you are right acer. it has been documented that depending on buys and sells the share amounts are ways of mms communicating with each other on their needs to cover each other. you and I as individuals cannot afford to do this with any form of sanity and expect to make a profit.
wave is not only outside of the states, but out of touch with the realities of the inter workings of the market systems. or is he?
you and I as individuals are not allowed, true. but there is not a level playing field when it comes to the MMs. Especially in the name of creating market volatility. all I am saying the MMs play games with stocks and have coded trading signals among them. with your experience you should be aware of this. an individual trader would not issue a sell or buy of 100 shares of BGNN stock. Only people that get free shares would do this and have no strings attached to broker fees.
so how do you explain the games played here with the low shares of sells and buys? that is all I am talking about.
The reality is someone or a group is trying to manipulate the pps of BGNN, whatever the motive is. the normal investor does not have time to play the day trading games.
Believe what you want to believe.
And IMO this is just the first round of reduction. Those playing games with BGNN stock beware. You might be caught with your 'shorts' down.
And the fact is none of it belongs to BCIT. Will TM come back and restore BCIT? Doesn't have to.
IMO, since I am not moderator, it is applicable as to long term versus short term. The difference in tax dollars on 1040 form is currently 15%(longer than 1 year) versus 30%(short-less than 1 year). This will change after this year, maybe to 40% for long and 20% for short or higher for both.
The issue here is most of the negative posters here are discussing their past experience with the CEO and carrying that forward to BGNN. That is unfortunate, but it appears to be a fact that will dog BGNN until CEO proves them wrong by continuing to focus on new product and continue revenue growth.
CEO has made several attempts in business ventures. I do not see the negative posters taking the risks this CEO has and finally appears to have a winning combination, but the past is similar to Scrooge. While the past were good ideas, execution time lines were not realistic based upon market conditions of economic downturn.
IMO, I choose to believe that the CEO becomes the new Scrooge, that he has realized past mistakes and is demostrating by reducing the share count. As I stated in previous post, this is warning shot for those who continue to play games with BGNN.
CEO is riding the green wave now and future looks bright and green with profits. Takes time to turn new products into cash cows. But CEO is making strides in right direction.
All of this is of course IMO.
Go BGNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
not to mention a 'vision' for future products, which the negative posters on this board are lacking. vision means future. They cannot see beyond today.
you are entitled to your opinion and therefore have a right to be wrong.
Just a note for those who are new here, the stock price has risen from .0004 to .0022 currently with high of .0056 since Mar 2009.
This is a five fold increase. let me repeat, increase in pps.
These are the typical whiners I was referring to in previous post.
Lars:
The whiners will never be satisfied, IMO. It is all about them. BGNN will take off in spite of them. Whiners are easily identified within their own posts.
Biodegradable trash bags will now enter into the market for some Q3 revenue impact. And JM will continue moving forward and BGNN will continue to grow.
Just typical day trading. come back after 2 pm est.
traders are scrambling right now. The dust will need to settle in order for JM to modify the reduction number of shares. Give this a little time
IMO, this is a warning shot by JM to the MMs and to those that are playing games with BGNN pps. He has left some ammo for a second round for those responsible for holding up BGNN from pps growth.
This is a wonderful strategy on his part, IMO. I am glad he did not shoot the whole wad, because now those MMs that are not playing nice with BGNN can be hurt bad. Those that do play nice can and may be rewarded well.
Durango:
I would think with your experience you would understand the traditional day trader activity by now. This is to be expected.
must have needed a wendy's value frosty for $1
If people are posting the same thing, does not the moderator have the right to delete the post according to posting rules. Or is it limited to the day?
Why do you feel you need to put words into peoples mouth? I did not say that is what I am looking for. All I said was at the end of six months the pps will be above .003 which would be greater than a 66% increase in six months which annualized would be 132%.
Not many places a person can get that type of return. Of course this is IMO.
Are you always this negative and trying to put others down? What a life!
I am not here to get rich quick over night like most of the negative posters on this board seem to be. I am content with the growth and the movement of BGNN and thus do not have a need to bash the company or the CEO like you or other negative posters.
BGNN is not a typical penny stock.
The difference is that in six months the pps will be above .003
Which would be a 66% gain. Can't get that at your local bank.
BGNN obviously is not for you. Just stay with your penny interest at the local bank.
Once institutional investors catch onto this stock, it will take off.
nce institutional investors catch onto this stock, it will take off.
I guess your timeline is only 6 months. I have been in since .0004 and have done well here. That is reality that realists understand like me understand.
If you do not like this movement, just go on somewhere else. BGNN is not a stock for shorttimers.
don't know but pretty sure institutions have not bought in yet
There will always be a need for some form of vibration remedy product IMO. So I do not look for this market to dry up. It will go thru evolutionary cycles and the shape of the product may change over time. But that is why I am glad BGNN is in pursuit of uses beyond the vibe-away. Like I said, I can see complete green laundry room, Jerry just needs to find a way to manufacture a recycled garbage basket to hole the 13 gallon bags or make smaller disposable bags that can be used in cars or smaller trashe cans.
