Looks like most of the posters are now starting to get frustrated with the lack of transparency from the company.....it has been said many times on this board that PQ is in business to sell shares, much the same as he has always done with any other company that he has been involved in.......SFMI and its connecting company are structured in a way that PQ will make money if they sell gold or he will make money if they do not sell gold......with these companies he also has all his family members sitting on the gravy train with him......do they care if the share holders profit......Ha, the business is all about selling shares and share holders buy shares= dilution and the family cashes thier cheques......does SFMI have any income.....none to date.....I wonder,can CH11 be far off......the light is starting to flash for many of the longs as well.....as I see it....

The current share price for SFMI at .18 is much closer to .06 than it is to $1.00 therefore it may be an opportunity for those waiting with dry powder......perhaps the company feels the same way and thats the reason for no numbers on the smelter returns....just a thought, however I think it is more likely that the numbers are not good and thats the reason they have not released them......I wonder if you could get that "i" fixed on your keypad...would make it much easier to read your posts.....just a thought.......JMHO

Investing at any level is all done with percentages, you know that little funny looking icon %%%%%%%%%.......it don't matter what you invest in, that little icon is always there.....accounts are set up using a % for blue chips, a % for trading, a % for high risk, a % for commoditties or many other investment options..... a % of different folks do it a % of a % of ways......in each % another % will always be used to detemine what % of each % will net profit.......as a % of the folks on this board will feel that I have lost a large % of my marbles, I must remind you that unless we all can learn how to use that single little icon to our advantage, then we will lose a large % of our investing capital......and also that little icon will change every hour, every day, every month, every year or every 10 years.....so there, my friends is the short and long of it...as I see it......

It is also another good reason to stay away from the larger size bars.....I have probably added as much to my collection as anyone in the last 20 months and it has all been in the smaller size rounds and bars, nothing over 10 ounce.....my reason has always been that I believe the price is going to be upwards of $500/ounce within 10 years.....now at that price there will be a very small market for 100/ounce bars.....if we look back to gold say when it was at $250/ounce, there were very few buyers of the 80/ounce bars, or even further back when it was $37/ounce...in those days folks just simply did not have $3000 bucks to invest in an 80/ounce gold bar......I have even puchased a large amount of 1/2 ounce silver rounds last summer when I got a price that was less than I would have had to pay for 10 ounce size at the time.....and yes...I am still going to add a bit more....currently awaiting some 2011 Eagles that should have been shipped on Fri.....I really don't see anyway they can stop silver from reaching the levels I have predicted, given the demand and supply over the time......

The fact of the matter is, a major announcement like todays PR and the share price is down a point and volume is well below 2 million.....investors want the numbers from the smelter.....they are all aware that no companies have ever made money processing old mining companies leftovers.....if there is ever going to be an increase in the s/p the company is going to have to start providing info about what the h#@l they are doing....no one knows what has been happening at the mill for the last 6-8 months other than one tiny batch of concentrate shipped to a smelter and no numbers available on the metal content in that batch......the proof is in the numbers.....as I see it...

Yes it is truly remarkable,the progress that has been made at the mill site......however we should be cautioned by the fact that this is a tiny little mill in a metal building with a few single length conveyors placed around from a trailer mounted screener....all of this equipment could be moved and set up circus fashion in a matter of days.....there is a few older trucks sitting around that are used for transporting the tailings down the mountain and a used wheel loader for loading the trucks....now there is one thing I am curious about and that is the stock pile of piping of some sort that has been piled in the yard....don't know what the end use is for this stuff but it just may be the answer to all of the questions of late on the board....nice pic....JMHO

We also have an Equity Committee that has been working extremely hard for the shareholders.....CH11 is the state of the company at this time and it is a process that is controlled by the courts and can be long,slow and with many hurdles....however it is also the process that can turn the company around and get them back in operation......it is in no way helpfull or productive to continue to harp on the negative aspects of the past and spew forth comments that would have folks believe that all of the current management and people involved in the process are lying to us....the process requires patience and support from all of us as shareholders if we are going to see this thing progress to equitable outcome in the end.....the folks on the ESHC have gone above and beyond all that is required of them and are to be commended for the work they have done so far in helping the CH11 process.....as I see it....

Perhaps it would be better to show a little more respect for the members of the Equity Committee and appreciate the way they have been keeping the shareholders updated so far.....the one thing that everyone must remember is that the Committee is restricted by the Court as to just what they can release to the public....all the public info is available in the court docs and does not need clarification by anyone from the committee.....we should appreciate that Chuck has been devoting countless hours just clarifying and posting info on this board.....if we are to keep asking for info that can not be released and whinning and moaning about any thing that is released, we are going to find that this stream of info will soon dry up all together.....just because they are members of the Equity Committee, they are under no obligation whatever to supply info to a message board.....you never find this type of transparency in any other CH11, or at least I have never witnessed it, and I can say I very much appreciate all the time that Chuck and the committee has put forward just to keep us in the loop......who knows,CPRKQ could just be the best bet we ever made and it could happen any day or.....as I see it....

