Interesting
Seeking Alpha commits securities fraud by protecting and giving platforms to people who short a security then write anonymous articles full of lies and misinformation designed specifically to put downward pressure on the security in question. This is blatant security fraud! The identity of the author must be available for proper disclosure and credential check. The SEC must strengthen the liability and enforcement actions that can be taken against such underhanded manipulative methods.
Seeking Alpha should be held accountable in addition to the anonymous author who blantantly was allowed to commit fraud on their site.

influenza cure
they have it and the cure to almost all virus
it is all in the many reports
Dr. Eva Harris is not a fool nor does she lack any medical research integrity.
1000x more effective than tamiflu
remarkable effectivness against Denque fever, and others
moving to humnan trials
It is a shame false and slanderous statements can be promulgated by Seeking Alpha and their nameless authors hiding behind aliases just to make a quick bukc on shorting a good company with a tremendously effective new platform to destroy viral disease.
Google SEC Seeking Alpha - How can Seeking Alpha get away with being a conduit for slander from a nameless entity?
Seeking Alpha is liable for facilitating this slander. As a minimum, the author of such a public statement designed to explicity influence the value of a security, should also be made public.
In the company's response:
"We are outraged at this unfounded and intentional attempt at deflating the Company's stock price. We will have a more detailed response, in the near future, once we determine our options, including all legal action to determine the identity of the author, but we want to assure our shareholders and the market that the Company's purpose is the same as always - to eradicate life-threatening viruses and increase shareholder value."
Thanks. I caught that a little late but got some of it. Not too bad for impromptu. I wish he could have described some of the major effectiveness levels which are truly remarkable. With no suggestion of toxicity, that is extraordinary remarkable, to the 29th factorial!
BTW, you are a gentleman on the band! Your thoughtful insight and faciliation of information is very much appreciated.
Best regards,
HS
I still think Seeking Alpha those associated with this are in violation of SEC laws and regulations regarding the release of false statements to deliberately influnence the price of a security for personal gain. This is highly suspicious and should be investigated. Seeking Alpha and the Pump Terminator should be procsecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I know I am not allowed to make false statements that influence the price of a security so that I can profit from the price action.
Cramer needs to get all over this!
Is there any way to get te SEC after Seeking Alpha for such irresponsible acts?
I agree. I just find it frustrating when the nasty underhanded seem to always get their way, even if only for a while.
Good luck to all, except those who like to damage others for personal gains.
Still very long on NNVC
Maybe investors should make a class action against Seeking Alpha and others.
It would be intersting to see who sold recently and if they had any information of coming attacks.
Game changing technology that can save many many lives being attacked for some personal gains. That is what disgusts me about the markets and the groups that manipulate things in underhanded evil ways.
NNVC will be OK and thrive, but someone should be made to pay for these types of attacks.
Well, now that smacked of manipulation
Someone once told me manipulation is good for a stock. That is shows keen long term interest....
When we finally have the postive results from human trials, then we will rocket.
Wishing all the best of good buys
HS
Only in this case it is like the early space program and the rocket did not blow up. Nothing NNVC has done to date could be quantified as a rocket blow up. It looks more like the first steps to the moon without such disaster.
The stock is a screaming buy.
The bottom line is this:
Indications are that toxicity is extremely low or essentially none existant and that both that and effectiveness is likely translateable to all other viral applications, then coupled with;
'Extremely high efficacy has been demonstrated for FluCide in highly lethal animal studies against both group I Influenza A (H1N1) and group II influenza A (H3N2) viruses, indicating that this drug is indeed broad-spectrum and should work against most if not all strains of Influenza. The Company has previously reported that injectable FluCide resulted in full 21 day survival of 100% of animals in a highly lethal influenza virus challenge study. To compare, 100% of Tamiflu(R)-treated animals died in 8 days and 100% of untreated animals died in 5 days, in this study. The injectable FluCide treatment resulted in a greater than 1,000-fold reduction in lung viral load, as compared to only a less than 2-fold reduction for Tamiflu-treated animals at the same time point in this study.'
You just cannot beat that in the field of medicine.
THANK YOU NNVC for your work to help save lives!
Wishing all the best of good buys!

