Hey Oneinamillion just wondering what price you figured EESO to be at with the projected sales at 2009 year end? This was my take on it just wondering what you see?

I put this together for a Private message that I received and figured I would share it with the board as well the question was

I am an investor that like most is very high on eeso! However, where can we honestly go when there is 1.6 billion outstanding shares. How will we ever get good shareholder value before a billion share are taken out of circulation? Please convince me.

So this is the way I see it

Below is a chart on CLX (clorox) they have a P/E ratio of 14.5 and the Personal & Household Prods. Industry has a P/E ratio of 13.7

As stated by Jared at the open house when asked about profit margin he said that 50-55 percent sounded about right and some formulas would be even higher

Projected sales of 136mil using a 50 percent profit margin gives EESO 68mil in profit so take that and divide it by the number of outstanding shares of 1.688bil and you get .0402 multiply that by the13.7 P/E ratio of the Personal & Household Prods Industry and we get a projected share price of .5507 cents at the end of 2009 and that is using the way I see it low end figures

OK so Jared is at the top collecting $$$$$ is that going into his pocket or is that profit for EESO (Shareholders profit)

You said that right when this company will be worth at least .55 by years end just based on the 136mil projected sales

EESO CEO QUESTION??? Exactly what is the Profit margin that EESO will receive from WOW GREEN? If they Have 1 Billion in sales what dollar amount would EESO Get in return?

I hope that a lot of the shares being traded today are ending up in the hands of the LONGS PPL that can see the value in EESO for the long term as that IMO will help us gain in PPS

I don't want to turn this into something about CLX was just using them as an example it was the closest thing that I could think of to EESO to prove they may have a lot of O/S out but we can still make $$$$$$ and yes I do believe EESO will make a lot more money and that .55 cents to be a low end PPS

No sorry Jim we decided to leave the cut-outs in Indiana so we could use them for the next open house...... Everyone this is a real company I took a day off from work and took almost a 7Hr trip to verify that EESO was really there and it is and IMO looks like a very very good investment

They only talked about it quickly as one of a few other countries they are getting into (Laos, Japan, S. Korea, Vetitnam) But I looks great for EESO and us shareholders......Spelling may not be the best right now but its time for bed talk to you all soon

All I have to say about the open house and the wow green presentaion is if you don't own this stock yet BUY BUY BUY and if you are invested into EESO BUY BUY BUY...... IMO this is going to be HUGE