I like your old fashioned characteristics.......sorry I have been AWOL for awhile, but to many seasoned investors it is easy to see the reason that I have not been wasting any time on SFMI board....just take a look at today's PR and the answer is quite obvious......folks have been waiting for weeks now for a PR stating the smelter results and today they issue a PR that say's nothing that folks didn't already know and also goes all fluffy about what may or may not happen in 2011.....very much like everything else that is put forward by this company "it may or may not happen or it may or may not be fact"......one thing that is fact and that is that SFMI does not own War Eagle Mountain, in fact they only have rights or claims to a very small percentage of the mining rights on War Eagle Mountain.....many of the posts are written in a way that would lead new investors to believe that SFMI owns the entire mountain......the whole truth up to this point is that SFMI has no revenue, thats a big fat 0, none and claims of buying back shares at this time are false....the claims of a buyout at outrageous numbers like $5 or even $12 per share are also totally bogus......there is nothing to buyout...the PR does say a lot, however people must read it carefully to find what it is really saying.......JMO

Sorry Jenna, you got it wrong again...I am an athiest, I am just a common sense trader and I can see there is just nothing here at this time that warrants a PR.....one thing the company can not do is make up false info and present it in a PR to the shareholders just to keep them happy.....it is what it is and to any folks who have invested in CGFIA, they must have done some DD before they purchased the shares.....now they must have the patience to see that investment to the end.....in my case I traded into a free position as I try to do on any of the subs and now I sit and wait till the next run.....unless it dips signifigantly, where I may buy more......it is what it is and it is all spec and each of us choose our own trading patterns.....however we can not expect a company release PR's for no reason.....thats just kinda the gist I am getting from some of the posts on this board....I very rarely post on any boards, but I got a little P-oed at all the yammmerring on here for a fluff PR.....as I see it...

Both Apmex and Gainsville have schedualled shipping dates for Jan 14/11 on the 2011 Eagles....the only reason I paid such a premium over Maples or signature bullion is because of the anticipated shortage of blanks at the US Mint.....lets see how the new law works out....I doubt very much if they will be able to satisfy consumer demand for the 2011 Eagles....as I see it....

Jenna, sorry you must have mis read my post....I have no intention of sending e-mails or making phone calls and I and dead set against any corespondence whatever with members on the opposing team.......there are many times that companies get behind in thier predictions and correspondence with shareholders and it can be for thousands of different reasons that can not even be disclosed to the shareholders at a specific time.....to keep calling and e-mailing the officer's of the company in times like this,only adds to the delays....most companies will release info in a PR when that info is available and has been approved by legal to be released as public info.....patience is the single most desireable asset in any traders portfolio.....as I see it....

I am not sure what the exact number of shareholders is in CGFIA, however I do know that if every share holder is consistantly playing armchair quarterback and calling the board members all the time, they are only causing disruption and interferencce......and now in CFGIA circumstance we also have some that are presenting ideas to the other team.......in the 30+ years that I have traded in the markets, I have never made a phone call to a board member of any stock I owned or was thinking of buying......all the info is available to the shareholders on the 10K's 8K's 10Q's and company websites or research of all the filings......an officer of the company can not supply you with any more info than is available to the public in the filings.....that is the law, so it is a total waste of time to be continually calling the company directors or worse to be calling the other team and trying to get your ideas accepted.....these folks are elected to these positions because they are thought to be the best to handle the job at hand and most likely have done thorough research on all of the concepts available to the project at hand......can you imagine the disruption of thousands of phone calls and e-mails.....things will move much faster if they are left alone and allowed to do the job they were elected to do....as I see it...

If you are ordering from Apmex..check the pricing again....if you order by the tube they are more than ordering by single coins....now if you order singles and your order is for more than 20 they come in tubes anyway.....I am trying for 500 and there is a $250 difference singles are $16135 and tubes are $16385....thats the same in smaller amounts .50 per coin savings....they may be available on Jan 14 but I think we will have to wait longer than that from what I am hearing.....

Hey HL, my days in Apollo go back prior to the construction of the mill at Black Fox.....they were in a JV on Montana Tunnels when I first purchased stock in Apollo and in the process of obtaining financing and permitting Black Fox......with the merge and change at the top and the destruction of the hedge we are now in an extremely favorable growth position.....there are many years of production at Black, Grey and Pikes as well as the new mill in Sask....and then we also have Mexico and the Dominican as well as any other tie ins they are moving on.....BRD will be one of the big boys in a few years....

Well I know one thing for sure and that is that I am going to be very well off from my physical holdings in silver long before it ever reaches the value of todays gold.....I knew all along that I had made the right decision to accumulate large quantities, especially over the last 18 months....however it was never my intention to create more wealth for myself, it was to leave for my kids.....I still don't know if I will ever sell any,even if it did go to unimaginable numbers, cause for one thing I don't know how many years I have left....I remember, about 2 years ago I was telling friends that silver could go as high as $500/oz in 15 years.....with all that has been happening in the last 12 months I may just have to change that forecast a little bit,cause really my friends, in Jan/10 I thought silver might close out the year at about $23/oz.......never in my wildest dreams did I think we would make it to almost $31/oz.....I made a lot of money on all that $15 17 20 21 23 and even 25 and 28 dollar silver I bought not to mention the stuff I got for $8.00 8.50 and even some as far back as $4.00 heck I even got a bunch of proof sets this year, thanks to Orca and Hanglong for steering me in that direction.....and that my friends is why I am up so damn late tonight, after I got home fom party I was on e-bay looking around at the coins and proof set and silver state quarters just to see how well I done on those......it is unbelievable what has happened to our bright shiny metal this year and all indications look like 2011 will be just as good or even better......no we have not reached the top and I don't think we can even see the top from here......yes I will be buying more at least until we can see JP Morgan start to crawl.....China will be the wild card...as I see it...
