My guess is 3rd qtr fins that are due filing by Nov 15 are what the deadline surrounds.
With the placement done, ZIVO prolly has enough to show compliance for 1 qtr .... maybe ... maybe not. But wouldn't last beyond that which doesn't get filed til March 2024. Either way ... mgmt not talking so they are fostering more fear which is idiotic if you intend another raise. Dawson James gonna be involved in a raise for ZIVO ? Allowing your stock to nosedive into the ground is a monster mistake regardless of a positive outcome to trials.
Amigo Mike
Weazel,
There was an S3 already filed in July and declared effective. I'm not sure the S1 or another raise is needed but the way the stock is acting, it sure isn't looking good.
Complete mismanagement of expectations and investor communications so it is understood what the projections are for.just about everything.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Yeah, nobody would care to buy this stock for what it has going on right now. Too long of a wait, too long not commercializing a product candidate and too little information and delivery. What's worse is mgmt can't or won't quantify the market potential of a vertical. Like did Payne say how much revenue ZIVO expects to generate on commercializing the dried algae ? Nope. Has Payne ... other than rather general numbers, offered the market potential of a ZIVO chicken candidate ? Also timelines and steps become fuzzy over time assuming tests are good.
I will say ... that I have owned baby biotech/baby pharmas like this in the past that never ever seem to get it done and test after test etc .... years burning cash .... and then 1 day ... it all changes. MDRXA and CYPB come to mind. One bought out for $2+ billion .... the other a couple hundred million. I'm sure there were one or two others ... Ah ... ANTX .... although they went down the tubes but scored and sold on a pump of one of their candidates that went way too far. Long agonizing years waiting.
ZIVO takes the cake though ... taking something known to work for decades and taking literally decades to commercialize 1 vertical ..... using industry known processes .... nothing proprietary except the algae strain itself which has been known for years.
So mgmt seems to be offering the bare minimum info. Slow to deliver. All adds up to weak stock price and negative investor sentiment.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Frankly ..... 'm not sure why anyone would buy it based on what is known right now. Mgmt has basically continued the Dahl BS ..... silence, no comms, failing to deliver in timely fashion. Why should anyone buy the stock ? I mean what have they done to attract investors to the stock in the last 2 years ?
Commercializing the dried algae is certainly a positive but limited production ...... with a nobody distributor selling under self branded name that no one knows about. Chickens .... maybe. Is big animal pharma still on board ? Short on money and risk of Nasdaq delisting.
I mean c'mon .... what's not to like eh ? LOL You're not excited about Dawson James ? LOL
Amigo Mike
No one excited to see ZIVO presenting at Dawson James Small Cap Growth Conference in a couple weeks ?
https://www.meetmax.com/sched/event_95107/__co-list_cp.html
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2023/09/21/2747379/0/en/Dawson-James-Securities-Announces-October-Date-for-8th-Annual-Small-Cap-Growth-Conference.html
I can see Marchiando and Payne rolling out the same old tired presentation.
Wonder how or why they got this gig ??? Aren't going to have final results in hand. Soooooooo ........ I mean the exposure is nice but if you are going to stay silent for several more months ..... what's the point ??
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Yeah .... it's surely been quite a while.
I don't really wanna hold for the "long term" any more. It's already past long term.
Get the chicken tests done and licensed and sell the company. Can't imagine ZIVO taking years more to test and commercialize another product vertical and hold through all that.
Amigo Mike
I'd be careful thinking the test will be under the same conditions .... surely close but i expect there will be differences.
Regardless there are some nice nuggets in there .... like they used product from the same batch from the trial that failed and got positive results from that batch ... as well as others ... validating some longer term effectiveness .... and confirming there was nothing wrong with the product candidate the first time.
Prior PR already indicated working with a large animal pharma but not mentioned this time .... so shareholders left questioning wassup in that realm.
So .... we wait. Under USDA guidance and jurisdiction, I would expect this license would be desired by multiple large animal health companies. So I don't have any doubt that someone would license it if the results warrant it and the pressure is high enough to move away from current state products. Should be a no brainer. But we've all though that for .... how long is it ? =)
Amigo Mike
All the buyers ? LOL.
39K ? LOL ..... I am sure part of the selling is institutions ...... remember the clowns got tossed from Russell Microcap index. Fighting against institutions that were in on that etc .... plus of course incredibly poor price performance ..... and ZERO communication ...... we are basically at the level I thought ZIVO would drop to. No surprise really.
