off base as in one minute claiming we are being uplisted, only to be complete wrong, then a week later saying goal 1 getting otcbb, repeat.
Then all this controlled buy in is nothing more than pure fantasy.
Enough lies and all credibility is lost, although why any was there in the first place is beyond me.
So incredibly off base its comical
highest legal short interest since the reopen, interesting. Of course that doesn't factor in the billions of phantom shares the shorts and market makers are peddling around.

STOX, theres just too many. It seems like every week we are either being uplisted, or at job one, getting uplisted.
Funny that no where in wiki does it mention anything about his shady past. There have been several recent allegations they went short companies, then were making up rumors trying to slame share price.
Very similar to Spongetech
Is Stevie Cohen of SAC the naked short in spongetech? Anyone else hearing that rumor?

Excellent idea, I'll email SM about that right now, giving awesomebummer credit.
This dog has given almost everything since its pop back on the 21st. Not a healthy sign. Looking for this company to go bust and put an end to all the destruction they've been a part of.
Wait, your really onto something. You can give them spongetech bath sponges, which would be very easy for them to use at a drinking fountain. WOW, excellent idea. This is similar to the idea spongetech had when the suggested use for the armed forces who do not have access to a shower.
Good work and I will do that in addition. Thanks.
Can you please provide a link to that "law"? What if for example in the contract with the mets, the mets had to guarantee a certain amount of attendance or tv time? If they did not hold up to that, it does seem fair that spongetech would be in the right holding payment while they worked out the details.
To compare a dispute after a 2 year relationship, over details in a contract, and bank robbery is just childish.
WRONG
Are you suggesting I barter with them? I pay 500 Shares of SPNG for 3 bluegill? Problem is I wouldn't be able to give them the certificates because they are already all owned, and it would be impossible for my broker to deliver them to me.
I'll just make myself a deal now, when this works out, I'll spend the afternoon walking around sharing some of my winnings with the homeless.
Well I guess you are correct, I guess the offical name I guess is dusable harbor, however its usually refered to as the yacht club. Regardless, I plan on dropping some Spongetech boat sponges off come spring, it'll be nice to walk by and see them using them on a regular basis when they see how wonderful they are. And no, I never see any homeless down at the harbor.

Thats funny, because there are no boat slips there, nor are there any homeless.
Agreed, that blue color of the sponge is extraordinary. Not only do you wash and wax your boat in 1/3rd of the time, but you'll look pretty good when your doing it.
Truly a great man, I wish I could fill his shoes but besides lacking his incredible energy and excitement, my hair line and facial hair are no match for the legend.
If Spongetech would have picked up Mays no doubt we would have been on NASDAQ already, the man was magic. You know my initial thoughts when I found out about his death, and I’m sure I’m not the only person who thought this, was that the naked shorts had something to do with it. As crazy as it sounds, that was my initial thought, this guy would have been game over for shorty as he sold sponges like it was no buddies business.
The fact that they were on Reg show for as long as they were proves naked shorts. While only 20M may have come up on the highest day, the rest are hid through washed trades, the frankfurt exchange, and a few other tricks the Naked Shorts and their primary market maker use.
You'll see in the end.
Demise=Coming out with 2 new products in a month????
I can't imagine how much better sales are doing since June when we were trading 28 cents. The "demise", is nothing more than the effect casued by counterfeit flooding the market thanks to the naked shorts. But that is a two way street, and when the life is squeezed out of them you'll see what i'm talking about.
Do you have any idea how much time and pain this is going to save boat owners? To first wash a boat, constantly dipping your sponge in a bucket of soap vs just squeezing the spongetech sponge. Next the issue of waxing, since the wax is already included, its applied as you wash, one and done. VS having to go over the boat a second time applying the wax, and then a third time buffing the wax off. In the hot summer sun, give me a break, this is going to be the standard in cleaning boats.
There is a boat harbor right across from my place, and there are 5 in Chicago. I actually have a buddy that works at one, not only am I going to give him a few, I’m going to drop a couple off at each harbor when we get closer to summer. This is going to be huge.
Mets Lawsuit Information.
I found this, and noticed that spongetech had a deal with the Mets in 2008 for advertising. Notice there was no lawsuit or issues with that season, however for some reason in 2009 the checks either bounced or were held. So what does this say? Is spongetech really out of cash, or more likely holding payment because of a dispute with the Mets about them holding up their side of the contract?
Also, why havn't more Teams had problems with spongetech if we are "bouncing checks"????
I think its pretty safe to assume that there is a legitimate reason why sponetech hasn't paid the mets, and that has to deal with SPNG feeling the Mets didn't hold up on their end. The fact no other teams besides MSG, have come forward with complaints further adds weight to this argument. As does the fact spongetech had business with the Mets the year prior without any problems.

