its actually disgusting that people can just increase to whatever amount of shares they want, change the rate at what they convert at, and then are free to do whatever they want with. It's like rigging a lottery and just winning over and over.

Back in 2007 when they did an RS, it was adopted by the company on Nov 12th, the amendment was filed Nov 26th, and the pdf went live on Dec 6th. This was 5 business days (7 if the Thurs/Fri count over thanksgiving) and 9 full days later.

Currently it is 7 business days and 9 full days later from the March 1st event filed. Step ya game up Sunbiz!

So.. As of Tuesday, they updated the address to the Arizona location, yet no one has been at the arizona location for months. It's so weird, because I remember myself doing some DD to find out that no one is there, and then was told that I am dumb and that they are already setting up in Utah somewhere.

From the promoter 3 weeks ago: "The office space listed was only temporary. The space was leased initially because the HQ move to Scottsdale was initially decided by Dennis Fisher but before it was known for a fact that Micheal Burton was going to take over (there were a few different plans being worked at the time). But would they go after the pockets that are lined with cash from the all that money lost. I mean even I bought in the day before the 'dividend' just to hope for a pop to flip, but that 50day-promo was just a giant BS festival. AT least it only cost me 2 commissions.