It could be The Street's stocks to triple on a breakout article.
That was the first I had seen The Street get up an on this stock. While I am not a Cramer nut, I am glad he is looking at NNVC. I ought to call into his show and ask about it......
I posted the link a couple days ago.
Good luck to all.
HS
We do?!? That is interesting. I am sorry that I dont have the Eva Harris study report readily available. I think it can be found without too much trouble. Some others here are better at providing links. The key is almost every virus they have targeted, the effectiveness has been similar. for the flue, like 1000x more effective than Tamiflu. Also, they can reprogram to destroy a new virus in a matter of weeks!
This is truly a game changer. The stock was in the penny stocks for years and that kept the awarness low. The move to the nyse exchange will help. Most on this board actually want that more to start saving lives than they do to make a buck off it.
Good luck....the more you look into the lethal mouse model results (many actually amazingly dont die...they a all supposed to....effectiveness is measured by increased hours of survival) for each of the virus they have targeted, them more you will be amazed. Plus, no indication of any serious toxicity!
It is a very big WOW!
Hs
NNVC has a game changer platform for anti-virus indications.
It is a shame they dont have funds to push all their possible product forward at a fast pace. However, the flip side is they have managed their burn rate quite well over the years. For efficicy, Dr. Eva Harris investigations show phenomenal effectiveness for Denque fever. Far and above all else. All other lethal mouse models have shown fantastic effectiveness for rabies, nearly all flu, etc. Toxicity looks almost non-existant to date. Dr. harris is well recognized in the medical research area. She has many well recieved research papers and it noted as a leading authority in her fields.
Rabicide yielded a 30% survial rate of post symptomatic animal infections......that is absolutely amazing...it is a shame they just dont have someone help them make it to use in South America for people who otherwise have no choice but a miserable death.

Here it is. It is on Yahoo Finance.

The Street finally recongizes NNVC in their stocks to triple article today.
That is good news from an investor relations standpoint.
Wishing all the best of good buys!

I think the only thing holding this stock back is the company's finances. They just can not seem to manage their burn rate too well. I am thankful they have an actual revenue generating product. I am glad to see it having steady sales growth. I hope it does indeed continue. I also hold NNVC, whom while get bashed for doing some dilution once in a great while, they seem to be able to do a lot with a dollar. I mentioned before we need three more quarters of steady sales growth. We got 1 since then, we need 2 more. I fear we may need more dilution and funding sources to maintain the burn rate in the meantime. However, I dont think that will take the company down. I know this kind of work is expensive. I have worked in R&D and have seen escalation in costs of simply performing basic R&D let alone specific R&D requiring more complicated and expensive platforms. Again, while I think their burn rate is about 50% higher than it should be, I think that is the ONLY thing holding this stock down at all (at least fundamentally....not market maker players in the BB market...that is a whole other story that does not deter value over the long run)
Wishing all the best of good BUYs!
HS
NNVC's drug multiple potential and its platform alone is far more valuable than ICPT's single drug. Yes, I am glad for ICPT who might have a drug that combats the effect the excessess life can place on our livers. But NNVC has far more potential than that!
I hope it gets realized before someone, somehow, in some way, or by some fluke occurance or problem, screws it up.
The Award carries a lot of weight!
It is a totally independent confirmation by researchers in the area that ISCO really has something. That means a lot. That means a whole lot.
Stock is trading lower.....go figure.....
That is one good thing about the market. The market is not always right, at least not necessarily at each precise moment in time and sometimes not for weeks or years. But value is value, eventually it gets recognized. The idiot nature of the market allows us more time to accumulate at below rock bottom prices.
IMO...Anything under $1 over the next 12 months is rock bottom prices for ISCO. Anything under 0.30 is a near term no brainer at this point.
News like this is great. I love independent confirmations.
ISCO - GREAT FOR YOU! Congratulations! Merry Christmas.

I know how you feel.
I have had stocks stay low for years, I sell, and once I even had one double 15 minutes later after the years of being pounded.
The bigger the buy in I make, the more percentage it falls by the end of the day or week.
But it is often like blaming yourself for watching when your team looses.
For the longer term, I would not worry about any purchases under a $1/share. If your looking to trade up and around in shorter order, then you may need to hold a little longer than you might like. But long run, you should be OK here. This company should have a market value of 223.5 million today. With about 150M outstanding, that is about $1.49/share. Thus, IMHO, I think this stock is sitting at about an 85% discount to what I think it is worth as in terms of a market value compared to others in the industry and/or in similar exhange markets for similiar promise.
I wont even sell shares for trading until we are way back over a dollar.
Best of luck to all.

Today's Frenzy
I think this sort of day is actually healthy for the share price. It clears a lot of early trading weak hands with the high volume. Those who bought in at the higher prices of the day should fear not (imho) if they have any kind of intermediate to long term view. I am glad most of all of:
1 Great product potential
2 The fact sales and revenues continue to increase
3 The new information we see about the engineering platform's effectiveness
4 The likelihood of a fairly near term treatment for Parkinsons
5 The entrance of an institutional investor, potentially signalling more to come.
6 Today's high volume plus side activity creating that wash effect to both sweep the weak hands and bring notice.
7 This puppy is still cheap as hell.