That is just completly false. Taikone is Dicon Pacifc which is Dicon.
So they named themselves Taikone (which is conveniently pronounced the same as "Dicon") and became a competitor.
Did you ever watch this video? I like reviews from people who are not associated with the company, via MGMT or stock long/short/or(especially if they are just bitter about PPS).
What a great job it does!
Yeah, me neither.
i'm pretty sure its a crime in itself to accuse someone of being a convicted felon when they are indeed not.
The only pages worth reading of that are pages 64-70. My personal favorites on pages 68 and 69. Hilarious. I love that we have a bulldog like doug fighting for us longs in spongetech. Hes not the type of guy that is going to get jerked around.
GO SPONGETECH.
I hope your not trying to claim the shorts have covered.
LOL, don't forget the spongetech Football too Mingy!!!!
Agreed. And now we own Dicon, so its that much better.
Long And Strong.
Not sure if you saw, but we are now carried in quite a few major retail chains now, think costco among others. But that really has nothing to do with it, we are talking about the product, not ones expectations as far as growth in retail space. I would bet there is a zero correlation betweens children’s satisfaction with the spongebob sponge, and the share price.
Everyone I’ve talked to and bought spongetech spongebob sponges for their kids absolutely loves them.
I knew a fund Marc Faber is now with could be spun into something negitive.
Great point, I'll have to order some more spongebobs this week. Thanks!
That’s just slanderous and completely false.
hahaha, so where did the rest of the 150M go?????/
Yeah, I'm sure buffett wastes his time making deals with scam companies, LOL! Honestly, the attacks are so telling, our market cap is less than $8M based on the 200M os figure.
If spongetech had fake sales revenues, where did they get the money for this??
SpongeTech Acquires Dicon Technologies
All cash deal valued at $4.45 million.
SpongeTech Delivery Systems, Inc. acquired Dicon Technologies (“Dicon”), a company that specializes in research and development of products derived from hydrophilic urethane chemistry. SpongeTech acquired Dicon for $4.45 million in cash only.
Furthermore, if spongetech was a giant scam, why would MGMT be spending money to build the business??? According to the scam theory, wouldn't it make more sense if SM funneled money to RME which SM runs, and take the funds out of RME? Perhaps then leave the country? No, instead the money is being used to expand and improve the company.
Long and strong, excited for our day when we blow the naked shorts out and finally acchive a fair market price.

According to SpongeTech, the Company has immediately picked up approximately $10 million in revenues and approximately $1.5 million in pre-tax earning from the acquisition.
Dicon currently sells various products including private label brands for multiple industries through established channels of distribution in the U.S., including traditional food, drug and mass market stores such as CVS, Walgreens, Kmart and Wal-mart as well as direct sales to large commercial clients; all of which SpongeTech intends to immediately utilize. In addition to the U.S. distribution, Dicon currently has distribution in Asia.
“Due to the overwhelming increase in sales and demand for our products, we felt the best interest for the company was to acquire Dicon,” said SpongeTech’s CEO, Michael Metter. “The acquisition of Dicon benefits SpongeTech along multiple parallels. With this acquisition, SpongeTech will obtain the technology that we have had exclusive rights to utilize in the manufacturing of our products and enable a more efficient and expeditious R&D process for the expanding of our product lines. In addition, SpongeTech will acquire all current and future products within Dicon’s portfolio.”
“We are energized at the potential unleashed by the union of our two companies,” commented SpongeTech’s COO, Steven Moskowitz. “The growth of the company has given us the ability to acquire Dicon without dilution. We believe that this acquisition places SpongeTech in an excellent position to maximize the value of our company and its future.”
Established in 1975, Dicon Technologies has been researching, developing and producing some of the most innovative and successful products for multiple industries including agriculture, cosmetic, household and medical.
