Seeking Alpha commits security fraud by protecting and giving platforms to people who short a security then write anonymous articles full of lies and misinformation designed specifically to put downward pressure on the security in question. This is blatant security fraud! The identity of the author must be available for proper disclosure and credential check. The SEC must strengthen the liability and enforcement actions that can be taken against such underhanded manipulative methods.
