Another confusing start to the day.
Looks like PFE trial has been set for 4/25.
I get that, but the confusing thing is that there have been so few shares bought below this level that I don't understand who it benefits to sell now, with so much pending re: the company's future. It isn't people making short-term profits (because the $ amount is too low to interest those people), so it's just confusing trying to figure out who's doing it.
Better than sells, but it's still worrisome that so many shares are available at this level.
Pfizer trial is slated for ten o'clock this morning. You can see from this entertaining exercise that the Pfizer legal team is not a rookie in the NY Supreme Court.
Go to the NY site page:
http://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/webcivil/FCASSearch?param=P
Use the search function and search by plaintiff, putting "Intellect Neuroscience" in the search bar. You should get one results.
Now, go back and search by defendant, and put "Pfizer" in the search bar. How many results did you get?
You picked a great time to be loading up.
Well they are meeting right now, so hopefully we'll get to see a decision on the seal order sometime today.
Yeah, they're just arguing about whether or not to honor the confidentiality agreement or make the agreement public. I think Pfizer will probably get the seal order, but that doesn't mean anything to the suit. They'll still have to go to trial to determine whether Pfizer breached contract or not.
I never understand what's happening with this stock. Who just sold 80K at .0152? Why that price, why now? All this strange behavior.
Appearances in the PFE case are scheduled for Monday and Wednesday of next week. Especially important will be the judge's ruling on motion to dismiss.
Who is selling these shares today?
PFE filed motion to dismiss the case yesterday. The judge is currently reviewing. Everyone cross your fingers.
Pfizer lawyers filed lots of documentation and a motion to dismiss the complaint yesterday. I can't access the supporting documents online, but the appearance date is set for 2/11, so we should learn more then.
According to the most recent court document filed, it looks like defendants have pushed the motion to February 11.
I believe 10-Q should be out mid-month, as well.
Shouldn't we be expecting an update from the defense in the Pfizer case early next week?
This hasn't been a whole lot of fun to follow in 2013.
Why do you think it supports that theory?
8-K out.
This might explain the selloff yesterday when news didn't come about the suit.
I look like PFE was supposed to respond by 1/16, then it got moved to 1/28, and now they've agreed to push it to 2/4. So we should see something posted by 2/4.
I would enjoy the volume more if the price were moving in the other direction.
Any idea what's prompting the selloff this morning? I am jealous of all the people getting those .016's.
How many shares is everyone holding here? I've been building my position slowly at these levels, and I'm sitting at about 425K. It will be temping to flip at the first decent spike, but I'll try to stay strong and hold long.
A little bit of buying action today. I hope this means that some sort of news is on the horizon.
That might be true, but the ask still dropped yesterday afternoon and this morning, so I consider the momentum lost until further notice. Hopefully that notice will be awesome news, and hopefully it will be soon.
And...back down. Looks like some of our recent buyers were expecting news they didn't get yet.
What news are you awaiting? Disclosure of the financial terms of the Lonza deal?
I'm definitely a believer in the enormous potential here, but if this jumps over a dime, it'd be hard for me not to sell my position for a healthy profit.
At what price would you be unable to resist selling?
Anyone know what's going on here?
Something's gotta give. I've been loading at these levels, waiting for some big news. This is a bargain price to start a position here.
Good point. And to think that you can get in on this right now for less than two cents per share.
Awesome news. I think our best bet at this point could be a buyout; I don't know if ILNS has the resources to defend every licensing agreement a big pharma company might refuse to honor. However, if someone wants to absorb the patent rights themselves and manage the licenses in the future, I'm all for it.
Are we expecting any interesting new/results soon?
I don't know about that (it's still only, what $12K in volume?) but it certainly is interesting to be getting this kind of volume after such a long lull.
They always file, but never on time, so I doubt this means anything.
Awesome. Now if they can just defend the license agreements...
Still looks like OTCQB to me...
Thanks for the deep analysis. There is a lot of demand for shares in the .016-.018 range, so it would take a major sell-off to drop below that point, which I doubt is coming without bad news.
Obviously, the best possible news today would be if Pfizer settles, but that's doubtful to happen anytime soon.
Does anyone know if details of the license agreement are available anywhere?
