EIGH has the following abilities:
To sell T-Shirts (also owns the cotton mill)
To run a casino
To sell and manage Real Estate
To sell and consult Fashion
To run and operate a Modeling Agency
so a little more than just T-Shirts. Please look at the website.

I wait with bated breath for what the next 3 weeks will be.
I think Friday will be epic...start of the 4th quarter...maybe whatever this is will finally sink in DEEP with those that have been playing out of bounds.
We wait and watch.
Seems that the rabbit holes are almost all dug up.
Soon...quiet...then bellowed laughter will fill the halls as we tell the tale of the Lil' E. The chapters are all falling in place. What will your final chapter say?
Carry on Brothers.

so is EIGH experiencing the notorious "BEAR SHAKE"?
EIGH...massive volume today. Can't believe we are being dumped on here. LOL
Have a fun day EIGHers!

i thought this would be more fun...but it is what it is...
i must sleep now.
good night den.
post 64697 and post 64706
or do you not read an entire post before you answer?
please read your responses too.
Again, you did not answer my question and you are ignoring the word "consideration"
I guess if the shoe fits.
Good Night Janice.

tell me where money has exchanged here?
I am saying that it is *possible* that no new debt was incurred...please stay on topic and don't twist my words.
what are you saying?
Did you put "Consideration" into your magical orb as well?
There is a large cult of people in this world that practice the black magic known as "finance"
some of them go here:
www.law.yale.edu/cbl/jd_phd.htm
and to think, all they had to do was go to:
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/financing
they could have saved themselves a lot of time and money.
Thank you for your time and infinite wisdom.
hmmm...financing is applying the science of managing money, depending on the uniqueness of the financing model they have used, it is possible that EIGH did not "take a loan"
I've seen some pretty amazing things from people with humble beginnings being able to leave a "Legacy" behind.
Consideration comes in many forms.
I digress.
or 2.
;o)
“Now it’s time to see who has the heart. Now is the time to prove to yourselves and to everyone out there that even though you are locked up, you are somebody. You are worthy of something… Are you ready to go out there and take what’s yours? What you’ve worked hard for? Are you ready to accept this challenge?”
who remembers WHODINI?
did you know that the mods can update your STATUS.
I did not, but I do now.
good morning board...
got my shares tucked away. I loved the cheapies yesterday! Can't believe I was able to average DOWN.
try not to engage the noise today...they really add no value and are easy to bring irrelevent garbage, but yet somehow seem on topic (well, that's MY opinion since most of those posts remain)
should be a good day Tater!
ahhhhhh man.........no fun
i want to play even though you all say no...
pppfffffffffftttttt.
fine...I guess this 1 time, I will act like a grown up. Plus the fact that I don't want to be deposed in the near future.
LOL
I will now put down the scissors before I run.

so...i don't have pm so i will ask here.
is SHE the REAL DEAL or just some sap that took up the name?
if so...I'm flattered by her presence.
"o)
would you be asking the same question if the PPS was $7?
probably not.
In case you did not read some of the recent PR's...Monk's Den is going to clobber the projected Divy expense alone... take a peak at what else EIGH does.
eom
twas a joke...my bad JT.
they make medicine for that.
have a grand day.
dude............massive dumping
Naked Short Selling is Illegal.
No lists are going to show the actual NSS out there.
That is what makes this play on EIGH so Beautiful...because the MM's keep the stocks in a state of liquidity, the "air shares" are never revealed. They are hidden in the transactions (buys vs sells...remember, all buys are sells, and all sells are buys...so they could be represented either way), and since there is really no regulations on the OTC, there is no one to hold anyone accountable.
The dividend FORCES the settlement and delivery of all "REAL SHARES"...EIGH is forcing the accounting of shares.
Don't think all these people that are new to the board are here to save you. There are posts that have nothing to do with EIGH. Do your own DD, but do it on EIGH...just because what happened w/ stock xyz years ago has no bearing on THIS STOCK.
EIGH is starting to become more of a "fundamental play" by the way they have been changing the business plan and model. The previous thought was a "Team" concept...and still is, but this might be one you hold onto past the squeeze.
In my opinion of course.
GLTA!
repost...be we got some new friends here today![/b
That picture was sent to me by a friend...and then we photoshopped Pistol Pete (U of Wyoming Mascot) into it and sent to our friends who support the Colorado State Rams...which is weird because I went to Northern Colorado...but I like the pokes and support the yellow and brown during the "Border War".
I have hit a few critters though...a porcupine, a deer, and a black bear (just clipped him, he was all right, ripped off my mirror)...but I grew up in the mountains...so there was a lot more opportunities to do that than for most...we had to drive 45 miles 1 way to see a movie....25 miles 1 way to school...so we were on the road a ton.
We hunt mule deer, elk, and antelope. Before kids...I fished almost everday...since I was 12 to age 26. Now I am lucky to wet a line 5 times a year.

