hell yeah :)
there are 3 at the moment I am looking at ( and investing in) and PSPM and WWEI are two of them :) And in my eyes they really don't act like a real pink stock. so ... :)
woohooooo :)
sounds like where I come from ;) ( Belgium )
Cool.
I'll give it a go as well thanks for the tip.
nice find!
been following this baby for some time now :)
This also explains the fact of PJPD Holdings, LLC. for the deed of the boiler and the 60 acres.
"Bartoszek yesterday said “it is
common practice to form special
purpose entities such as limited
liability companies to hold deeds
as collateral where financing is
involved in a project of this type.
It is just part of our financing,” he
wrote in an e-mail response.
The deed filed at Coos Superior
Court contains $10,5000 in tax
stamps indicating a purchase price
for the real property of $700,000."
in that same paper :
To the editor:
In the paper the other day there was
an article about the Berlin City Council
being upset with Laidlaw going
ahead with plans for a biomass boiler.
I remember a couple of years ago there
were some people upset with the location
of a federal prison. They were told
to more or less suck it up.
Now it’s time for the council to suck
it up as it’s in their back yard. What
goes around comes around.

LOL
correct.
I misread the following and thought it was an indication of a R/S
"Class B common shares, one share for every 10 Class A common shares received together with a detachable Class B warrant representing one Class B common share for each Class B common share received, exercisable for a term of two years at $0.10 per share."
thanks for pointing that out :)
same here. Thanks to you I had a look a them and I opted to invest in them .
I am one happy shareholder in for the long :)
Just as I believe that WWEI will do just fine over time!
same here :)
woohoooo :)
Play ball ;)
Hi,
well I am not an expert in this way of putting it but what I can make of the following is:
"For example, if a shareholder surrenders in certificate form evidencing beneficial ownership 100 common shares of Colorado Goldfields Inc. bearing CUSIP number 19647Y203, that shareholder will receive 100 Colorado Goldfields Inc. Class A common shares with 5 non-detachable Class A warrants exercisable for 10 Class A common warrant shares, and will receive in addition 10 Class B common shares with 10 detachable Class B warrants exercisable for 10 Class B common shares. "
so basically I presume it is some sort of 10:1 R/S with an option to purchase shares in the future at a ratio. and this in combination with other shares. Class A and B will probably be preferred shares and common shares.
Please, someone, correct me if I am wrong 'cause I am not 100% sure myself.
I added at 0,06 :)
that was going through my mind as well ...

LAKEWOOD, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/13/09 -- Colorado Goldfields Inc.'s (OTCBB: CGFI) Chief Financial Officer Stephen Guyer proclaims, "'Shock and Awe' is a military doctrine based on the use of dominant battlefield awareness, dominant maneuvers, and spectacular displays of force to paralyze an adversary's perception of the battlefield and destroy its will to fight. Colorado Goldfields Inc.'s Board of Directors, following a series of conferences with legal, management and operations level representatives at the DTCC, NASDAQ, and FINRA, approved on January 12, 2009 and submitted to NASDAQ a corporate action filing which upon acceptance and on the effective date, Colorado Goldfields Inc. will order all common stock shares outstanding bearing CUSIP number 19647Y203 be surrendered to the Company's Transfer Agent in certificate form evidencing beneficial ownership. agree :)
especially if you look at the fact that oil is down, gold is down, dollar is stronger and yet AOAG manages to stay above 0.069.
well ..
that would make me a very happy person ;)
this has got to be one of the most exciting stocks out there :)
my pleasure :)
Hi,
If you put them up for sale then that is a pending order. hence those shares cannot be used as they need to transfer "ownership" immediately after your order goes through.
so a GTC is enough if your broker allows a GTC ( mine is max a month ).
Good Morning HLH. Hope so 2!
Been watching this for a long time now :)
IMO and I think in a lot of other's opinions this is the best way of reducing outstanding shares.
"I have so many shares that my disapproving wife makes me sleep in the dog house way too often. She thought 100000 shares was enough so when I told her WE owned 8 million, well she didn't take it very well."
LMAO.
hope you have a big dog to keep you warm ;)
indeed .. I was like: WOW .
nice !!!
thanks a lot
"Kaching" ;)
indeed but competition is good ;)
Same here.
might be that bid and ask is not getting filled and one of the two will need to add some water to their wine. Let's hope it is to the upside. ;)
btw : Hi :)
agree !
saw it too :)
thanks doginheat.
I think so 2 although not immediately
I am expecting a shoulder pattern in the chart where it will do another run to 0.12 or so and then pull back to 0.06-0.07 range. After that it will depend on what the company does ( PR, "43"-report, ... ) to see what direction it will go. but My guess is it will go North if they play it right ;)
all IMO offcourse.
GLTA
in @ 0.069 :)

"As one poster said, this is a very amusing board"
I wonder who that was ;)
"Although the poverty rate is low in Berlin and the college graduation rate is inversely proportional to that, please do not resort to labeling an entire population as an insignificant one."
agree ... every individual is significant...
"I also believe we will see higher PPS regardless of NRs or financials. That is all just fluff to help justify a strong move to come..."
true as well :)
although financials do give it that extra punch for the majority of investors.
I'll be sticking around here and reading up every day !
see you around :)