Amigo Mike
Oh definitely not forgotten ..... but requirement should be met based on the recent financing. If it is not I'll be surprised but not wildly. Par for the course for these clowns. I certainly expect that buy next filing (10K) they will certainly not meet the requirements again. By then .... presumably .... ZIVO has licensed the coccidiosis candidate that includes upfront cash.
Not surprised by market's lack of reaction this morning. Clowns also don't get taking care of stock price and investor sentiment is HUGE ... and can cost not only investors but the company as well. See shitty recent financings. But obvious they have never gotten that concept.
Amigo Mike
Yes,
It has been test after test and test. Never seeming to get to the finish line.
Back on track. Albeit .... waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy slower than expected. Another of ZIVOs problems. It seems "make is happen in a timely fashion" simply isn't in its DNA. Feels like Dahl at the helm again. I realize the path to develop a product in this realm is not easy but this company has been at it for more than a decade and only recently moved to commercial stage for what amounts to dried algae which is nothing new.
Anyway, the news is certainly positive. Although I just don't get afterhours delivery.
Commercial delivery now with the dried algae with limited production
Back on track with coccidiosis .... presumably with major animal health company involved and regulatory pathway and approval oversight with the USDA which is much quicker to market.
Given the wait (again) is probably another 3 months, I will begin again to strategically pick off some shares here and there depending on the action. Sadly I think ZIVO will likely be silent until the next test news. So there could surely be some positive action in the very short term ... and we'll see what happens from there.
Amigo Mike
I tell ya ZIVO mgmt doing everything possible to screw investors.
You put that news out .... afterhours ?
Clowns.
And April 5th PR. Seems like this is study result that was supposed to be done in May. At this rate we'll get next update sometime mid next year.
Nice talking to USDA now. But no mention of working with large animal health company.
Amigo Mike
TKS,
Yes its pretty much the same info from prior podcasts. I like how the one dude always plays dumb. LOL And 2 salesman chuckling back of forth about companies not accepting free money via reduced fuel expenses. Trucking Tower been on board for what .... a year now (announced Oct 2022) ? Where's the sales in the fins ?
Also key in the latest podcast .... I'll be surprised if we hear about and actually see testing results from Auburn University. In the new episode it talks about "ELD"s not registering data that jives with the pen to paper .... how many miles did I drive ... how many gallons did I fill up calc. We'll see. Engine monitoring data is pretty much instantaneous as described by Lawrence so results should be known by now.
The additive is nice but doesn't move the needle unless signed contacts worth millions materialize. It's all about the Lorton deal.
Amigo Mike
Weazel,
Was just about to comment on that. Looks /// washy //// to me as well.
Seems to have flattened right above the 1.30 level. Small toe dip for me today. Digging my ZIVO hole .... LOL. As soon as I thought it wouldn't make it to 1.50 area ... I toe dipped and it dropped. LOL. Oh well .....
Amigo Mike
This action smells pretty bad.
Sad really. Good thing I just dipped toe in the water.
And agree, was perusing the order books once in awhile during the week and it has been ultra ultra thin. About how it goes when you don't bother speaking with investors and have not offered anything significant for a decade+.
Amigo Mike
Dumpage happening.
Is it "crazy low" ? Dunno know that til someone licenses the product with numbers.
Looks like some shares sold as low as $1.25.
Looking more like all eyes on tomorrow after 4PM.
Amigo Mike
Spot on Slojab,
If one ..... knows what they own .... and you believe in your "DD" ...... then no one needs to say a word regarding the .00002 drivel. You merely present your "DD". But we know that doesn't happen here save less than a handful of posts.
Everyone knows if this Lorton deal doesn't close it's highly likely ECSL is toast.
All one has to do is read Lawrence's updates to see ECSL can't do this deal on it's own as I've stated from the beginning. Others have to come to the table.
Speaking of Lawrence updates .... it's mid September now. Auburn truck tests supposed to happen in August. What with the immediacy of engine monitoring data, additive testing results should be available pretty much almost immediately. Shouldn't take long. Shareholders wanna see the results. About time for an update on that and another Trucking Tower podcast that surely must tout those results if they are positive.
And the quote ..... take the advice. You are definitely beaten by experience before you even get started. =)
Amigo Mike
Well well,
Getting closer to the 1.50 mark I previously mentioned. Doesn't smell good, that is for sure. And should have had the ZivoLife commercial offer and ingredient sales going years ago to mitigate risk Couldda shouldda wouldda.
Where does she land??
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Nothing but clickbait .... that has nothing to do with ECSL ..... and usual clueless drivel.
Smart to ask the question though ... no answer as is the norm. Guess ECSL not high enough on hot list ... gotta get those "clicks". Obvious no one buying the stock. Volume back to minimal levels.
