retailer would put a product/demo in a location like that that wasn't worthy...
I would be very happy with .01 right now
Does anyone know the status/progress of the Sam's club road Show?
Re-Read my post and you should get "My point"...Don't get so defensive...I simply asked a question....as nothing has changed here in 4 months...A increase in A/S was done and a increase in PPS value was supposedly promised.... .0005 is only value to those who bought below it...to everyone else...it's a loss...The company itself may have value...which is not what I was referring to...I was referring to the PPS...which may not be to valuable to some...
Hmm...
Excellent Summary Camelion...Can't wait for this stock to get moving...
Your right....You rarely ever get a clear consensus of the company here. When any stock is in a huge downtrend....People (including myself at times) get to caught up in how much money they are losing and opinions may waiver based on emotion. Even though the negative things people say may be true, it may be only half-truth because the CEO is the only person who can fill in the remaining blanks of why things are the way they are....When any stock is in a major uptrend...you will get pipe dream posters who's opinions may be unrealistic....this all due to these cloudy minded individuals thinking the uptrend will last forever...
Only during a sideways moving stock, or extremely slow uptrend or downtrend will you ever get a clear consensus of the company itself...IMO...Conversations here have been pointless since day one and will remain that way, but for those that say it has no effect on the company, you are wrong...Eric was warned by many to never read these Message boards and IMO he should stop...NOW...Imagine the stress he goes through on a daily due to us questioning and discussing his motives....It's not worth the stress to read and then have to push forward with the company, in turn helping the very same people that bash his name...He already knows he has a strong Core of Shareholders that will ride this train off the tracks, embrace THAT and move forward...he does not need to read a board...The only logical explanation he could give to us for reading this board would be using these negative posts as Motivation Tools...However I personally do not think he needs this tool because I believe he is naturally a hard-worker who genuinely cares about others and keeping to his word. To say "i'm "just trying to get a "consensus" of what people are thinking"...is pointless because in a downtrend, you already should know...His job is just to try to remember his Core group of holders who will ride this out with him...Eric, I'm speaking directly to you now..."YOU DO NOT NEED THIS BOARD"...
For many of us in the Red...This board is all we got...Some have the stronger will-power to walk away...keep buying shares...and live their lives....but for many who still post on this board on a daily complaining...this is the only place to express their feelings..bashing the very person they need to succeed to make them happy again...and for some who adhere to "Hope" and "dreams"....this is the only place where they can combat their own personal doubts by combating the negatives....
After listening to the Interview, I had to look myself in the mirror and ask why is it that I personally still post here...And my answer was..."for various reasons"...1. To pass time as I wait for this company to make me money...and make the money I lost back...2. To combat pipe dreams with my own opinions, as I think I am always right. 3. To try to post things to push Eric's buttons, as I know he probably would read it. 4. To try to motivate/challenge Eric through harsh criticism. 5. To debate with a few posters who I have grown to dislike, as I love to debate any topic...
I felt the passion in his voice when he spoke...the stress...the needing-ness to succeed...He knows it...he wants it...and IMO...will one day get it...This year? I don't know....but for those still invested...he obviously still has your trust...whether given willingly or not...
But with all this said...I can say...I'm done now...If and when I post...It will be to give encouraging posts and not post just for the sake of it. I hope this company succeeds just like the next guy but have seen that by me posting positives or by me posting negatives...I'm not helping anything or anyone...I'm simply wasting my time on a message board for reasons that are not constructive....
Good Luck all...Good Luck Eric...Go WNBD...
We are all rooting 4 you in one way or another...
Building a business can be tiring......Just saying...
Good to know Tib...Thanks...Hoping for the best
