Would driving the share price down via the type of dilution we see be advantageous to Guard Dog for some type of merger? Watson’s actions seem to be self destructive to a degree, is there some brilliance I don’t see? We have un-announced extra shares going to market, more than Watson has stated, and the silence is deafening right know.

$1.9 mil will buy every share of this company. Does that seem right? Why no, no it does not kzr I say to self. So what is the price so low for? Can anyone help with this question?

I agree, Watson gave a 4 week time frame to get 2 things done, fins and tech upgrades, .net comes later. Both are extremely important to the company. The contacts he is making and the requests they are making tells me GRDO is in communication with some substantial business people. Guard Dog is being required to be the best to get the deals done!

When technical upgrades take place partnerships and funding can take place. About 4 weeks out.
The Niche market is large corporations Watson says. So corporations are making demands and Guard Dog is shaping the product to meet the needs of customers it sounds like to me. HR directors and probably IT people are feeding information into that. That is my take on the call.

It is a rough game. Chad maybe took the wrong path, it likely cost him some, he was using resources he knew and was familiar with. SOoo.................here we are.

He did take responsibility, they are not on schedule for sure.

He held a conference call for you. He was not thrilled to tell anything, this was a "duty call" not fun.

Certainly an amount of damage control with this call.

Partnerships needed technical upgrades. Both for funding and new subs. via partnerships. That is what Chad Gray was for, technical upgrades continue to be needed to maximize partnership relations, deadlines have been missed. Clearly in Chad Grays camp. Watson was clear on that.