Amigo Mike
Oh,
I don't expect any company would announce "when" beyond general time period like .... "mid year" .... LOL. Especially in ZIVOland ... if you recall my coining the term "Dahltime" where he might say ..... "next month" .... being Dahl begs the question ... "which" next month ? Never .... EVER ... delivered diddly in what might be an expected timeframe.
I believe "mid year" was the timing offered by Payne on the latest results. Obviously ... from an investor perspective ..... you'd be looking at June/July ish as .... "mid year". Another sez "mid-2023" to conclude .... of course "analysis" is then required. Obviously .... its September. I think beyond "mid" anything.
https://www.zivobioscience.com/news-media/press-releases/detail/71/zivo-bioscience-announces-results-of-study-with-its-product
https://www.zivobioscience.com/news-media/press-releases/detail/72/zivo-bioscience-receives-1-million-bridge-financing
I think the Payne $1 million funding is the last "update" on the chickens.
As noted ... been toe dipping ever so lightly. Don't wanna dig a hole for myself on this stock. My belief is we are fairly close to hearing something on the latest chicken tests. That is based solely on my opinion .... no factual basis for it at this time.
And of course I expect those results to be much better than previous test. But of course all possibilities must be considered.
Amigo Mike
Slojab,
Another exciting week in ECSLland eh ? Excuses have basically run out.
We are ... a l m o s t ..... 2 full months since last update. It's about time.
Amigo Mike
Toe dip,
1.77.
SMH
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Yes very light toe dip. These guys haven't earned any level of confidence in any way. So basically bought some with lunch money ..... by comparison I've had swing positions akin to 50x as much. Sure hope it is the warmth of the sun vs the alternative. =)
Optimistic ..... the company has reached commercial stage in one vertical. But raises questions that they can't expand into other verticals cause they can't generate a big enough supply. Raises questions about what they've been doing with Grupo for all these years now.
Anyway ... it's chickens and a license for chickens that will drive this stock. Let's hear the news !
Amigo Mike
Ya,
Toe dipping .... and already down today.
It's time for the clowns to provide the news on the chickens good or bad. The kicker if good is whether the test leads to license discussions .... or even if license is already negotiated and announced with the chicken results.
I haven't been paying much attention to ZIVO lately as there is too much opportunity elsewhere with companies that are getting the job done. Haven't bothered calling the company lately either to hear the same shit over and over. So just speculating presently.
Amigo Mike
OK,
Felt like had to dip tow in the water today. 1.85.
Amigo Mike
Sliver !!
Its been a while. Good to hear you've at least noticed a change.
Simple things ...... LOL.
Amigo Mike
TKS,
A number of things are conveniently not discussed regarding ECSL. ECSL is claimed to jump to $20 but "how" that would happen is ignored completely.
Assume Lorton deal closes. Assume ECSL signs JV for green hydrogen partner. The cost to produce green hydrogen today is expensive and were it blended into a fuel for the pump, the cost would be much higher than traditional gas. There are many articles that discuss that cost. It is highly capex involved and energy cost intensive and even leveraging renewable energy ...... that has to be ultra low to get the price down and is still expensive. So what money does ECSL have to contribute to a capital intensive buildout ? Even a "JV" ... other than land .... ECSL brings ... what ... to a potential JV ? Who is buying the green hydrogen to be produced and at what value ? ECSL has no customer base. ECSL is more likely to make money with terminal services and potentially selling a methanol blended fuel.
I'd point you to the hundreds of posts that discuss this but .... there aren't any. =)
Amigo Mike
So,
Who has received their order of Zivolife.
Thoughts... impressions ..... packaging ..... taste ..... and of course and noticeable impacts to your health.
Unless I am missing it, don't see a monthly autoship option. Given an order is only 30 days supply ......... just sayin'
Amigo Mike
And again,
What patents are those?
Amigo Mike
Ah .....
So you've been nibbing a bit eh ?
I'm just not there yet ...... sadly want to see lower but ZIVO not cooperating at this point. I "may" buy it at current prices but I have several other irons in the fire that have movement ...... and don't wanna hold any ZIVO bags. Been there and done that and worked my way out of that long time ago.
I don't believe there will be any news offered this week. As noted, I'm kinda thinking news is probably coming next month. Most certainly expect it to be positive but last fail ..... has me more cautious with it. And frankly .... it is past mid 2023 and nearing 6 months deadline (early October) on the Payne loan ... which of course is extendable. Just too flipping slow. But they damn sure should know by now .... IMO ... of course.