The potential of BGNN IMO is unlimited.
SIRI did good for me too, sales are in millions now, but what were their sales when they just got started? I was in early and it did not happen over night. Same for BGNN. I am in early and looking for companies like Whirlpool to keep Jerome hopping with trying to meet the demands of good quality products by the Whirlpool customers. And expansion into other markets has even greater appeal.
Getting the Whirlpool brand on the product is a great first step. What you are talking about is a product marketing decision. The last thing Whirlpool needs to do is send a message to the market place just what you are saying. Buy the best product in the world for a couple of grand and oh, for another $25 your room will be quiet. Even bundling it in with the washer and dryer may send a wrong messge. I just recently bought a new front load washer and dryer, and there is no vibration at all in the washing machine. The market the vibe away appeals to, especially in this economic condition, is for piece and quiet for the customer that wants to extend the life of their existing washing machine. A lot of people do not have the money to replace their washer and dryer so for $25 they can experience a better quality of life surrounding in their home and potentially extend the life of their current washer and dryer by reducing the wear and tear of the rock and roll machine.
As green technologies become more acceptible in the market place, ie. the trash bags, I can see Whirlpool and others selling that to their customers to place the lint from the dryer in.
Now Whirlpool can research the needs of their customers. Whirlpool customers have a need to get rid of empty detergent containers and dryer fresheners in the laundry room. I can see a green laundry room that is energy efficient and disposable. Maybe green plastic trash cans from recycled tires for the biodegradable garbage bags to dispose of laundry room trash. Wow.
Need a vision Ivestor for a company like BGNN that is still in the new product lifecycle stage with plenty of time for the company to develop cash cow products. Unfortunately, it appears you only want the steak and do not want to take the time to feed and grow the calf into a USDA Prime Choice grade A steak.
it always has - which means consistency
good-bye
with your line of thinking, Sirius(siri) satelite would not have made it to the drawing board. But after slow growth it went to the moon. Same will happen with BGNN if you have the patience.
Yeah, later on SIRI got beat up and consolidated with another satelite radio, but it did well as a start up.
Some people only want to make a quick buck and look at the negative. But there is green on the other side of the mountain with BGNN.
lars, keep the price up. Just now able to get to internet. hoping to pay for vacation this week.
lars, keep the the price up. Just now able to get to internet. hoping to pay for vacation this week.
I agree. IMO, BGNN is the diamond in the rough, understanding that things could turn upside down with wrong move by CEO. But JM has put too much sweat into BGNN and with market tide of green on the upswing for a long time, JM is going to ride the wave.
There are flippers that expect to make a killing in a day and buy into companies like bgnn, especially during the run. When they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar and the price falls quickly and volume dries up, you see a lot of them posts negatively against the company and those in management positions.
It gets tiring of reading the whining because of their misfortune and bad timing.
If you got the time, just go back and read some of the posts on this board especially during the run and post run/price drop.
Some people cannot stand the roller coaster ride of the stock market.
Flipper's can make for a tiresome day of reading complaint posts and false accusations when things don't go their way.
Yes, I agree as it does not address the issues of the forged certificates. It appears at this time, he as CEO had no concerns about the excessive number of shares above the 4 million being traded publicly in the open market. Sounds to me like partial fiduciary responsibility.
Bottom line seems to stand that it took Megas til August of 2005, or almost 3 months, to notify proper authorities of the excessive number of shares above 4 million being traded in the open market.
I understand DTCC made a mistake, and it appears that the person or persons in the DTCC that caused the initial blunder against BCIT was not indentified or reported they were reprimanded for failing to do their job. Did this person(s) know Pammy or Pino and was an inside job. Interesting that it appears no investigation was performed on this matter and then the speculation by OP about person building the BCIT web site disappearance even makes things more curious.
There is definitely a story to be told on BCIT.
Masta:
I thought you stated TM reported to proper authorities in June of 2005. If that is true, why wouldn't that be in the timeline posted by realwood?
We just need to keep people honest on this board about their posting intentions. Keeps people on their toes and hopefully makes them think before they post information.
Durango, I thought at one time you said you had over 40 million shares. Now you have none. What is it? Did you dump them all? And are now accusing JM of dumping?
Hmmm?
That's what IMO means. Good job.
read mastas response please.
Didn't say SEC did, but it appears you are in agreement with me the SEC has the power to refrain Megas from starting up another company. That's all. Thanks for agreeing with me. See I didn't make it up. You already knew.
why? you do not agree? then comment.
It's called common sense. Of course with the BCIT show, does anything make sense. DTCC, SEC, Megas, etc.
not if they want it listed. Things are achanging.