Hi Nicole,
I love BC, beautiful country...I remember going there for the Worlds Expo when I was a young kid.
I don't have PM...and am too damn cheap to pay for a subscription.
around 80k through etrade...as of today. Could change...soon too.

great post.
The basis of this play is like no other...and from experience...wrapping your head around it...is...well...hard.
I get it though. I have been lurking around for a while...and the "TEAM" is strong. And thier message has been consistant, which is why I was willing to take such a large position.
I am like a child at Christmas waiting for Santa to come.
This is going to be grEIGHt!!!!
Welcome to all the NEW Names On the Board...stick around...this is going to get interesting.
here is some info I found online...it appears to be correct
http://options-trading-tutorial.org/does-non-us-citizens-have-to-pay-taxes-in-united-states-for-capital-gains-from-trading-options-forex-futures
The tax implications for a foreign investor will depend on whether that person is classified as a resident alien or a non-resident alien. To be considered a non-resident alien, a person must meet several guidelines. First of all, the person cannot have had a green card at any time during the relevant tax reporting period and cannot have resided in the U.S. for more than 183 days in the past three years, including the current reporting period.
However, non-U.S. citizens who hold green cards and have been in the U.S. for more than 183 days are classified as resident aliens for tax purposes and are subject to different guidelines than non-resident aliens. If you fall under the non-resident alien category and the only business you have in the U.S. is in investments (stocks, mutual funds, commodities) within a U.S. dollar-denominated brokerage firm or other agent, you are subject to the following tax guidelines. In terms of capital gains, non-resident aliens are subject to no U.S. capital gains tax, and no money will be withheld by the brokerage firm. This does not mean, however, that you can trade tax free – you will likely need to pay capital gains tax in your country of origin.
In terms of dividends, non-resident aliens face a dividend tax rate of 30% on dividends paid out by U.S. companies. However, they are excluded from this tax if the dividends are paid by foreign companies or are interest-related dividends or short-term capital gain dividends. This 30% rate can also be lower depending on the treaty between your home country and the U.S., so it is important that you contact your brokerage firm to verify the rate. If you are a resident alien and hold a green card or satisfy the resident rules (183 days), you are subject to the same tax rules as any U.S. citizen.
yes...you do, but your broker probably has the information.
The taxes for you will be about 30% withholding...but....if this is your only US income and you are under a certain amount...it is very possible that you will have no tax consequences.
this dividend is small (but at least we are getting one!)...and really, unless you have over 2.5 million shares...don't be too worried about it.
why thanks...can I start a tab?
after the beating I took today...this is what daddy needed.
nice place you all have here.
man...I need a beer...that is was brought me here...

HockEIGH could be the new UnderArmour...
I wonder what the quality of EIGH's cotton mill is capable of...maybe we could expand...a hockey clothing company from Barbados...sweet.
I am not a basher, hater, dumper, pumper nothing...I own LOTS of this stock...

EIGH ~ updated s.s. per transfer agent:
8000 uh4 1537
**Please note as of 04-15-2010 there are 143,824,000 shares outstanding for this company with 138,824,000 shares free trading and 5,000,000 shares restricted and 700,000,000 shares authorized.
so...isn't the float more than 77 million?
Isn't this a good thing? Volume is what we need to start this coaster...the flippers will slow it down on the BACKSIDE, but once it's on...it's on
Good Afternoon,
So I just called Signature Stock Transfer, (972) 612-4120, and I left a message for Jason to email me some more information.
I spoke to a lady who indicated that this request from EIGH for the w9s is new (as of yesterday, i agreed)...
she said typically in a dividends situation the stock company issues a check (1 check) to each broker (Etrade, Scott, etc) and then your Broker divys it out appropriately...
but she said that there is something different about the handling on this stock and said that she will need to have Jason give more information...because she was not entirely sure about what is going on here...
so we wait.
Thanks...
not much needed to push this up.
I am all out of ammo though.
good morning Bill, anyway you could gives us a glimpse of the L2?
thanks for all you do.
~bgp
BTW...MOST transfer agents handle the recordkeeping for the shares and maintain shareholder lists.
my point exactly...w/o your SSN, no reason for a w9
the w9, also called the "Request for Taxpayer
Identification Number and Certification"
Certification
Under penalties of perjury, I certify that:
1. The number shown on this form is my correct taxpayer identification number (or I am waiting for a number to be issued to me),
and I am not subject to backup withholding because: (a) I am exempt from backup withholding, or (b) I have not been notified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that I am subject to backup withholding as a result of a failure to report all interest or dividends, or (c) the IRS has notified me that I am no longer subject to backup withholding, and
3. I am a U.S. citizen or other U.S. person (defined below).
Certification instructions. You must cross out item 2 above if you have been notified by the IRS that you are currently subject to backup withholding because you have failed to report all interest and dividends on your tax return. For real estate transactions, item 2 does not apply.
For mortgage interest paid, acquisition or abandonment of secured property, cancellation of debt, contributions to an individual retirement arrangement (IRA), and generally, payments other than interest and dividends, you are not required to sign the Certification, but you must provide your correct TIN. See the instructions on page 4.