Amigo Mike
Hey Slojab,
I have just over $1.20 as a 2 year high as shown on this chart. (1.22ish April 2022)
https://schrts.co/VIVcwyqa
This is a weekly chart of the last two years. Easy to see why I called out moving above .80-85ish as a key area. The indicators on this chart have been trending bullish for several weeks and are about to signal more bullish action but needs some follow through.
$1 is a psychological point and happens to be a reversal point July 2022. Then a prior volume spike to 1.15. And prior to that a spike up to 1.22ish. 1.22 is actually a resistance point that goes back to the prior year as well. There is a 1.06 top in there too.
3 year high is $1.35 on high volume Jan 2021 ...
Was hoping to see premarket news this morning. =)
Looking like Tampa Bay has some flooding but thankfully not taking the brunt of a major hurricane. Looks like a pretty tough situation for those further up the coast. My thoughts and prayers go out to those folks.
Amigo Mike
Well,
There is a close at 85 cents ..... with some volume. Touching 86 cents briefly.
Nice day for ECSL longs. A 52 week high. We shall see what tomorrow brings.
Next interesting targets would be $1 and about $1.13ish .....
Amigo Mike
Sure .... I don't disagree for big pharma. It's petty cash. Just pointing out the numbers are now more expensive at $10 / share given fails and delays. More financing .... and the last one pretty one sided ....... but ..... time is money .... and ZIVO has already spent too much time and money.
Hell ... the loss carryforwards on this stock are ridiculous and actually would have some value to an acquirer as well .... beyond the actual cost.
The accumulated loss on ZIVO is just off the charts crazy for as small as it is.
Amigo Mike
All good,
Didn't say anything nefarious was going on. I understand how the game is played.
Waiting on the pump to $5 and then $20 ... LOL......
Amigo Mike
And the side board mentions starting .... the pump getting primed. Rigatoni. Da Greek ... and others ....
Amigo Mike
Well ... there is some interesting action.
200K+ plus rolling along. MMs must be holding it down. =)
Amigo Mike
Agree .... been waiting on a "deal" worth something for more than a decade.
Sadly $10 now is more like $150 million given all the candy and financing now.
For me .... were they to announce a deal like that in stock .... I'd surely sell and not wait for closure .... given the expected bounce in price to near the closing expected price. Many times not worth waiting unless you want the other stock.
I have still not entered a swing position on ZIVO yet. So still waiting.
Amigo Mike
TKS,
Yes .... as I previously mentioned ..... IMO .... closing was within days ... a week prior to last week. So IMO, closing has already occurred or should be happening now. IR sez European partners contract has been finalized. (part of "everyone else has to come to table" ... i.e. lender and partners). Should be signature ready. Finalized partner contract .... with escrow and insurance on environmental issues as Lawrence has stated .... there aren't any more excuses.
Past time for train to leave station.
Strange ... 1700 shares traded so far today. So much for topping off positions.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
How long you been in ZIVO ? Geez I can't remember how long I've been in it .... but IMO .... that doesn't happen unless/until ZIVO proves something and is licensed or at commercial stage.
But yes .... I'd take $10 a share right now or a merger into a company that has a clue.
Amigo Mike
So,
Closing PR today on ECSL ?
Idalia is certainly a story ..... but frankly .... other than my prayers that Floridians in the path are unscathed as best can be expected and precious life is preserved ..... ECSL is the story here.
Tampa will certainly get a ton of rain and measurable storm surge. The land to be purchased is in evacuation zone A which has a mandatory evacuation order in place for Hillsborough County. But I seriously doubt any closing activities would actually be at the site ..... if .... it is still not done. The lawyer's office and title company is not in the mandatory evacuation zone either. (unless using a different title company than the normal used by Lorton's people)
So ... IMO .... it is time to get this show on the road. Already far too long in the first place ..... but it is time.
Still wonder why the pumping isn't much greater. Only 1 lone wolf trying to drum up support on other channels.
Amigo Mike
LOL General,
Like I said ... sad really. That is exactly what I said. And ... frankly ... Already kindly proven and shown by Slojab.
Stand behind it 100%. Everyone knows LOIs are not worth the toilet paper they are written on. But somehow that means the hydrogen contraption is worthless too. But hey IR has been touting for 2 weeks the JV partner was in town to complete the final contract.
Ya know, maybe I should share that phrase with a class of 5th grade english students and ask .... what noun does "worthless" describe ??? Of course we all know what the answer is. But apparently not in ECSL alternate reality.
Whaaaaaatevah .....
Amigo Mike