Look at COTE, that is likely more a scam than a company with a real potential. They have a product, but it is nothing like what they tout it to be. It is at a market cap close around the same as ISCO. They have made press releases for over 10 years stating they have billions in firm orders, then more billions and more billions, every year more billions. If a company like that can command a 20+ million market cap, ISCO should be at 200 million at least!!!!!!!!! GO Figure.........There is no guarantee for sanity in the market place.............
gern is on a more notable market than isco and has some real analyst following and recommending it. Not that isco has nobody, but the clout establishment hype factor is not the same. Also, there are many disparities in the market. They are also operating with more cash, but also a greater cash burn. I am sure there are many other reasons as well, some legit, some not.
HS
Human nature tends to make people happy when things go up and grumbly when the go down. For longs, green is good, red is bad. Many people cannot get the knee-jerk reaction out of their system properly. In many ways these lower prices and fairly high trading volumes can improve the base in the longer run.
Also, while the recent PR was not, 'the primates encephalon rapidly transformed into one that cannot not be distinguished from that of a young perfectly healthy primate encephalon', it was indeed all positive. They could get some more enthusastic words in there to describe it all, but I still look at it as a positive.
Unfortunately I am out of cash to buy more. If the price drops much farther, I will be compelled to find a way to add at least a little more to my stash of shares.
If the next quarter report continues to show some positive slope to the lifeline revenue curve, I will be doing a dance. If the IND comes early in 2014, I will have to watch not to mortage my house to buy more. That is something I would not do, but it would get tempting for sure......
Wishing all the best of good buys.....

Rare isnt it! Adults are hard to find these days. I wish I would have taken advantage of the drop, I blew my cash being one of the buyers at 0.27 - .30 right before news. I have perfect timing by the way....
The best of luck to all..
HS
Wow, just no saw this reply. Thanks for the faint life signal. Good luck with your investments. Lets see where this ends up. I thought at least a reverse merger someday as I think the shares are fairly clean....
Great, I bought more today.
I am concerned, but not a whole lot. We will have some resistance all the way up to a $1/share, but I think we will get back there and above if the revenues approve and the cost/schedule of development gets better.
Good luck

Thanks a lot for the feedback. The docs have not suggested much at all. It is difficult to do much to stop the effects of time, especially after a certain age. The worst is the loss of full utilization of the hand. She still drives, but I am not sure for how long.
Nice to see the share price staying stable and firming.
Good luck to all....

With these products not being inexpensive, and the weight/volume of the product fairly small, I am wondering how long these products last at the recommended application rates? I realize the product is not the least costly to manufacture, so I can understand the cost. I just am curious of the $/day usage rate needed to maintain effectiveness and how that compares with the average consumers cost pain tolerance that can effect initial and replacement sales.
It sounds like you and several others might be able to provide some feedback regarding how often you need to re-purchase at your preferred rate of usage.
My mother has an ulnar nerve issue that has left her with an atrophied left hand with loss of muscle mass, tissue and some skin deterioration. She is 81 with some good facial skin for her age. Is there one of these products you might recommend I try above the others to do an effectiveness test with her for the face, hand or eye area or anything else?
Thanks for any information.
HS
Agree, but the FDA does do a lot of good at protecting a lot of healthy to more-or-less healthy persons. But there is no need to protect a person whom will be dead in a very short time, 100% of the time. I agree with fast track channels, but also the why not channel, what is there to loose channel.
Good luck to all....
HS
If NNVC does not hit $15/share in 37 days,
I guess I am just going to have to be PO'ed!!!
Oh well, I will get over it.
I still think it is a real pity people are dying of rabies right now and we have a drug to potentially save them. This is a weird world we live in where that can happen and we all just go along.
God Bless NNVC
Wishing all the best of good buys.

OMG There it goes again!
Darn, missed it again.
I am simply encouraged by the million share day with firming at a solid 0.15. I wish I had more to average down with as this could truly be the floor.
Oh well, hoping time will work me out of my hole again.

Its not on the Fox Business Network, that is Lou Dobbs at 10PM. He is mostly a blowhard and would not have anything like this or of real substance.
Too bad, exposure might be a little lower.
Very interesting. I will be watching to see!
Thanks for the heads up!

PHE question
Does this agreement essentially provide for extended testing with mimimal cost to NNVC, whereby a positive outcome would be one from a authority that provides an extreme world class validation of efficacy?
Wishing all the best of good buys,
HS
No, not really.
I see it more that they care to keep their name out their in a BB type environment.
Have a great day
The best near term catalyst is that Orphan Letter.
Wont that be sweet if we get a thumbs up!
The days are ticking by..............
