That helps. I had definitions, but I'm trying to get better at spotting him. It would make sense if NITE is using AUTO. Guess it will be best to keep an eye on who is really pushing shares around.

I think they will need to line their pockets and have some more for raising $$. I don't think it hurt though, cause I'm expecting dilly-icious news to come in tandem. But all speculation - there are lots of ways this could play out. We won't know till we know.

I don't think that's it. Those who bought after would be totally jacked.. Trading will probably cease or it will happen overnight and all owners will get the split. But who knows.
